Right now am really depressed and feel like leaving this worthless earth, though my mum advise me to stay that marriage is all about tolerance and endurance but for how long will I endure this emotional torture from a man who don't even care you want to leave the earth instead of leaving the marriage? Which do you think would be easier and better for you? Don't say that girl. And pls don't even think about it again so you don't go hurting yourself. |

Exactly VintageCocktail: From the little she wrote, the mum is a poster child of what every male nairalander wants as a wife....quiet, submissive, not contemplating on divorce even if she is maimed, humiliated and strangled infront of her children and the world and you're still asking for more as if the parties in question are here laying the complaints. Honestly, would've loved to be married to such a down to earth wife if I am a weed smoker.
Tell the girl what you think will solve her problems in these quagmire, the parents can sort themselves out as they used to, even if it means the weed smoker succeeds in strangling the wife. |

Lol. If others talk even you will talk? Mtchew. Chief lastpage hypocritus twoface 1. How are you today? What have I said wrong? I bet I would be the good Christian woman of virtue who young girls need to learn from if I typed all that on a different thread where the man was cheating on his wife. In fact anyone who told her to leave would be the instrument of the devil that he is using to wreck marriages around the world. Why are guys now letting the devil and feminists use you to encourage divorce when God says otherwise? lastpage: You are right joor, My prayer for you is that your own husband, who is the father of your children, will wake-up one day and start phucking your housemaid, your sister or your best friend ...all on your matrimonial bed! That will be your portion and since it is just a "small issue", please just try to find a solution to it and dont let that break your home sha. Thank you all for your advice and support... I love you all may god be with you guys. Since you've chosen to go back, be sure to walk on egg shells to avoid setting him off again( that's if that will work) I'd advice you to lady up and go take the job you got in Lagos. He will only vex for a while. If he vex too much, he can come look for you in Lagos. As for your mom, I know nothing you do will change her mind about leaving until something really awful happens. God forbid. I said that because I don't understand how someone has tried to strangle her severally and she's still there. I don't know what to say. That's why we consider many guys hypocrites and that's also why they are easily deceived. ApexTitan: By refusing to disclose such a fact to her husband the woman is basically defrauding him and I am against any counsel for women to keep mum about things like this before their husbands.
If after disclosing her past history to her husband he refuses to go along with the marriage it's all well and good. As painful as this may be it is better than entering into a union based on such a level of deception.
All healthy relationships involve a level of deception that's true, but for matters that border on the very foundations of marriage both parties must come to terms with the each other's baggage.
A woman's number count is not an issue that can be glossed over for men . |

Ok coogar: it doesn't work that way.... actually, results have shown her hubby is more likely to turn a new leaf with the attitude she's got. nothing kills a man's spirit than his wife doing the opposite of what is expected.
a man cheats - his wife catches him red handed and she refuses to talk about it or react negatively to it. it puts the hubby in a permanent state of paranoia.......and sometimes it's the kick in the arsë he needs to mend his ways.
i don't condone what her hubby is doing or has done - but i think she's handling it perfectly and conflict-free. one day, the penny would drop for the hubby or he gets his comeuppance. what goes around comes around. |

ma'am, you would never know what you are missing. well... Ok. I don't really know. But 'statistics' have shown that the more the shyte you show you can swallow, the more the shyte being thrown at you. Besides its kind of basic human nature to desire that which doesn't come easily to you. How can one be acting like they believe they are not worth treating well and expect it to stop. |

sweetmuah: . You think begging and crying for someone who treats you bad will make him stop? It never does. It only gives him more power to do worse. You've to decide what you want. To be respected in the marriage or just sex. What do you even want the sex for? Do you know who his numerous girlfriends are sleeping with on the side? You want to join the bodies hosting and transporting pathogens around the world. Anyway they will say I don come again. So let me stop here. In summary, treat the disease not the symptom. Him not wanting sex with you anymore is not the disease. It is the symptom of a bigger issue that you guys need to work on. Maybe you're now like a sister to him. Because only a sister will not care or be jealous about the other ladies her brother chooses to sleep with. You're not sexually attractive anymore to him and part of that (among other possible things) stems from the fact that you tolerate his misbehavior and beg for affection and forgiveness even when he should be the one doing that. You're not a doormat. Stop acting like one. If I was a man, I wouldn't fvkc a chic that acts like that too. |
Family › Re: He Stopped Kissing Me by cococandy(f): 11:16pm On May 28, 2015 |
You don't care that he has other women on the side. Meaning you're not emotionally invested in the relationship. If all you want is sex with no strings and not a proper marriage, get a toy. Simple |

dinachi: Wasting time kee? Nothing way I know go hear! Tell him the story. Let him be the judge of whether you are wasting time or not. My point both of you need all the information to make an informed decision. A woman who does not want to marry a former or practicing porn star and a man who does not want to marry a former prostitute both need full disclosure if they are sincere to themselves. i was kidding obviously. But being a former pornn star and a former prostitute aren't the same thing as just having exes you dated before you met your partner. Yes I totally agree that those are information your intended needs to know because they may have their reservations. I think you should understand the difference between that and spewing irrelevant information about past relationships (emphasis On relationships.) There's a difference. |

