onumadu:Ekpa (or whatever his name is) hails from Ebonyi state. Credible evidence suggests that most of these criminals are from Ebonyi. Yet there is no daft “sit at home” in Ebonyi or Cross Rivers State (Ekpa is a Cross Rivers name by the way) yet he has insisted on engineering this nonsense in the heart of Igboland. What are his intentions? Go figure! Even the IPOB DOS has disowned this bs because they know how unpopular it is. But some people are talking about dialogue. With who? There is only one route out of this nightmare. Soludo needs to go hard on these bastards. First cut off their sources of funding. Make a formal report to the Finnish Authorities ( MEND’s Okah is serving time in a South African jail for similar activities). After that smoke out these imps and send them to hell. |
A very short time ago I would have had a hearty laugh at anyone who suggested that Ukraine could win this war conventionally. Most people thought that Ukraine's only chance was the un-conventional (insurgency, guerrilla whatever you prefer) route. However recent developments have been nothing short of a military miracle. There is now a genuine possibility that as a result of numerous strategic fvck ups by the Russians, there is now a chance that Ukraine may win this war conventionally. Russians seem to be losing command and control. Biden has set the classic Monkey Trap for Putin. monkey trap (plural monkey traps) 1. (literally) A cage containing a banana with a hole large enough for a monkey's hand to fit in, but not large enough for a monkey's fist (clutching a banana) to come out; anecdotally used to catch monkeys that lack the intellect to let go of the banana and run away.Putin (monkey) can’t seem to let go of the banana (Ukraine). |
Is this from "The Onion" or is Dailymail now in the business of spoofing news? |

It is interesting how politicians like to couch international affairs in moralistic terms. Most likely because it appeals to the "man on the streets" to think about these issues in such simple, easy to understand terms as good vs evil. The reality is that these things are never about being righteous or sinful. It is usually about power and interests. While Putin may have valid strategic reasons for invading Ukraine, I cannot help feeling that he has walked into a trap with his eyes wide open. The western alliance is carrying a lot of water for Ukraine using the power of media propaganda, painting the picture of a heroic David valiantly fending off an evil Russian Goliath. For a conflict that started in 2014 and you were well aware for a long time that this full scale invasion was bound to happen, why didn't they do more to even the odds a lot earlier? For example, why are they just now talking about transferring MIGs (fighter jets) during a hot war? My theory is that they want to help Ukraine but just enough to suck Russia into a long, costly conflict while using the excuse to hit the Russian economy with enough harsh sanction to degrade Russia from a near peer, aspiring super power to a mere major power (like France or the UK). I think the Western alliance is likely to achieve their objectives. |
This just shows you the pitfalls of having a kleptocracy while pretending to be a superpower. Putin claims to have spent a few hundred billion dollars, in the past decade, upgrading the Russian military To match NATO. Now the generals are super rich while the grunts look like “local hunters” scavenging for food. Any Nigerian would understand. No wonder they call oil “the devil’s excrement”. |
This jobless vagabond again! Your mates are reporting from inside Ukraine, you are reporting from near the border. You might as well stay in your bedroom and just report from what you watch on TV. |
The only part of this gibberish that is correct is when he says, "This horrific disaster would never have happened if our election was not rigged and if I was the president,"Putin won't have to invade Ukraine to prevent the continuous expansion of NATO because Trump was actively destroying NATO itself. So there was nothing to fear there. |
GboyegaD:Don’t mind the “activist”. Buhari is not vain and would support a greedy man. Indeed! The same Buhari that said Abacha was not corrupt or are we talking about another one? Is it the same Buhari that went to endorse Gandollar? These Mumugerians are just too easy to deceive. |
Albakir ebinawi, come and see your Shia brothers! Indeed, religion is the root of all evil. |
Ojiofor:Little correction! The highlighted is actually Onyendufu |
Efe42:Why do you want to move on when you can kuku camp on her door mouth until she gree take you back. It’s that SIMPle |
