Chapter18- verse 73, { قَالَ لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِمَا نَسِيتُ وَلاَ تُرْهِقْنِي مِنْ أَمْرِي عُسْراً } He said, ‘Do not take me to task on account of that which I forgot, that is, [on account of the fact that] I was not mindful of submitting to you [in the matter] and of refraining from showing disapproval of your actions, and do not exhaust me, [do not] charge me, in this affair of mine with difficulty’, [with] hardship during my companionship of you, in other words, treat me throughout it with forgiveness and indulgence. |

What a weak president we have in this Country that he can not maintain a Peace within the country? What all these problems here and there and yet the major looters are fighting for the next election, can the country survive?anyway final result will come out soon. |
Al-kahf, The CAVE. Chapter18- verse 72, { قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُلْ إِنَّكَ لَن تَسْتَطِيعَ مَعِيَ صَبْراً } He said, ‘Did I not say [that] you would not be able to bear with me?’ |
Al-kahf, The CAVE. Chapter18- verse 71, { فَٱنْطَلَقَا حَتَّىٰ إِذَا رَكِبَا فِي ٱلسَّفِينَةِ خَرَقَهَا قَالَ أَخَرَقْتَهَا لِتُغْرِقَ أَهْلَهَا لَقَدْ جِئْتَ شَيْئاً إِمْراً } So they set off, making their way on foot along the coast of the sea, until, when they embarked on the ship, which was carrying them, he, al-Khidr, made a hole in it, by destroying a plank or two on the starboard side with an axe after they had sailed into deep waters. Said he, Moses, to him, ‘Did you make a hole in it to drown its people? (li-tughriqa ahlahā, ‘for you to drown its people’; a variant reading has li-yaghraqa ahluhā, ‘so that its people might drown’). You have certainly done a dreadful thing’, that is, a grave and reprehensible thing — it is reported that the water did not [actually] penetrate it. |
Al-kahf, The CAVE. Chapter18- verse 70, { قَالَ فَإِنِ ٱتَّبَعْتَنِي فَلاَ تَسْأَلْني عَن شَيءٍ حَتَّىٰ أُحْدِثَ لَكَ مِنْهُ ذِكْراً } He said, ‘If you follow me then do not question me (lā tas’alnī, a variant reading has lā tas’alannī) concerning anything, that you might find objectionable in what I do, according to your [limited] knowledge, and be patient, until I [myself] make mention of it to you’, in other words, [until] I mention it to you with [an explication of] the reason for it. Moses accepted his precondition bearing in mind the respect which a student should exercise in the presence of a teacher. |
zayhal:HMMN. I AM SURPRISE WOO. |
To my bombshell why almuhandis and co failed to attain the major objective in which the thread was shaped for, why not posting and having a conversation in Arabic since it was designed for that, anyway |
You should not fritter away your words and time as well because of davidylan, whatever you should make it available for him as a trust will neglect and not to imbibe it better for you to quit from having deliberations with the dude. Hope that you are sensitive that Qur'an has mentioned for a kind of people (like davidylan and the likes) that are unable to understand the expressions of trust, below is the excerpts from the holy Book regarding to that, 002.006 As to those who reject Faith, it is the same to them whether thou warn them or do not warn them; they will Not believe. 002.007 God hath set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing, and on their eyes is a veil; great is the penalty they (Incur). 002.008 Of the people there are some who say: "We believe in God and the Last Day;" but they do not (really) believe. 002.009 Fain would they deceive Allah and those who believe, but they only deceive themselves, and realize (it) not! 002.010 In their hearts is a disease; and Allah has increased their disease: And grievous is the penalty they (incur), zubeyr: |
Al-kahf, The CAVE. Chapter18- verse 69, { قَالَ سَتَجِدُنِيۤ إِن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ صَابِراً وَلاَ أَعْصِي لَكَ أمْراً } He said, ‘You will find me, God willing, patient, and I will not disobey, in other words, and [you will also find me] non-disobedient [towards], you in any matter’, with which you charge me. He [Moses] made this [statement] conditional upon the Will [of God] because he was not confident of himself in what he had committed himself to. Indeed, this is the custom of prophets and saints, namely, that they do not put their trust in themselves for a single moment. |
Salam. I have posted a topic named How to improve your relationship with the Quran but it's not visible kindly help. Ma'asalam. |
To understand God in all Majesty, Glory and Truth, it would be better to read and quote from the chapter of Isaiah in the Jewish Bible or the OT. Some pearls from Isaiah: 42:8 "I am the Lord; that is my name! I will not give my glory to another or praise to idols." 43:10-12 "Before me no god was formed, nor willl there be one after me. "I, even I, am the Lord and apart from me there is no saviour. I have revealed and saved and proclaimed- I, and not some foreign god among you. You are my witnesses," [b]declares the Lord, "that I am God. Yes, and from ancient days I am he. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act, who can reverse it?" [/b]44:6 "I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God." 44:8 "Do not tremble, do not be afraid. Did I not proclaim this and foretell it long ago? You are my witnesses. Is there any God besides me? No, there is no other Rock; I know not one." After reading all of above, Jesus is not God at all. |
