Great. I’ve always looked forward to a cleaner, more civilized and beautiful Lagos. Politics and corruption on the part of government has left Lagos exposed to the activities of irresponsible citizens. The citizens too on their part think that the city of Lagos is a jungle where they can do all they like and walk free. This clean up exercise must be continuous and without fear to get Lagos to the point where it should be. I also hope government can have the courage to clip the wings of NURTW in Lagos. A total ban on okada activities must be put in place. Ambode’s plan to phase out danfos should be implemented quickly for sanity in the motorways. |
Sincerely these herdsmen are not willing to embrace ranching. The outdated story that Fulanis are normadic is a mere fabrication of a few among them who are bent on taking advantage of the President as their kinsman and supporter to perpetuate themselves on people's lands and possess them forever. If it were so that the Fulani only live in bushes, why then do we have them as governors, president, members of the HOA and owners of very large organizations? I am of the opinion once again that the C in C must have a change of heart about the attitude of his people and find a way to make them desist from their wickedness. He must get Fulani leaders in power to call the wicked ones among them to retrace their steps. It is very curious that we have not heard from the president directly over the lingering problem. As the father of the nation it is very necessary for him to clear our doubts and tell us his stand. It is not suffice to hear from Garba Shehu and Lauretta Onochie, who feed us with abracadabra stories. The C in C can compel his people to embrace ranching. If ranching is not the best practice, how then does the president have his own ranch? Herdsmen must be forced out of the forests and made to buy lands, rent lands, houses where they can be recognised among members of the society. They also must expeditiously be disarmed and made to respect human lives, including theirs. |
VirginFinder:Come on! You don’t have any answer. |
Minjim:Fantastic question. This project commenced in 2008. It was started by the same party, with the same party still in power. Can anyone here say that politicians government officials have not taken one undue advantage or the other financially in this project? |
AlexBells:By the way do you know that IPOB has the strongest following in Agbor? If IPOB is regarded as a liberation group for the Igbos, by some Igbos, then the organizers recognized Agbor as Igbo land in establishing it there. |
VirginFinder:If an Igbo man will not bear Irabor, which is completely Nigerian, why then should an Igbo man bear Alex which is British and non Nigerian? |
UncleHaba22:What a comment! Truthfully God is wonderful to have kept you. How many rich and how many poor do you know? Have you got any statistics? Pray that you do not have first hand experience that will convince you. |
wink2015:Government must be more proactive over this matter. I saw a video on this forum of Fulani herdsmen speaking Yoruba language and cheekily engaging farm owners on their farms. The herdsmen were armed and viciously threatened the unarmed farmers. I think Fulani leaders take advantage of the high level of illiteracy among their people when they indoctrinate them. Those who have made kidnapping their sources of livelihood, how can you single them out? Now do not forget that there are those among them who help kidnappers cover them up for their evil activities. With NIN and other forms of registration in this country, how has kidnapping abated? Kidnappers use the phones of their victims to call their families for ransom. How can registration help? I submit that Amotekun must do a more efficient job. Local hunters and villagers must be empowered to get into their forests to flush out those evil men, who use the forests for the sole purpose of ransom taking. There is no alternative to ranching. The federal government treats it with kid gloves. Fulanis asked for government to provide them lands and put amenities in place. They need to purchase and own lands and put the lands to effective use for the purpose of ranching. I think that just as we believe that there are top people who support boko haram, there are top people who support and keep the herdsmen wherever they find themselves. |
After giving an order and failing to follow up. After telling us that the Fulanis belong to the land. After hearing that foreign diplomats must possess NIN. How will registration stop kidnapping, killing, destruction and seizing of people's lands. Abegii. |
tsdarkside:Hahahahahahahaha! A warrior appeared on the scene. The governors and citizens chickened out. A governor specifically told the Fulanis that they were part of the land. The Fulanis are on the land, looting, killing, kidnapping, claiming large sizes of lands as theirs in the south west and yet some of you are applying diplomacy, begging and yet there is no end in sight. The Fulanis claim the lands belong to them and yet some of you come to this forum to abuse other tribes who make efforts to protect their lands from the evil invaders. Why not tackle banditry in your states first before insulting other communities and tribes? Those of you who live in cities are largely cowards who cannot even join the boys scout how much more the security agencies where you can be handed weapons to fight.?Face your own area and confront what confronts you. Your own lands have been turned to battle fields. Everyone wishes your lands to be safe for you and everyone. Here you are childishly thinking the south east will be turned into a battle field. Maybe you are not happy at hearing that the south east is the most peaceful and safest place to live in this country. Why don’t you go and contribute your own quota first to make your own community safe for habitation? Your head like snail head! |
What a good idea. Waiting for our government is worthless. |
Sammy07:Since when una begin miss am? Remember that Fayose caged them completely? |