"By the time, you finish perusing the details and number of past customers, he may not want to marry you" QED You women know this fact and dats why you choose to hide it from him...
Truth is, you can never really claim he loves you, cos he never knew you....

Family › Re: Things Your Fiancé/ husband Is Better Off Not Knowing. by cococandy(f): 9:55pm On May 28, 2015 |
dinachi: Why exactly are you scared of baring it all before your husband? Don't you know your past sexual information is also needed for him or her to make an informed decision? What if he never wanted to get married to a former or practicing prostitute and you keep the information and he later finds out, what do you think will happen? Because I don't want to waste our time. By the time we finish perusing the details and number of the past customers our first child will be as old as three years. Time is money. Ain't nobody gat it to waste. Are you satisfied? |
Family › Re: Things Your Fiancé/ husband Is Better Off Not Knowing. by cococandy(f): 9:48pm On May 28, 2015 |
I don't support pretense either. And I don't support unnecessary information. Having had an active sex life before you met your husband is not the same thing as being an escort (just another name for prostituion) If you've had active sex life, there's no need for details. "Yes honey I'm not a virgin" should be enough. Chances are he knows your ex (if your break-up with that one is recent) That's enough information. He doesn't need to know the one before that and the one before the one before that. Keeping a list with pictures and activity log serves no purpose. harveyspec: I thought its best I tell my spouse of my past but show to him that I have changed rather than portray a picture of being a normal girl or saint, only to be found out that I was wild & wayward
A man who has been having a healthy sex life within an average confines(no wild practice or exploration) suddenly learns that his wife he considered innocent or normal was once a wild dck sucking stripping escort bitchh
What do you think will happen to his psyche?
How do you think he will view her? Admiration or disgust? |
Family › Re: Things Your Fiancé/ husband Is Better Off Not Knowing. by cococandy(f): 9:35pm On May 28, 2015 |
dinachi: Since there is nothing to worry about if he finds out,why then do you keep it from him in the first place? End time marriage counsellor this your response Na wa! because it is my privacy and I don't owe anyone a list of past sexual partners. If they do meet in future and it so happens that we will be spending time together with that person , then I'm obliged to tell him. If someone I used to be intimate with is going to becomes a family friend, then he has to know what happened between us and decide if he's cool staying friends with them. But as far as they are still people I met before I met him, he doesn't need to know who they are or how many they are. To what end? |
Family › Re: Things Your Fiancé/ husband Is Better Off Not Knowing. by cococandy(f): 9:25pm On May 28, 2015 |
If I knew him before I knew my husband and did all that before we got married, I've committed no offense. There's nothing to worry about here even if he finds out. Really I'll just be running into an ex who happens to be hubby's acquaintance. Will it be awkward?. Meh maybe. But What possible harm does it present to the marriage except she wants to continue seeing him again?. If not, I don't see how coincidentally knowing and meeting someone your babe dated in the past is a bad thing. You might as well keep names and pictures of those you had sex with before marriage so that you can show your partner when you marry. Please... On the other hand, if you reverse the positions, I'd only feel a tinge of jealousy when meeting someone who my husband used to date especially if they had a raunchy time together. And I may feel a bit sorry for him because it might be embarrassing to him. But I don't think I'm senseless enough to be mad at him for having a life and knowing someone before me. Like he owed me an explanation then even though he hadn't met me? harveyspec: Pls how will you handle this!!
Your husband tells you he ran into an old acquaintance that he saw last maybe 15yrs, someone you haven't heard about.
this acquaintance will be coming over for dinner, he shows up & behold he is Emeka you have been sleeping with in faraway Japan(you thought u were safe cos Japan was far away & Emeka told u he hasn't been too Nigeria for the past 15yrs & he has no plan to)
You have done all manner of things with Emeka, ranging from orgies to foursomes to abortion
How do you deal with this?
If you say you can't cheat in a marriage, replace the above scenario with this You did all of that with Emeka before you married your hubby, your hubby ain't aware you did those wild stuffs, he sees you as a cool headed lady!!
you can't tell which of your past will come hunting, so saying if it has little chance of spilling, keep it that way isn't wise |