Salamu Alaikum, It is recommended for every believing man and woman to recite the Book of Allaah, the Noble Quran, often, with due contemplation and understanding. This may be done by using a copy of the Quran or from one's memory. Allaah - the Most High – Says (what means): "[This is] a blessed Book (the Quran) which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad, sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded." [Quran 38:29] Are you one of those people who rarely touch the Quran? Or do you read it daily, but don't find it is having the impact on you that it should? Whatever the case may be, these are some simple tips that can help you connect with the Quran. 1. Before you touch it, check your heart The key to really benefiting from the Quran is to check your heart first, before you even touch Allaah's book. Ask yourself, honestly, why you are reading it. Is it to just get some information and to let it drift away from you later? Remember that the Prophet Muhammad, may Allaah exalt his mention, was described by his noble wife, 'Aa'ishah, may Allaah be pleased with her, as a "walking Quran": in other words, he didn't just read and recite the Quran, he lived it. 2. Before you touch it, do your Wudhoo' (ablution) Doing your Wudhoo' is good physical and mental preparation to remind you that you are not reading just another book. You are about to interact with Allaah, the Most Exalted, so being clean should be a priority when communicating with Him. 3. Start with reading only five minutes everyday Too often, we think that we should read the Noble Quran for at least one whole hour. If you are not in the habit of reading regularly, this is too much. Start off with just five minutes daily. If you took care of step one, Insha Allaah (Allaah willing), you will notice that those five minutes will become ten, then half an hour, then an hour, and maybe even more! 4. Make sure that you understand what you have read Five minutes of reading the Quran in Arabic is good, but you need to understand what you are reading. If you are not Arabic, or you don't understand the Arabic language, then make sure you have a good translation of the Quran in the language you understand best. Always try to read the translation of what you have read that day. Regarding those who neglect the Glorious Quran by not reading or not understanding it, Allaah Almighty Says (what means):"And the Messenger has said, “O my Lord, indeed my people have taken this Quran as [a thing] abandoned." [Quran: 25: 30] Allaah Almighty informs us about His Prophet and Messenger, Muhammad, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, that he said: "My Lord my people have abandoned - acting or listening - to the Quran" and that is because the idol-worshippers did not pay attention nor listen to the Quran, as Allaah Says (what means): "And those who disbelieve say, “Do not listen to this Quran and speak noisily during [the recitation of] it that perhaps you will overcome.” [Quran 41:26] 5. Remember that the Noble Quran is far more interactive than a CD In an age of "interactive" CD-ROMs and computer programs, a number of people think books are passive and boring. But the Quran is not like that. Remember that when you read the Glorious Quran, you are interacting with Almighty Allaah. He Almighty is talking to you, so pay attention. 6. Do not just read, you have to listen too There are now many audio cassettes and CDs of the Quran, a number of them with translations as well. This is great to put on your walkman or your car's CD or stereo as you drive to and from work. Use this in addition to your daily Quran reading, not as a replacement for it. 7. Make Du'aa' (supplication). Ask Allaah, the Most Exalted, to guide you when you read the Quran. Your aim is to sincerely, for the love of Allaah, interact with Him by reading, understanding and applying His blessed words. Making Du'aa' to Allaah for help and guidance will be your best tool for doing this. When you are making du’aa', you have a direct connection with Allaah Almighty. So when you are saying your du’aa', you shouldn’t be distracted, but instead you should be fully concentrated. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said: "Make Du’aa' and be assured of it being answered, and know that Allaah, the Exalted, does not answer a Du’aa' from a careless heart which is not concentrating." Islam does not believe that all men are doomed to Hell unless they simply accept that God (apparently unable to forgive otherwise) magnanimously allowed Himself to be tortured on a cross to enable Him to forgive all human beings who just believe that He allowed Himself to be tortured on a cross, Islam does not believe in a Chosen Race. And on and on, |
