So, when are you booking your next flight back to our beloved Nigeria?
You asked the most important question bro.

If not for stupidity, why spending 30million just to Japa to a country that you and your generation will forever be regarded as 4th class citizen?

What if he has reciept of his purchase
Who has the receipt of purchase? Who issued the receipt when those buys go to rob in the middle of the night?

If he wants to reclaim everything, there are civil way of doing that. It's a simple civil case. Anything other than using proper legal channel is a crime.

Imagine if the boys were apprehended by vigilante or some of them killed in the process? Family matter is a civil case and any attempt to seek self justice could amount to committing a crime.

I hope this clarifies.

Organize Boys and thugs to break into her shop at night and let them pack everything in her shop, so that her business can collapse

Sell it off without her knowledge , let her return penniless under your roof

Let's see how she will insult you while she feeds off you, and get common upkeep from you

.
Thank God you said it's joke.

The problem with that move is that if they boys are caught, or it went awfully wrong, the husband may land himself in jail.

Westham are angry 😠 😡 with blood in their eyes 👀 because of their defeat to Everton at the weekend

So becareful with this game

But the odd for arsenal to win is 2 odd
Very tempting 🤔
Hmmm..over 2.5 goals might be very difficult here

Okay...just go for goal goal and rest

It's funny how you think I'm an Igbo. What you should be analytical about is, if some of us Yoruba didn't vote against APC, there's no way LP would have won Lagos in the Presidential election. And that's a fact!

I'm a Yoruba, and I'm damn sure you do know not all Yoruba support APC.

Someone is killing them all

Taiga’s death has added to the number of mortalities in the P&ID case.

Michael Quinn, co-founder of P&ID, died in 2015, a year after Lloyd, his son who was also involved in the company, passed.

Rilwanu Lukman, Nigeria’s minister of petroleum resources who signed the GSPA with P&ID in January 2010, died in July 2014 at 75.

Neil Hitchcock, an engineer who acted as P&ID’s project director on the GSPA, died in December 2015.

Taofik Tijani, senior technical assistant to Lukman who also worked on the GSPA, died in March 2021.

There is no suggestion that the deaths are linked.
People forget about death when they are doing evil acts. They think they will live forever.

So Nigeria have finally happen to me, I thought if I save a little to the 5M I have, it would be able to leave this country by next year.

But right now, it is impossible, I saw on Twitter how a lady was begging money for flight ticket which was about 2.2M, just flight ticket o.

Months ago, a relative of mine told me someone is looking for a dependent and he will connect me to the person, he said the payment was 4M and I was not going to pay much after that and I will stay with the person in the UK before I settle on my own but I was forming big girl saying I will do my process by myself.

Now look, dollar have increased, the money is now worthless, anyway when there is life, there is hope.

Nairaland please help me think of a business to start with 2M, I can't just leave the money in the bank to keep on depreciating.

Thank you
I hate the idea of Japa, but I can't advice you not to.

Even while abroad, no postal services calls me to come to their office to pick parcel. It's only here in Nigeria. And it's only NIPOST. Worst still I end up paying much more than most of the parcel.

Anyway, if you like NIPOST stick to it. As for me, I would prefer UPS, DHL or Fedex.
Family › Re: See What I observed After The Death Of My Father by CaptainFM1: 8:43am On Oct 26, 2023
Tonero5200:
No matter how useless a man is, once he dies the household of the family strength changes. It might not be financially rather emotionally and physically.

Here are my reasons

My dad is a man who drinks alot to the extend we the children are embarrassed for him because we can't go to functions he goes to... because as he goes, he comes back in a different way.

So we do everything possible to avoid where he is at, but on some occasions we cant..depends on how close the celebrant is. Then we bore it in mind that that day we might get to hear something that offends us.. the shame and embarrassment and might retaliate or ignore.

Being one of the senior men alive, they always come to pay homage everytime despite being the way he is..to settle dispute and to also pray for them.. and also tell them about history how we related and mention names of our forefathers, tracing back their Roots step by step..he knows all..because his father also told him. so they respect him for that as an elderly man even though dry gin is his best friend. all they can do was to talk and laugh behind his back. When he's sober they dare not make jest of him.
I repeat they dare not.

But now he's been dead about 4years ago and I tell you we that normally get the first invitation of marriage ceremony or any functions happening in the extended family no longer gets invited.

Nobody has come in to ask hwfar from us the children since he was buried. They see us as not important since the elderly man is no more.

Our family house that used to trooped in by different new faces almost every week don't see it no more

I am not talking about money here, I am good... But even if I don't have...my elder brother who is a graduate the back bone is there...but I am just stating the obvious fact...

THAT everybody has use no matter how useless you perceive them to be and one day you might get to realise that.

The thing is that during those period we don't even take it as anything. Instead we the children gets angry whenever they comes to inform him for a function because we know that week we will not sleep at night...but as it has its advantages so those it has it disadvantages.
I'm sorry about the loss of your dad.
However, visiting should go both ways.

Those that visited your dad while he was alive would probably be expecting you to visit them to return the same respect to them. It's not personal at all. It's just the way power hungers people.

I have a similar experience too. My uncle's that were trooping to our house while my dad was alive too stop coming because they felt we were too young for them to be running to but instead, we should now be coming to their places.

The problem is, I wasn't going to them much before and now, the power dey hungry them because they want to step in my dad's shoe and would need a subject like me to be coming to them for advice.

Nothing personal. It's just power hunger/power transfer.

I hate anything that has to do with NIPOST. They will now be calling you to come pick your passport at the post office instead of delivering it at the address. And when you get to their office, they will ask you to pay before collecting your package.

I swear, every public sector in Nigeria has caught the bugs of corruption.

I would rather prefer to pay for DHL or FedEx for this purpose.

Focus on upgrading it
If the climate is favourable, we will reproduce. However for now, self-management and self sufficiency is our goal.

I would rather employ 5 that I can adequately take very good care of than employing thousands and be paying peanuts or even owing workers like our government do.

Also, I would rather employ 5 than using religions to even collect from the poor society.

I hope you get it. It's not the number that's ultimate in creating a factory or industry, but the purpose and efficiency at it.

For all you may not know, we may be heavily automated as well and not necessarily require too many human interactions.

I hope this clarifies.
