ken6488:Leave uninformed people who feed their souls with CNN propaganda daily to their delusion. How the world has been made to believe Russia is evil and just killing Ukrainians for killing sake is beyond my comprehension. In case you don't know, the people of Donetsk are Russian speaking and infact are Russian in every facet of their lives, the bad luck they have is just to have been drawn in a map with Ukraine since the balkanization of the old USSR. They have been seeking their independence since the 90s and successive Ukrainian government have oppressed them and make them slaves in their own land just because they see them as Russians. Putin cannot take this torture to his brothers anymore and decided to liberate them. Now I'm not saying the invasion is good but you cannot blame Russia when the US and the west generally have done the same thing in Libya, Yemen, Syria, Serbia etc and left the countries in a mess. |
yinkus6750:It's all a scam, that refinery us far from ready. Buhari the scammer just want to show off as though he did something by commissioning an incomplete project before leaving office. |
Burob:I don't blame Obi at all for what happened to Atiku. Atiku is the mastermind of his own downfall, firstly it was the turn of the south and he shouldn't have contested but fine he contested but why not pick Obi as vice and strike a deal with him that you will only spend one term. Their combo would surely have won this election hands down. But Atiku fell into the scam of the pdp southern governors who demanded that he picks one of them as vice. Obi saw the handwriting on the wall in pdp and decided to try his own luck elsewhere. So please let's stop this blame game on Obi. He did the right thing by contesting and now he's also a national prospect for future election. |
Obiedun:He's asking you a valid question and you are complaining. What are you smoking? How can any sane person sit down and say APC is better than PDP? How much was USD when APC took over and how much is it today? How much was Garri,Rice etc when APC took over and how much is it now or what about the insecurity and killings that was only in Borno when APC took over but today its all over the north. Apart from that there's no difference between APC and PDP because what they are doing is transfer market once the season is open. Akpabio that stole billions as a governor in pdp yesterday is nursing to come and steal trillions as Senate president in APC today, Wike is still coming to APC from PDP while Amaechi will transfer back to the other party called PDP tomorrow. You better use your head and reason if you believe in this your APC is better that PDP rubbish. |
nesphil:Your submission is incorrect and stop spreading falsehood. Over 150 million Americans voted in the last election in a population of 300M , infact over 73M votes for trump alone as the losing candidate. Use Google cos it's your friend https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_United_States_presidential_election. I have always maintained that Nigeria's population is far over bloated. You cannot have over 200m people in this country but the usual north wants to claim population. |
TheManPregnant:Your point is baseless and mumuish in nature. Take me for instance I'm a Yoruba man and my father is from osun state but I have never been to osun state because I was born and bred in Lagos. Are you saying I should leave Lagos for osun state where I have no connection anytime there's election? You people need to think things through before opening up your mouth wa. If that's the case even tinubu or Sanwoolu will have to go back to iragbiji and ijebu to contest and vote. If you think this your point is to hunt igbos then I tell you millions of Yorubas like me will be hunted more. |
UNRULY:What you are proposing us option A4 and yes it worked then cos I voted. Imagine that you want to adopt option A4 now and thugs can see openly that you didn't vote for their preferred candidate, don't you think you will either be flogged with cane on the queue or be marked in the place you stay for future attacks. The one that's not option A4 now we are still dealing with thugs profiling people based on ethnicity talk less of option A4. Let's think things deeply before we say them abeg. |
LegendHero:You are just boasting in your ignorance and some people actually liked your comment. Who told you there can be another rerun after a rerun election? The constitution is clear that the majority vote wins once a rerun is conducted and 25% does not apply in a rerun election. |
inoki247:Nothing is tough here unless you are new to naija politics. Those PDP members will all decamp to LP once the governor is announced winner. |
voltron14:You are ignorant of the law. Fct is a territory and not a state, a president is the governor of the fct. How will he govern a place where the overwhelming majority don't want him? The constitution envisaged this and made provision for a run off where the winner is simply who wins the majority votes and 25% does not apply. |
olas24u:I am appalled with this response of yours. So if election is peaceful where you reside and you have sampled opinions of several others including me sending this here that there were several voters suppression and irregularities yet the election in Lagos is peaceful according to you but I'm sorry to say you sounded very daft. I am tempted to say, may God allow you to be flogged the way old people were flogges in some.polling units in Lagos yesterday by touts and hoodlums. |
thunder74:Speak for yourself please. I voted Obi and I'm a Yoruba man, if the election is conducted 20 times I will still vote obi ahead of tinubu or Atiku. |
StreetFight:So if we decide to follow your dumb analysis we should ask Tinubu to go and vote in iragbiji and not in ikeja or sanwoolu to vote in ijebu where he's from and not in ikoyi. The amazing thing is that you people propagating this stupid narrative are either from ogbomosho or ileoluji yet you deprived the Rhodes vivour or Doherty a place in their own ancestral homes. Today and indian is the prime minister of UK, an Indian is the mayor of London but primordial people like you will be saying rubbish. I spit on your education if you have any. |
mtngloetiartel:The funny thing about this people chanting go to your home and vote is that they are not even from Lagos. You will find out most of them are from ijebu or ogbomosho. |