Nature129:Infact brother you sure say you no be witch or wizard? |
Coldie:Like dey for Panya. Hand don near you. |
ogbonti:But surprisingly you do not know that Delhi experiences winter. I bow for you o. You be Warri boy? |
Coldie:How you wan hold me? You know how far? First leave your community waka go another person own. Person when no know another person place dey yab am. Dey Nigeria dey hide? The signboard when you go carry for chest don surround you. |
ogbonti:Taaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Don’t talk about what you know nothing about. You have winter in India. Ask for information. Now it is winter in Delhi where they were arrested. Indians flee their country, yet it is better than yours. Check your facts bro. |
Coldie:And have you heard of killings everywhere in India? Do you hear of insecurity there? You call then poor, yet their economy is far bigger than yours. Who no go another person papa farm go say na im papa own big pass. |
JudasGoat:Did you properly check your moniker? From your goat moniker, your thoughts and actions must be goat like. |
Native doctor in the garment of a prophet. Foolish and lazy young men run after them to make quick and sweat less money. Irresponsible people who choose to spray money at parties and spoil the images of great Pastors and men of God. Anambra state government must follow up its threat and reset the brain of this man. He must not be allowed to soil the name of the state and its hard working decent Christian people. |
4tomandchi:Especially in Lagos. See as men dey clear grass without pay. See the size of grass. See how slay queen dey sweep public place without shame, just to get her freedom. We need such judgements in Lagos. Too many gutters need to be cleared. The job of Joe Igbokwe will be made easier and government does not need to pay. |
yinkus6750:Your moniker exactly portrays who you are. Another muntula. I’m sure your head must resemble and be the size of a fully grown tortoise’s shell. When Fulani herdsmen went into certain communities in Ogun state with soldiers, flogging obas and citizens and forcing citizens off their farms, stone head people like you were here crying their heads off. Why did you not ask the army to raze down the communities to enable herdsmen enjoy their arrangements there. Without sense you remind people of their pains and sorrows. I know you were not of age when the Odi incident happened. You only heard the story from people in your house and held on to it, making regular remembrance of the occurrence your work. Maybe you need to find yourself in a place where armed men will visit, just like Oyigbo and destroy with their bullets. Let’s see how you will feel. Olodo. |
Ibunkun1:Yes ooooo |
uptimumOne23:So you get mind talk, with that you head like snail head? |
Truthfully. But what can be done about the conniving security agents? |
uptimumOne23:Muntula. Why don’t you face the Fulani/Bororo onslaught in your area? Or do you think you are immune from it? Let me hear peeem from you again. |
seunmsg:Hahahahahahahahaha. Amotekun that left the forest reserves that we were told in the first place to control traffic on the roads? Amotekun that has become Fsars 2, killing and injuring the innocent in the townships? How has Amotekun fared so far in the south west? Did Sunday Igboho need federal government’s approval to do his very neat job of emancipating Ibarapa and by effect the entire south west from the rampaging evil herdsmen? Did he not do a very good job of it? Have we not all supported him and the drive to get those evil men away from our roads? Do you not know that herdsmen also terrorize in the east? If the federal government has failed in its effort to protect its citizens and hypocritically backs up the evil herdsmen using soldiers, don’t you expect communities and people to use all means available to them to protect themselves? |
Arewa1stSon:Chai e pain you die! |
Kriss216:Arsenal next to change Arteta. The truth is that these young coaches should just start from the likes of Derby county. It took many years for big coaches to arrive where they are. How can someone graduate from university and straight away get the job of the managing director of Guiness or the head of civil service? Look at the premier league standing. You will find Chelsea and Arsenal with small boy coaches struggling. Leicester city, a much smaller club and so tay Aston villa at the top shining with experienced coaches. Wetin sef. Arteta needs to waka too abeg. |
VirginFinder:So how will you define the order of Akeredolu and his complete failure to implement. Will you call that daring? A governor makes a pronouncement which is supported by very decent and respectable citizens and backs off with one cowardly claim and you childishly fail to address the matter as it stands. You even childishly tribalise such a matter. Truly there are some of you who do not know their left from their right. Are you alright at all? |
VirginFinder:So are you in effect agreeing that Yorubaland belongs to the Fulanis as claimed by the Fulanis? |
VirginFinder:Truly ESN can never be SE Amotekun. ESN can do the job of securing lives and properties which the army has failed to do. They are trusted by the Igbos. How is it that Sunday Igboho presently does the job of Amotekun? How is it that Amotekun operates in town, controlling traffic and killing innocent people while evil herdsmen kill and decapitate people with reckless abandon. Is it not that Amotekun runs away at the mention of Fulani herdsmen? If Amotekun has been doing their job in the forest reserves, would we be having the crisis in the south west that we experience now? You shamelessly eulogize the army for confronting ESN who protect their people, while they leave Fulani herdsmen to prowl around and kill innocent people in the south west. Your Makinde that supported the herdsmen openly against his own people, what will you call him? What will you call him for ordering the arrest of Sunday Igboho? In fact from today please note that you are a complete Muntula. |
