The law is the law whether SS or SW. You cannot form a quorum with 8 members so any actions taken are illegal. You cannot remove the Chief Justice, this is illegal. You cannot sack LG chairmen, that is illegal. Like I said before, if you want to assert yourself first check if you are strategic and have any brains because the people you are up against are the smartest in the game currently in Nigeria. Go and ask Amaechi, Tambuwal, Obi, Saraki, Atiku, etc, Wike defeated and humbled all of them.

Whereas there were no grounds for impeachment before, the emotional actions today have given grounds for impeachment. It’s only a matter of time Fubara is a goner.

You dont need to have a brain to predict the outcome of certain situations. Amaechi became irrelevant politically because he lost the battle for relevance in Rivers. Wike cannot afford to lose or he is finished politically, Tinubu cannot afford for Wike to lose. Wike is most dangerous when he is fighting for survival. Fubara is finished because Wike and Tinubu cannot afford for him to triumph.

😂 the Quorum has been formed, the new Speaker has emerged and the new speaker has directed all the remaining Wike loyalists that are lawmakers are all suspended in the house. Now that Wike thugs have set the Rivers State house of Assembly on fire 🔥, the New Speaker will be using another space for their legislative duties. Wike has been dealt with. You will hear how much Wike embezzled when he was the governor for 8 years. And Fubara is a accountant, Fubara will do justice on accountability in the State treasury.
Wike’s things did not set the assembly on fire. It was Fubara’s thugs who set assembly on fire to prevent impeachment of Fubara.

Whatever Wike did in 8 years was in conjunction with Fubara because he was his finance commissioner.

Supreme Court has already decided the matter of impeachment without forming a proper quorum in the cases of Dariye and Fayose. A quorum of 8 and any actions taken is null and void.

You cannot form a quorum in a state house of assembly with 8 members. The Supreme Court has ruled on this.

Fubara is finished. I. This life you have to know who you can fight. In the Nigerian political scene, don”t take on Tinubu or Wike….you can’t win. As for Wike, Go and ask Amaechi, Tambuwal, Saraki, Atiku and even Obi who he chased out of PDP.

Other state governors are wise and fair to their puppets but I’m very sure Wike is using Mafian approach on SIM
There is emotion and there is strategy. I would haves thought that after recent events people would have learnt the difference. Tinubu was sidelined for 8 he did nothing, he didn’t fight Buhari, instead he strategized and when his time came despite plans to sabotage him he prevailed. Atiku/ Obidients played on emotion at the elections and at the courts….they lost both and in the the process creating history 1) the 1st time we had a president who became president without getting 50% of the votes…why because by acting emotionally and not strategically, they split their votes. 2) the 1st time in the history of election petitions that the PEPT and SC delivered unanimous decisions in a presidential election.

Lesson: emotion gets you nowhere. Strategy takes you places. You rode to power on the back of a Tiger, you are already fighting the Tiger? The same Tiger that has federal support and controls the house and has defeated every enemy before him so far?

When Wike put him there he didn’t know Govt house is not one man’s property? They will impeach you and nothing will happen…heaven will not fall. This is not about right or wrong….respect the game!!

If you earned your mandate, you can make noise, if you were installed then you dance to the tune of piper or at least wait to earn your right to be your own man. Otherwise be ready for war.

Speak for yourself. I have young guys disturbing me for marriage and they are not public dogs like majority who just want to sleep with a woman. These ones are born again Christians doing well for themselves.

Please not every man is a randy goat. Stop thinking every guy is like you.
Let me know the day these imaginary suitors put a ring on your finger. Why would a young guy want to marry a 42 yr old? You didnt think to ask yourself why they don’t want to marry a fertile woman of their age or younger? Why if they truly exist and are truly doing well for themselves, they are selling themselves short by marrying a 42 yr old woman? You clearly are as foolish in your old age as you were in your youth and have learnt nothing. It’s one thing to have bad experiences in life, it’s another to learn nothing from them.

