The world has an equal distribution of both dumb and smart folks, with everything in between. Whites are not smarter than blacks, but like they say, it's better to be led by a lion than being led by a sheep.

Everything boils down to intelligence sir. Using the bell curve and IQ score, blacks are below the average mean IQ score of 100---no racism in this except for those that believes the blank slate theory, critical race theory because research on intelligence is the only one in the field of psychology with the highest number of samples with replicable evidences---SAT score, ACT score, Brain anatomy, PRS, GWAS, Admixture study, Adoption study, Twin study etc.

In a nutshell, Blacks has a means IQ score of 85, ***White 90-95, Europe 100,*** Asians 105+. This 15 points S.D, constitutes the whole differences we experience in all of the major races.

Blacks are dumb because of their low IQ, period! Yes, in every rule there's an exception, but the bell curve representing IQ scores examines the groups at large and not individuals. Definitely, amongst the blacks there are individuals with a high IQ score of 120+, 130+, 140+ etc. And amongst the whites: 85+, 80+, 75+ etc.

However, this doesn't means that nothing can be done at all, but knowing the foundation of black's problem from a genetic root and evolutionary root not neglecting their environment is a good way to start. But the more we continue to ignore all of these, the more we sink deeper.
