Contrarily, I believe that is terrible counsel to offer to anyone in that situation, especially if things may get better. What do you think, guys? It is not a terrible counsel but the best that can happen to you, only if your neighbor has the capacity to mentor you to greatness (Millionaire entrepreneur) within 1 - 4 years. |

This is evident in the vodeo as you will see dust arising even before the collapse. Hence, those in the building were alerted and ran out before the collapse (My thought though) |

ytdivine: I admire so much people with this asset called land. A lot of people in this forum has hectares of land which is no doubt a very huge investment. One of my early mistake was not buying much piece of land even when I had the resources to do so. I can tell you clearly that the little I get have been carefully converted into multiple source of income. Without exaggeration, during this recent financial crisis of scarcity of money, I was very comfortable because I earned income daily from this invaluable asset called LAND. This thread is to highlight how one can turn land to money. Am going to be posting pictures to support my claim. Please stay tuned Good job |

crows2ravens: All those quoting me saying it's a lie. Of course, care and support is unskilled work.
I will use an example, a single guy living outside of London. Assuming you work in the same city where you work. These figures are as close to actual as possible. If you live in UK and and I'm wrong, bring us actual figures!
Let's say you earn £1,800 monthly: Tax + NI - £400 Rent (studio flat + bills) - £600 One month bus ticket - £55 Food and groceries - £100 Car finance, e.g. Audi A1 - £227 (down payment is around £2k plus) Total monthly expenses - £1,382 You still have £418 for other expenses and savings. But anything else you spend on will be wants not needs.
Council tax £80 if it's not included in your rent. The UK guys don't want us to come and flood the place for them. Now I know, the assumption of the poster is deceiving him/her. Most time assumptions are not real situations. |