Healthquest:You are a mugu, you think election rigging is one plus one equals two. Don't you know that as they deflate the vote of the other parties they would inflate their own in the process due to bvas? What happened was APC reduced the votes of LP and PDP in certain states like rivers,Lagos,Benue, imo, akwa ibom, oyo etc and added it to their own to balance the total votes cast. Now remove those figures from apcs votes and add it to LPs own, APC will drop to around 7m and the other parties will overtake them. |
MatrixCircle:Unfortunately for LP, despite their strong showing they didn't present any candidate in over 14 rep seats and the 3 senatorial districts. I think inec said they submitted their lists late or something. In my own constituency I just wasted my vote for NNPP in those two categories. LP will really bite themselves for that good cos they would have easily won like 10 seats today. |
With what I've seen kwankwasos NNPP doing up north. This election would have been over if obi and Kwankwaso had agreed and signed a pact that he will be the resident after obi. If that merger had happened this election would have been over with obi winning landslide. It's so unfortunate they failed to merge. |
asanausana91:Shebi you are God now and crystal ball is in your bedroom to see who has votes or not. Better go and vote your Atiku in peace and stop using wasted vote narrative the lure people into your delusion. Allow people waste their vote in peace afterall you also want to waste your vote on Atiku who I know cannot win. |
asanausana91:Define wasting of vote sir? If I vote for Atiku and he doesn't win have I not wasted my vote too according to your stupid logic. Pls allow me to waste my vote in peace afterall it's my vote and not yours. Stupid logic indeed. |
Finesse247:Rubbish talk! Anybody that needs to be induced with cash before voting in the first place does not deserve to vote. What exactly is wrong with a lot of Nigerians to insist on money to be paid to deteine your destiny for the next 4 years. |
I have always known either of Obi or Kwankwaso cannot step down for anyone at this stage because it's way too late. This election is now beyond both of them and too many vested interests involved now. If any of them dare to back down that would spell the end of their political career unless they don't plan again in future elections. Funny enough kwankwasos NNPP is doing very well for a party that's less than 2 years old. I have been seeing a lot of his posters and NNPPs candidates for senate and house of reps in Lagos even more than labour party. |
HardMirror:So according to your irrational thinking faculty , if I vote for someone and he doesn't win I have wasted my vote. Mumu talk indeed. What if I vote for Atiku and he doesn't win ?then according to you my vote has been wasted niyen. You people think election is arsenal vs manutd that whoever you support must win. Better allow people to vote for whoever they wish and not be saying this mumu talk of wasted vote. In 2019 I voted Atiku and he didn't win so my vote wasted abi? In 2023 I will vote for Obi and if he doesn't win my life will continue with a clear conscience, as far as I'm concerned there's no difference between tinubu and Atiku so I can't vote any of those old cargoes again. |
Thinkam:So you think by some miracle LP and NNPP will demerge to atikus camp. You should be able to discern that they s election is now beyond both Obi and Kwankwaso. There are too many vested interests involved for them to decamp, if they do it will be the end of their political career unless they don't plan to contest in future. How do you think Kwankwaso and obi supporters would feel if they direct their people to go and vote obi or tinubu now and by 2027 they come out to contest again. Nobody will take any such politician seriously anymore. Atikus, tinubu, Kwankwaso and obi will go to the field and a winner will emerge las las. I for one thinks both Kwankwaso and obi are testing the waters for 2027. |
This man only campaign based on ethno religious sentiment. Such a pity he thinks ethnicity is what will give him votes in 2023. |
Honestly, I don't know why tinubu's handlers are allowing him to make all these goofs in public. This is the same man that called a sitting governor in Ogun state as eleyi and that fool too is shining teeth behind him today. Now he has refered to udom a sitting governor as a boy in his own State. Before this campaign started, I was an ardent follower of asiwaju based on past good deeds in Lagos but right next w I think the guy has lost his midas touch and he's only being propelled by some cabals when will hijack his government. Such a pity that some of my fellow Yorubas cannot see that tinubu is another buhari loading and his own government would be worse than buhari if they still go ahead to vote him in. |
ochejoseph:This one japa go UK finish begin dey write rubbish from UK. Is there any difference between APC and PDP? The difference between the two parties is like 6 and half a dozen. Allow me to waste my vote in peace since it's not your vote as I'm voting Obi and if he doesn't win let APC continue. Removing APC to enthrone PDP is like avoiding the devil only to run into the deep blue sea. |
I am still wondering if Nigerian politicians use juju or something to charm Nigerians. How's APC able to campaign in the midst of all these hardships in the country? I have samples opinions on the streets of Lagos and still marvel at how mechanics, plumbers and traders still want to vote for tinubu in the midst of all these chaos in the country. Na waoh. |
MilitantAtheist:Please send me the link. I will like to see it pls I beg you. |
Hello friends, Please I need your advice on a particular problem I have with a friend. Sometime in 2021 a friend approached me that his business took a downtime and that I should lend him some funds and he'd pay back within a month. I borrowed him the sum of 4m and up till today he has only atrugled to repay 2m. I am fed up as every avenue I have used to recover my funds gas not been fruitful. I will appreciate and advice or means on how I can recover my funds as it hurts me so bad that I saved up this money and a friend I trust with that huge sum has betrated my trust. |
zerozz:Seems u actually talk before u think....Futa remains one of the best universities in Nigeria. In recent survey of most employable graduates in Nigeria Futa dusted all those federal universities u mentioned in fourth position. Next time u do a bit of research before spitting jargons. |
A lot of these miscreants will still vote Jibril al Sidani next year.......SMH. |
