Freestainworld:Tell them... Everywhere na kpogem. One still has to work hard and smart to earn a decent living, irrespective of where one stays. |
joxxy01:That's not being strict. That's being inhuman and stupid. This is the same man that talks I'll of political leaders at the slightest opportunity. I don't blame him...na the hundreds of thousands of mumus wey dey follow up and down in the name of religion. |
emapeteum:Oga, that's insecurity. It is everywhere. Countries can only do their best to keep fighting it. Stop trying to leverage on something unfortunate to score cheap political points. Are you also aware that thousands of abducted people from the NE have been freed from abductors and reunited with their families and communities? |
emapeteum:Look at this one.. Where in the world is there no insecurity? Do you know the thousands of persons that had been freed from abductors in the past five years? You wouldn't want to make any comment on this, as your likes only wait to latch on negative news to create division and disharmony. This is insecurity. The world will keep grappling with it. |
Orubebe01:You must not board a train. Enter a bus. You guys complain over everything. Can't you rationalize that most of the funds used to fast track some of these key projects were borrowed? Dem nor go pay back? Una wahala eh!!! Jonathan wey chop $120 per barrel of crude waka go, wetin you do am? |
Rossntti:I don't know why our collective progress hurts some people. . |
idealogical:Oga, try and leave the hole you are in, and visit the project sites. Police nor dey arrest people for there.... The project is for real. Don't say what you dont know. |
sw:There isn't any mediocrity here. The project is most commendable. If you say it is overbloated, then some factors must be responsible, including expertise cost, procurement and corruption. Tell me what was achieved when crude sold for over $120 per barrel? |
emapeteum:See this one...irrational because it doesn't suit your obviously imbalanced and hate-woven views abi? You think leadership is cup cake abi? Just lead 5 people, even if they are your family members, well and let's see. Leadership is not just about jumping to social media to act social critic. |
emapeteum:Mr. Coherent! Relocate to the US na. |
themaestro08:U wey get clue, where you dey? Go hug transformer... Clueless government....but you dey swallow the homegrown rice like no man business. |
Sijo01:And the pastors aren't looting unsuspecting members abi? 'Their schools' indeed. Una mumu go soon ripe sha. Schools that congregants' monies were used to build, over several years and decades of sacrifices, yet their children can't attend them. Don't worry, government will soon start giving them subvention... Nonsense! |
emapeteum:Why would my usage of inferiority complex fit when you know next to nothing about what you are talking about? Go rest abeg. US this, US that. Shey, finally, their election don show the world who dem really be? |
themaestro08:What has your hopeless self done for your family anf community? Who have you uplifted in your family, idiot? It is fools like you who think that government is responsible for everything. What is wrong with empowering people with grinders and sewing machines? But for the agricultural revolution of the current administration, your type would have been in Djibouti begging for alms, following the lockdown occasioned by Covid-19. Do you know how many fertilizer blending plants, which were hitherto moribund, that are now up and running? What do you even know about government programs and policies? You just sit idle at home to type nonsense on social media. |
emapeteum:Who is the US President? Mtchewww. Inferiority complex don finish this one. Are you referring to Trump who, whenever he opens his mouth to talk, utters complete nonsense? How dare you compare Trump with Buhari? |
themaestro08:You are so dumb that you think that everyone is just as dumb as yourself. What you called 'just manual sewing machines and grinder' could be a life saver for several other people. You must be one of the aspiring yahoo boys who does not see anything as something. It has to be an exotic car, posh apartment and cash in millions before you feel it. Did those that received the items come to complain to you that it is too little? |
Sijo01:Pastors indeed....reaping their members off isn't bad enough abi? Government should give them subvention in addition to the offerings and tithes, which they pay no taxes on abi? Is it not the government that is executing the National Social Intervention Programme, to alleviate the sufferings of Nigerians? The NSIP is the largest and most ambitious of its kind on continent. There is no excuse for the irresponsibility and insensitivity of CAN. Since when did poverty alleviation become the sole task of government? |
bsalawu:Even when you have good leadership and the rest, people still need to be empowered. |