As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu Narrated Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Laila (Radi-Allahu 'anhu): Ka'b bin Ujrah met me and said, "Shall I not give you a present I got from the Prophet?" 'Abdur-Rahman said, "Yes, give it to me." I said, "We asked Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) saying, 'O Allah's Apostle! How should one (ask Allah to) send blessings on you, the members of the family, how Allah has taught us how to salute you (in the prayer)?' He said, 'Say: O Allah! Send Your Mercy on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your Mercy on Abraham and on the family of Abraham, for You are the Most Praise-worthy, the Most Glorious. O Allah! Send Your Blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You sent your Blessings on Abraham and on the family of Abraham, for You are the Most Praise-worthy, the Most Glorious.' Al-kahf, The CAVE. Chapter18- verse 68, { وَكَيْفَ تَصْبِرُ عَلَىٰ مَا لَمْ تُحِطْ بِهِ خُبْراً } And how can you bear with that whereof you have never been informed?’: in the above-mentioned hadīth [of Bukhārī] after this verse [there is the following statement]: ‘O Moses, I possess knowledge which God has taught me and which you do not have, and [equally] you possess knowledge which God has taught you and which I do not have’. (His saying khubran, ‘informed’, is a verbal noun meaning that which you have never encompassed, in other words, the truth of which you have never been informed of.) |

As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu): Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Shall I not tell you about the Dajjal a story of which no Prophet told his nation? The Dajjal is one-eyed and will bring with him what will resemble Hell and Paradise, and what he will call Paradise will be actually Hell; so I warn you (against him) as Noah ('Alaihis-Salam) warned his nation against him." Salamu Alaikum, IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF JUM'AH ( FRIDAY ) Every Muslim should prepare for Jum'ah from Thursday. After Asr on Thursday one should increasingly read Istighfaar etc. That person shall obtain the most benefit of Jum'ah who awaits it and prepares for it from Thursday. Rasulallah ( S.A.W. ) has said : " The best day of the week that the sun rises on, is the day of Jum'ah." The night of Jum'ah ( the night between Thursday and Friday ) is more blessed and the day of Jum'ah is most blessed. Friday is the best among all days. Friday is an Eid for this Ummah. Adam ( R.A. ) was created on Friday, He was granted entrance into Jannah on Friday, He was descend into Earth on Friday, He died on Friday, Qiyaamah will also take place on Friday. Amongs the seven days of the week, Friday is the day when Allah's special mercies are granted. It is a day of gathering for the Muslims and rewards are increased. Many great events took place on this day, and yet take place. Hazrat Abu Saeed khadri ( R.A. ) says that the Rasulallah ( S.A.W. ) has said that : " Whoever recite Suratul-Kahf on Friday (the night between Thursday and Friday) enjoys the illumination between two Fridays." ( Nasai ) Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar ( R.A. ) says that the Rasulallah ( S.A.W. ) has said that: " Whoever recites Suratul-Kahf on Friday, will enjoy a light shining from his feet to the heaven and will have his sins forgiven committed between the two Fridays." ( Ibn Marduya ). It is reported from Hazrat Abu Huraira ( R.A. ) that Rasulallah ( S.A.W. ) has said that : " Whoever recites Suratul-Ham-Mim Dukhan on Friday, ( the night between Thursday and Friday ) enjoys the prayer of 70,000 angels for his forgiveness and gets all sins forgiven." ( Tirmizi ). Hazrat Abdulla Bin Abbas ( R.A. ) says that Rasulallah ( S.A.W. ) has said That : " Whoever recites Suratul-Aale Imran on Friday, angels enjoy the divine shower of salutation on him till sunset." ( Tibrani ). Al Isbahaani reports from Ibn Abbas ( R.A. ) that Rasulallah ( S.A.W. ) said : " The one who performs 2 raka'at after Maghrib on Friday night ( the night between Thursday and Friday ) and reads in every rakaat once Suratul-Al Fatiha and Suratul Zilzaal ( Iza zul zilatil Ardhu ) 15 times, Allah will ease for him the Sakaraat of Death ( the moment of death ) and will save him from the punishment of the grave and make easy for him the crossing of the Siraat. Hazrat Abu Amama ( R.A. ) says that the Rasulallah ( S.A.W. ) has said that : " The bath of Friday, pull out every sin of the man from its root. ( Tibrani ) Hazrat Abu Huraira ( R.A. ) says that the Rasulallah ( S.A.W. ) has said that : " whoever goes out for Friday prayer after making proper ablution and listen to the sermon quietly sitting, get all his sins forgiven not only from one Friday to the next, but also the sins of three days more." ( Muslim ) Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masud ( R.A. ) reports that Rasulallah ( S.A.W. ) had said : " The order of sitting before Allah will be just as order of attendance on Friday. Whoever comes first in mosque on Friday will have his seat nearest to Allah, the second one will have the second seat and third one will have the third seat and fourth one will also not be very far from Allah." ( Ibn Maaja ) Juma'at Mubarak. |
And remember that the message of Islam is that of peace and of harmony. Before we heal we must talk about the hurt, and Allah does heal our hearts by putting people in our path that are there to guide us to HIM. |
".Say: Allah's guidance is the only guidance, and we have been directed to submit ourselves to the Lord of the Worlds, " Qur'an (6:71) |
I feel truly grateful that Allah has guided me to where I am today. I truly feel blessed. It seems that all of the pieces of my life fit together in a pattern - a path to Islam. |