At 42, who wants to take on that responsibility without any upside? ….you are delusional. I am a man I am telling you as it is. If you like continue to deceive yourself, you will come here at 50 and at 60 to write another epistle of how you are “happy” to spend the rest of your life alone.

This church and religion you are carrying on your heads is what is troubling many mature women. Back In the the day you would all have had some respectability as 2nd or 3rd wives. But you have all said 1 man 1 wife so good luck finding husband at 42.

That’s why young men can be deceiving single women of 42 with hopes of marriage.

EDIT: I am not trying to be mean to you, I am just telling you the harsh realities from a man’s point of view. In your write up you mentioned knowingly or unknowingly mentioned the financial status of men in your life because it is important to women. Any man who does not realize that is delusional. So also I am telling you as a man, fertility is the most important value a woman has in a man’s eyes. The less fertile you are the less value you have. These things are pure genetics from the days of Adam and Eve. We are all programmed that way. A man who cannot provide has no long term value to a woman, a woman who cannot procreate has no long term value to a man. Unless these 2 things align for BOTH parties any relationship is short term because even if the feelings are genuine reality will set in.

You are 42 you don’t have any more time to be delusional. Stop wasting your time with a young man who won’t marry you. You are 42, you have no children, soon you will need someone to take care of you. Reality check: At 42 you are the suitor not the suitee. The chances of a 40yr old woman finding a husband is less that 1%. You do t have time to be delusional!!!! Get over yourself!!!

Understand where you are. Your battle now is a battle against loneliness in old age. I know you women don’t listen but don’t say you weren’t told.

They confuse men's demand for sex with men's demand for marriage.

cool
At 42 any “suitor” is not looking for marriage no matter what he tells the woman or no matter what a woman tells herself, the only exception is a divorcee or widower who does not want any more children. At 42 a woman has little to offer a man but companionship and sex. At 42, no man without children is looking at her as a potential partner to start a family and a man knows that at 42 a woman has most likely lost her innocence, is jaded, bitter, cynical and has had so many disappointments she is emotionally unavailable and therefore too much hard work..

The whole majority of Nigerians voted for Obi.... The country was united against Atiku and Tinubu. But the electoral body rigged the election to favour the highest bidder.

Cc: casualobserver
To
Since you mentioned me in your post let me respond:

1. The majority of Nigerians did not vote for Obi. Maybe you were not taught was majority means in school. In that case let me help you. Majority means 50+% . To say Obi got the majority votes is saying that he got more than 11.5m votes of the 23m votes cast. Except the totally insane, deluded or retard3d, no one with a functional brain can make such a preposterous claim.

2. To say the country was United against Atiku and Tinubu is also false because together they got exactly 2/3rds of the votes cast. If anything, For all the noise you people are making as if you represent the voice of all or the majority of Nigerians, YOU ARE THE MINORITY….you got about 26% (6.1m) of all the 23.3m total votes cast!

3. Tinubu won this election for 1 reason and 1 reason only……the opposition split their votes. APc had no business winning this election, it was the missteps of the opposition that handed victory to APC from the jaws of defeat. Even insiders within the APC we’re tried to sabotage Tinubu from within. Even with Wike’s help in Rivers, The PDP splinter groups (Atiku,Obi and Kwakwanso) got 14.7m to Tinubu’s 8.7m. Tinubu became president the day Obi left PDP and carried his Ibo votes away from PDP. Elections are simple mathematics not emotion. Take responsibility for your failures and learn from your missteps.

4. Take responsibility for your lack of strategic action and learn from your missteps or else you will keep repeating g the mistakes of Atiku who serially failed to learn where he went wrong. If Obi remains in LP, Tinubu will also win the next election. If he goes to PDP as presidential candidate, Tinubu will win. The only chance Obi has to Aso rock is as Vice President and he has only 2027 to do that because power returns to north in 2031. He will then explain to his Obidients after all the hype why he has now decided to settle for VP in PDP. So I hope you can see why OBi will never be president of Nigeria.