motymop:Yeah, including some Hindus and Buddhists. |
motymop:No, it means that she is Buddhist. |
Arson is the key fundamental tradition of the Nigerian Army. From the days of the Benin invasion to now, it has been burning, burning all the way. Even the maestro sang about it.. Na the burn, burn na him dey sweet them pass.. Bring matches.. |
Pure mumu, ostrich out of touch with reality mentality as usual not to talk about being utterly hypocritical. It is always ironical when you read this kind of nonsense. I can still remember a kindly mopol guy teaching my 15 year old self how to properly roll a blunt. That shows you how much our law enforcement respect this retarded law. Everyone knows that it doesn't make a difference in consumption whether you legalize the herb or not. The only people that stand to lose from legalization is our corrupt law enforcement (the useless NDLEA in particular) because this closes a key avenue for corruption. |
It is a well known fact that all terrorists are muhammedans. The few so called peaceful mumuslims are just cowards who haven't gathered the intestinal fortitude to be true to their "religion". Sane people know that shitslam is not actually a religion but a dangerous death cult. Actually, even crazy Prophet Moh (piss be upon him) was a terrorist. He started his terrorist career by harassing camel caravans. He actually wrote (or rather dictated, since he was illiterate) the first terrorist manual which some people call the Koran. |
[s] ThEGodFaThEr104:[/s] Go and suck otu nne gi, anuofia. |
bepositive11:Have you ever had sex without the intention of reproduction, maybe even used contraceptives like a condom? If you had then that was “not natural”. That will also put you in the same category as a homosexual. We cannot discriminate between “unnatural acts”. |
bepositive11:So impotent men and barren women shouldn’t have sex, since offsprings won’t result from such mating? We should just be honest and say that most of our objections to homosexuality comes from some Bronze Age religions. These beliefs evolved at a time when life expectancy and populations were low and tribes needed to increase their numbers for the very survival of their communities. I really don’t understand why supposedly heterosexual guys (and almost always men) get this irrational phobia about gays. I would think two guys pairing of would mean less competition for me regarding the available females. But then again some guys don’t trust themselves. |
ivolt:IPOB are not terrorists for gosh sake! I don’t understand why you guys keep repeating this crap. It is a well known fact that all terrorists are muhammedans. Actually, even crazy Prophet Moh (piss be upon him) was a terrorist. He started his terrorist career by harassing camel caravans. He actually wrote (or rather dictated, since he was illiterate) the first terrorist manual which some people call the Koran. |
Cashsteady:If Rwanda is the size of a state in Nigeria, the question should be why don’t we have 36 Rwandas in Nigeria? Why can’t even 12 governors turn their states into Rwandas? |
If they were shallow, they probably won’t be billionaires. |
rosinkkit:First time I liked your post. They say that when a dog is going to get lost, it won’t hear it’s master’s whistle. I can now confidently predict the fortunate end of that useless cult, IPOB. |
ablejesus26:Don’t mind them! IPOB is just a mumu cult. What is the difference between them and other cults like Vikings or NBM, who say they’re liberating black people. And the worst thing is that because of their ignorance about our history they keep venerating that useless deity, chukwuokike abiama that brought our people nothing but misery and pain in the past. |
All this useless "traditional rulers" and their rubbish titles! Which one is Ezeuzu? As if the nincompoop has ever been near a blacksmith's forge. Probably not seen one before. |
EFULEFU1:Don't be too worried, your Abi him dey bleed for mouth too? |
Ariani:No need to get too excited. We are all here to learn. I think the closest translation of the Yoruba "orisha" in Igbo should be "arushi"/"alusi". They still have the same consonants. |
oyatz:Correct. Interestingly groups like Igala (which is technically Yoruba), Nupe, Idoma and probably others belong to the same group. That is like well over 60% of the country. |
Efewestern:I will rather think the "oko" root word is from the ancient proto-kwa language. (Ok)urin is man in Yoruba. Oke/Oko is male in Igbo. Even Idoma has a similar word (I think something like Oklo) for male. These languages are all related and from a single source. It has very little with one group influencing the other. |
