I believe your wife is bothered by something else related to that gathering than just the cooking aspect. I’m not saying the cooking is easy.
But if you offered to help and also get someone else to help out too and she’s still refusing, then it’s not really all about the cooking.

Weird fact:

He would completely regrow the liver in a couple of days. From as little as 51% of the original liver mass can regenerate back to its full size.
In a couple of days? No dear. It takes about 30 days on average (in non-complicated cases).

Can take up to a year under different situations.

Yes but that’s still a short time considering

pocohantas:
You and your wife have done well, Sir.

On schooling, it is not compulsory she goes to school. I mean formal/classroom school. A teenager who could run away from an abuser and trace your house after years isn’t a dull one. I guess you want her to be able to speak good English and solve basic mathematics. These things, though important- are gradually fazing out as a CORE. Get her tutors to teach her those basic things you want her to learn. After that, she should learn a SKILL. Ask her which skill she likes, they always have one.

She is 15 already. Even if she starts from JSS1, by the time she is done with NYSC, the Nigerian goal of attending universities to get white collar jobs would be defeated as she won’t meet HR demands- 25yrs with MSc from a reputable institution and 5years (cognate) work experience in the FMCG sector.

Home tutoring and skill acquisition is the way to go. I’ll also suggest you drop the house assistant tag. A 15yrs old child shouldn’t be assisting a house.

For such level of betrayal, I will be pleased if after the man disrupted the wedding, he still didn't accept her back to his home as a wife. What nonesense shocked...how can you be treating marriage as shifting cultivation, even when u know that u still have an active subscription with a man which has not expired shocked.. Truely hoes aren't loyal. Whatever food they cooked for the event can serve as Covid 19 palliatives for spectators who had the patience to watch the drama.

Thank you. I looked it up and the ones I picked are out of stock. I will see if i can speak with someone. They had ad on my Amazon feeds last week.
Got the stuff from carrygo. Used one park of the catfish for stew...I bought two packs - they were okay. The Cameroon pepper - very darkish and gave stew dark color grin I might not use it again and stay with my fresh habanero.
Melon was great - very clean. It's the native egusi for my fav ofe enu ale grin per my grandmother. I will order more.
Bonga fish was good but unable to order more than one grin i just cleaned, oven dry and chew grin

He can’t provide yet he wants you to be his homely wife material who also provides for him while pampering him.

You go suffer tire. He should choose a role and stick with it. Otherwise you will be stuck doing everything in the marriage and his ungrateful behind will never thank you for it.

He’s comparing you to his friends girlfriends. Try compare him to other people boyfriends and see how he measures up to them.

Since that last time, none of mine have died again. I’m afraid to make any changes because they are so fragile. A little thing disturbs their equilibrium.

I don’t even change the water often and only feed them once every other day. It’s been months and they are all still kicking

This is true actually. But I don't know there is sweet soy sauce again o. I will also look for it when next I go shopping and give it a trial.
Yeah there is.

It’s thick and syrupy, not watery like regular soy sauce. I think they add molasses or something to make it that way. I’m not sure.

I ordered mine from amazon. Maybe you can find it there. I use the one in the first picture.

I know you all and I have marked your monikers.

It’s salty tongue

You can try sweet soy sauce though. So much better. Since I started using it, my Chinese fried rice has been better than restaurant quality.

And it has less sodium too.

I like this thread kiss Although I’m not a cat lover.
Or pet lover of any kind.

But I don’t understand the origin of the unfounded fear of cats in Nigeria . I wish I knew how it all started. Cats are indeed very cute.

But I DISLIKE pet hair anywhere in my vicinity. No matter how cute.
Health › Re: 28 And Still Yet To Hit Puberty by cococandy(f): 6:40am On Aug 25, 2020
That’s terrible.
Sorry it happened to you.
Poor record keeping and lack of continuity in most things is our major downfall in this country

Horerku:
My dad was once sick (4years back), he was admitted at lasuth and during the time i was with him there, i tried getting medical help but it was a very regrettable experience. After using hours and days at family clinic (i get there by 7 and see doctor by 11 or 12), I was referred to their endocrine section. But the problem was first time i visit the endocrine cos they open only Tuesday and Thursday i met a doctor who examined me (in front of students o) and asked me to run some tests which amount to 45k (6 tests). I did the tests and next appointment was two weeks later. Next time i went there with the tests, i met another doctor who just browsed through my file and results and instead of prescribing drug or say u go through this treatment he wrote another test which was 65k (2 tests). I did this too and was asked to come again in 2 weeks almost 120k on test alone. Believe me you next time i went again they were on strike and the lady at the records gave me a month appointment, after the strike i went and when i will see doctor again, it was not any of the first 2 doctors . Although this was an elderly woman, asked me questions, went through my files, checked first test results and second one, brought out one thing like big beads like this and checked my throat. After all those guess what? She asked me to go for another test again. The price of this was 145k! I was broke already i spent saving for house rent on inconclusive tests and I'm asked to go for a new one. I just kept crying in the bus till i got home cos i feel swindled and punished for what is not my fault. I tore the hospital card and never went back there. Because if the tests were that expensive how much with the treatment be? Reason I'm trying to see if i can see a private hospital doctor that will help me out. I almost ended my life after my experience at lasuth i don't if luth won't be same old story.

Then I kept to rise for 2 hrs. Brought it out and fried it, that's all
I’ll try this.