The people are the real problem of Nigeria not officials, not politicians, not our leaders. We like to pass the buck because it absolves us of our complicity and responsibilities. All these people you mentioned are the people, it is the people that become politicians, elected officials and politicians.

It is the same “people” that steal rail tracks, road railings, streetlights, do rituals, drive against traffic etc etc etc that become politicians elected officials and leaders…..so then what do you expect? That this woman feels a need a come and tell her story just says deep down she is not happy. Misery loves company. If you are truly happy with yourself you don’t need to explain yourself to anyone talk less strangers. Freud the renowned psychologist will probably say this is her way of coming to terms with her reality.

It is like a man coming to the internet to tell us why he is happy being poor. Yeah right.

Bluearrow:
Writing this long story obviously means u are not happy. You are just trying to console yourself by saying u are happy. No woman above the age of 40 single is truly happy. It's natural. Work on your character & humble yourself, a man will find u.
Exactly. This is just a self consolation epistle. The reality is that at 42, even if she wants to marry (which deep down she does). She will struggle to find a man.

Women should not deceive themselves. No 42yr old woman has “suitors”. A man going after a 42 yr old woman is not looking for marriage. At that age the men chasing you are either already married or want to marry a younger women or are divorced. At 42, it is a woman who does the “suiting”. At 42 the only option to find a man is to settle for what you turned down in your youth except this time you are the 2nd wife or side chick whereas you were the main chick in your youth.

It is unfortunate that by the time many women realize the realities of dating and matching, it is too late for them. Women do not find husbands like we like to say, men find wives and the age window for a woman to be “found” is limited.

Life lessons for women. A woman is like fresh fish in the market and a man is like the buyer. There is a limited period when the fish remains fresh and can command competition amongst buyers and the best price in the market. If the seller doesn’t strike a deal with a buyer within that period, by evening you will end up discounting the fish and still no buyers or forced to eat your fish yourself, give it out for free or throw them away. So when the fruit is still Fresh, if the price is reasonable you take it because tomorrow there will be new fresh fish and nobody wants your fish anymore. The difference between a woman and a man is that 1). The quality of your fish goes down by the minute 2) you have a limited period to strike a deal with a good buyer, whereas for a man if he goes to market and his money cannot buy good fish today, he can go home work harder and raise the money to buy good fish tomorrow.

The market seller (Women) should remember when their fish is fresh that they are not the only ones in the market with fish, so when you have fresh fish and have competition for your fish, you must strike a deal or else there may never get an opportunity to tell the fish, certainly if you don’t sell while it is fresh, if you manage to sell it will never be at the price you were offered when fresh and which you rejected. So coming after the market has closed with epistle nobody asked you for about how you like the taste of your fish is as they say story for the gods, everybody knows you are eating your fish because there are no buyers.

The problem with many mature women who are still marriable is that they are still pricing their fish at the same price as fresh fish. After 35 you can’t have the same expectations (price) as you had when you were 25. You didn’t get that price when it was fresh how do you expect to get the same price when it isn’t fresh and there is new stock of fresh fish in the market?

I usually liken batteries in series to a chain links that made up a chain, if a particular link is weak, the chain is now as strong as that weakest link.

Eg I remembered when one of the cells in my 16s 48v ebike'$ battery got lower than others, this lead to the bms cutting off supply to the motor when I'm riding it. This is super annoying, thankfully my BMS has Bluetooth so it was easy to fish out the rogue cell and charge it separately and we are good to go again. Battery pack is still performing wonderfully till date.
Yep it’s another reason why I ruled out the “F” batteries. The inability to monitor individual cells easily ( Bluetooth/onboard display) especially on a battery with a below .5c charge/discharge rating (which as I said is a clear indication they are not just grade B cells but poor quality grade B) and would start to deviate from each other as they age and degrade in a non uniform manner, means is not a long term option and won’t deliver the 10 yr promise of lithium without headaches and regular maintenance.

