StacyO:My dear even me can't say I wouldn't consider it. I'm not him so, I can't say he will or not. |
Liposure:No doubt, no be lie sha. But good luck to them. |
StacyO:This was done probably for him not to cheat with women outside. Na only them plan their life. |
iwaeda:for the first time I'm seeing a very huge window for entrepreneurial minded people. Let this administration fix security o |
Gbayi Omo Ibadan. Congratulobia! |
Mariangeles:Mariangeles, I wanted to hit you hard but I decided against it because we're humans, sometimes ignorant and other times wise. This young man nobly went to visit for the first time (with gift) and was subsequently going again despite his fiancée not being around. It takes courage to go to a family house, he did not come to entice them money but to establish relationship and solidify what's being built. Another thing you should note, they're not married and these days things can just end and he's the one to lose after spending and spending on his woman's family. He only owes Please learn, and gifting is not an every day thing, sometimes, he should be the one to receive gifts as well. Gifting is a two-way drive. Don't always expect. The thread is filled with enough reasons not to talk more self. Modified @Mariangeles, I'm totally ashamed with your mannerlessness and utterly disrespectful comments towards @JovialJune. It was uncalled for and unnecessary. @JovialJune, please don't take this as an Igbo thing, no it's not. The OP family is a special kind and the idiot called Tracy is another highly exalted ewu being backed by fellow ewus with gross entitlement mentality. I'm Igbo too, with in-laws and we hold nothing against our in-laws when they come visiting (don't remember them for gifts self), except they freely and willingly brought whatever they have and we accept wholeheartedly. Please forgive these mannerless children (their behaviours placed them as kids) and be mindful of their kinds in future discussions. Thanks. |
Trayceey:See how you women cause trouble unnecessarily? The young man came to formally introduce himself but rather than assess him, properly know his intentions and plans that's welled up in his heart you people are busy looking under his palm to know what he brought, probably to know whether it's cheap or expensive. If I be that guy, I'll simply walk out of this entire thing. Person bring him esteemed self una no want am, na gifts and salary for visitation una dey look for. Old for your papa house na. |
EngrMcDon:Definitely I'm not going to forget where I am. Is there a way to report these mails from the comfort of my home or office? I also get their fraudulent calls too. Law enforcement agencies needs to bridge the gap in crime reporting, and make it easier to do so. This may be a minor criminal but will one day become major. Make I no empty my mind here first. |
EngrMcDon:I still wonder how these criminals think sometimes, I think NCC/NIMC needs to fully integrate the national database so that these faceless people can be easily known. Just imagine I didn't approach this mail with caution? I would have given up my valid data and get scammed or implicated in another way. |
zikter:I captured in 2013 and collected in 2018 (it was issued in same 2018l and it will expire in 2023. Mine is here with me and I use it on a daily. |
Moments ago, I finished working on one of my email accounts and went over to look at other folders to make sure I respond to whatever I find quickly, and knowing that mails can be filtered to wrong sections of my account, I then happen to find out that a criminal and impersonator had left something in there for me to find. This impersonator/phisher was trying to use the identity of former CBN Governor, Prof. Charles Soludo (prfcharlessoudo@gmail.com) and current National Security Advisers Major-General Babagana Monguno (rtd)(nationaladviser323@gmail.com) identities and likely believed I'll provide my information. Here are screenshots of the poorly scripted mail this lowlifer sent to me. Many might fall but please don't compromise your mails going forward. Mods should push to FP to create awareness against more people falling for these scammers. Thanks. @lalasticlala @mynd44 @Dominique

futurerex:Just pay and have it handy, na after another 5years you go pay again. |
zikter:No, it is from the day they issued your card. |
NaijaOlosho:I did mine in September ‘13 and got it December ‘18. I think 5years and a couple of months. |
mgbadakaenyi:If you masturbate, please bathe immediately and don't reuse that boxer. You sweat profusely when engaged in sexual activities and your hormones control fluids in that region. Also, use cotton material own. Shave as well and spend time washing the Amu region when batting. Get deodorants and antiperspirants. |

Nwa Afor! Happy birthday Sir. |
obembet:Still lock up shop (both male and female). |
I'm just laughing myself out to tears on top Nigeria matter. But I understand, no PPE, huge crowds and all other risk exposure. When I did my own registration in 2013, I spent an entire day and it was very tiring for me and every staff I saw there at NIMC HQ Abuja. Those guys meet crowds daily, high and low and some don't care about the misery change you give to them, but trying to remain focused, now this administration wants miracle to happen without putting necessary things (budgetary allocation) in place to do so. |
Dear NIMC, I appreciate your continuous efforts to keep and harmonize a national database and identity of millions of Nigerians, and I acknowledge that challenges abound that may try to undermine all efforts in doing so. I'll not try to stress much on these issues I noticed on the aforementioned topic here on Nairaland, but I'll do well to list some of them in order to put you on the right path, save time for millions of Nigerians and ensure the process, experiences and endeavour is a seamless one. 1. Payment for renewal and replacement: this payment may be justified at some level because of the nature of card production and other logistics involved, hence not much can be said here except for the fact that millions of Nigerians are extremely poor and may not be able to afford this amount for renewal and/or replacement. Please kindly reevaluate your cost and find ways to bring such fee payable to the minimal level. 2. Fees payable for correction of date of birth, address and other sensitive data: I've gone through numerous releases from your organization as to what it entails to get certain things done but the cost of correcting address and other data may eventually backfire and thwart your ability to capture and keep relevant data of citizens and legal aliens. For example, if Taiwo (from Ekiti) did his registration in Ondo when he went for NYSC and eventually got a job in Abuja, it means that whether he used his Ondo or Ekiti address, his current data will be incomplete because of his subsequent movements and having to pay each time for address field update is irrational to a hustling Nigerian. Also, when a woman marries, and when she chooses to, will have to cough out more to pay for name change, address change and any other change required for her to be fully captured and updated on your database. Also, when crisis occur like divorce or death, remarriage, any other possible social dynamic, each will attract a field alteration and a fee as well. My personal takes, you must remove those fees in order to woo Nigerians to make one-stop in any NIMC offices nationwide to submit sensitive information that may be subject of frequent change. If you must keep 100% information about Nigerians, then you must be willing to give them 110% reasons why they must walk in and freely submit these information. Thank you. @lalasticlala @mynd44 @seun @dominique |
Blackdisciple:The test can not match and fail for your spouse (if she's the mother of the child), only logical thing I see here is that the lab might have mixed up samples and got the procedure all wrong. So, hope not to find yourself in such situation but if you do, kindly and diligently investigate why things are the way they are. |
Thank you President Jonathan for being what US needs at this time, and for being what (repentant) Zombies missed in 2015. Sleep and enjoy the rest of your days. |
