One of the key requirements of the spouse visa is to have a valid TB certificate (not more than 6 months old from the date of the visa application) provided you are applying from a region/country where it is not exempted.

You have to satisfy the requirements and conditions fully, for any type of visa you are applying for.

If you had half a brain Tonye Barcanista, you wont post the drivel you wrote up here. More stringent regulatory framework can be imposed to satisfy any legitimate security concerns but an outright ban on new businesses like the ride hailing firms is unfair and unreasonable. Unless there are other unspoken ulterior motives behind this action. Balance is needed.

What happened to regulation and a solid enforcement? Why are we always quick to ban things without a working or tested alternatives in place to manage things better and rid the average citizen of any hardship or cause small businesses pain?