There was a video where some alibababa sourced so called “grade A” cells in a battery pack were tested after 75 cycles and 2 yrs and the 280ah cells has lost capacity at different rates, the poorest having 255ah while others tested between 259 and 270ah. While degradation is normal, because of that 255ah cell, the most he could get out of the entire pack after 75 cycles was 255ah. Plus our “f” battery cells are welded so you can’t just take out a poor performing cell and replace.

Ability to view Individual Cell status is a must no matter the quality of the cells but especially with grade B.

I said it the day Obi announced he was leaving PDP that he just handed the presidency to Tinubu. Very unstrategic bunch of people he and Atiku. You can’t strategize your election, you can’t strategize your court case (never in the history of presidential petitions has appeal court and Supreme Court decisions been both unanimous). Showing how useless their court cases were…no attempt by both to show where votes were “stolen” because they both knew they lost. Which is why they both stormed out of the colation center because their party agents were simultaneously doing the colation and they knew they had lost.

Satellite TV Technology › Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by casualobserver:
TechGeek777:
So most Nigerians are same as naija politicians abi?

We should apologize to Felicity and Martins that sells grade B cells.

I think one edge @Valto has is that his batteries packs are stated capacity!
From my understanding Felicity has 3 grades of batteries. LPBA, LPBF and LPBR. The best cells go into their LPBA batteries. I assume cost is the reason you don’t see them in Nigeria.. LPBF are definitely grade B (what quality grade B I don’t know as reviews, tear downs on them are scanty and LPBR are the lowest of the low.

I suspect all Felicity cells are grade B as none of them including The LPBA has a recommended continuous discharge rate of .5c which is usually an indicator of the quality of cells though I am not sure like I said available info on Felicity is scanty.

Like I said earlier, many of the cheaper battery manufacturers use grade B cells. However the difference between a large battery manufacturer and an individual is that they purchase thousands of cells and can find 4, 8, or 16 with similar matching characteristics and put them together in a battery that will work ok. As an individual if you purchase 16 cells for a 48v battery they all must match.

That a cell delivers the rated capacity is good but capacity is meaningless unless you know the capacity and internal resistance of the other cells you want to put together in a pack. if 2 cells have the same capacity and markedly different resistance, once you put them together, they will not discharge and charge at the same rate, so even though they both have the same capacities on paper, you will not get the full capacity of your battery despite both measuring full capacity individually. Also you clearly do not understand what I said about load. Having capacity does not mean a battery can handle load....maybe you did not watch the video.

When my VRLA batteries died, they would still power my chargers, internet router, one or 2 lights, maybe even a fan at low setting etc for the whole day but put on the TV or fridge and the battery will drop voltage and the inverter will shut down immediately. So also you can as an example run 500w load on a new 5kw Lipefo4 battery or pack with bad cells that has been "tested for capacity" and you think your cells are ok. 500w even 1Kw on a5kw lithium battery is nothing. 1kw on a 5kw battery is just .2c, 500w is just .1c, whereas a good lithium cell should be able to handle 1c without problem and .5c continous. Most people dont put that sort of loads on their battery that's why you can have bad cells/batteries that test for capacity and you wont know youve been sold weak cells. Most cheap battery manufacturers exploit this fact that most people do not put those sorts of loads on their batteries which is why I said the continous discharge rate of a lithium battery is an indication of the type of cells in that battery. Below .5c continous in the spec sheet is a red flag.

I am not against grade B either cells or batteries, they serve a purpose for every pocket but people are entitled to know what they are getting. A lot of products get a bad reputation because people are mis-sold products. Lead batteries got a bad rap because people undersized their battery bank. I always say I ran my Lead acid batteries for 7 years before they gave up. Tubular is gaining a bad rap primarily because most inverters we use do not compensate for temperature and overcharge them causing them to regularly boil and spill acid. Not to talk of the way Nigerian installers install tubular batteries indoors and right under inverters with the potential for sparks and hydrogen gas. I remember going to Luminous office and one of their staff telling me they are safe to install indoors despite their Indian website clearly stating they should not be installed indoors. Similarly lithium will get a bad rap if people are getting g batteries and cells that are not what they think they are.