Sijo01:Neither do Oyedepo, Adeboye, Oyakhilome, Kumuyi, Oritsejafor and Enenche. Have they in anyway reviewed the fees in their universities to cushion the suffering in the land? |
PrinceOfLagos:Look at this gullible fellow. What has your CAN done for you? During the lockdown, didn't the same CAN, through the churches, request that offerings and tithes be paid online, despite the severe hunger in land. CAN ko CANNOT ni! |
bolaayenimo:Oga, the NASS can't summon the president. Nothing in our laws empowers them to do so. You may compare situations in the UK or elsewhere all you want, but that's the position. Period! |
majamajic:That would be when your third 'Azikiwe' emerges. The first Azikiwe, of course, is no more; the second being Goodluck Jonathan tossed Ndigbo around like cards for six years with nothing to show. |
complexBoss12:Oga, you haven't made any clear points. Have you been to the North East before and now? Every single word Prof. Zulum uttered is true. I am sure your likes will go about saying that Npower is also a scam. The funds being distributed are certainly for real. You say it is not real because you are not a beneficiary. That is wrong. Did Boko Haram's guts not grow to the the extent that they attacked the Forces Headquarters in Abuja, UN Buildings, Banex Plaza, Nyanya Motor park within Abuja and its environs? While we want the government to do more in terms of security, Nigeria would probably have being overrun by BH if someelse was in power. |
SmartPolician:Are there no old individuals in government across the world? Abi Trump, Putin or Biden be young men? That obviously is a non-issue. Haven't we had individuals that were young at the highest level of governance in Nigeria? Wasn't Gowon in his thirties when he assumed the leadership of Nigeria? Were the likes of Ibori, Bankole, Tambuwal, Babangida, Abacha, Duke, Uzor-Kalu, Yerima etc, old men when they led? This is about character, sincerity, values, integrity, discipline and love for nation. |
Mokason288:You only made sense to yourself. No Nigerian President is any match of President Buhari in leadership, maturity, performance and candour. Forget all the petty hate and worthless negative media. Let's put the facts on the table, from Infrastructure, Ease of Doing Business, Economic Diversification, Agriculture etc. The first ever to write the NASS transferring power to the Vice President. Go figure out Nigeria's current earnings and try to rationalize how projects are still being executed. But for the agric (rice in particular) revolution, Nigerians would have very well appreciated the impact of the corona virus pandemic. |
Ekemeze:A typical Nigerian youth. Zero rationality. Tell me one thing Atiku has done for Adamawa and Nigeria, even as Vice President... |
Sammy07:First of all, PDP will not preside over Nigeria again anytime soon. Secondly, APC will not make the mistake of handing the Igbos her presidential ticket. It won't happen. Nigeria's next president will likely come from the South West. Perhaps, the Igbos are likely to return to mainstream politics by being handed the headship of an arm of government; likely the legislature. |
Bighead5:They are terrible people. Don't you already know? Imagine, requesting that NDDC projects be processed in consultation with them...how well have they faired with their own state projects? Where were they when their brother Jonathan fretted away the nation's resources without executing key projects i.e. Warri Itakpe Railway, NLNG Train 7, Bonny Bodo Bridge, 2nd Niger Bridge and, of course, the East West Road, among others, in the South south. The Buhari administration has nearly addressed all of these projects despite the minimal resources at its disposal, yet they come here to make nonsensical demands. Gov. Okowa that has not responded to our simple proposal on Youth Capacity Building & Public Housing Sustainability in Delta State, over the past three years, is even the one talking.... Wonders shall never end.... |
Pilate2016:Exactly. Just like refusing to recite the national anthem for one religious reason. I think what we are witnessing is a glut of doctrines. |
gidgiddy:On the contrary, we need more of his rare kind in politics. We can't keep leaving the most integral aspect of our collective lives, which is governance, in the hands of individuals with half-baked education, and morally bankrupt fellows with little known precedence and career accomplishment. Abu'm nwa afo Anambra, and I strongly believe that Dr. Maduka will be great for our people. |
peacekante:Abaribe is all talk. What has he ever said about Aba and Abia, where he comes from, that is one of the worst places in the country? He was Deputy Governor in 1999. What are his legacies in Abia State? Can he give us his scorecard as Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria? Is only an irrational person that would believe that there are no people from the South-east at the Villa. |
