DamnnNiggarr: And after banning the importation of rice, what is the current price of rice, compared to when rice was being imported?? How self sufficient is Nigeria now on rice compared to when rice was being imported??
Dangote is just a bully, who doesn't consider struggling businesses simple. Oga, but for greed, the price difference between foreign and local rice should be over 100% by now. It is around 50% or slightly more currently. Banning the importation of any kind of agricultural produce is certainly always a huge opportunity for local producers and farmers. Do you know how much foreign exchange would be saved for the country? I really cannot explain the hate that greets such laudable ideas in Nigeria, yet people complain about unemployment and underdevelopment. How much rice do Nigerians consume annually? What is the current size of local production of rice? Give me your facts and sources to justify your claims of insufficiency. |

nairavsdollars: God pls give Jubril al Sudani the wisdom to say the right things tonight and not say Lekki killings was photoshopped.
Updated: He said nothing about Lekki toll and solution to attacks nationwide That is because you barely understand English. I just finished listening to his speech. He talked about various initiatives and programs i.e. the N75billion Youth Investment Fund among others, designed to cushion the hardship faced by the youths and other Nigerians. As for solutions, he went on to talk about investigations for cases of extra judicial killings, including those that may have happened during the protests. He spoke about a directive to the relevant body for review of salaries of security operatives, and also teachers in the country. He thanked neighbour countries and the international community while cautioning them to explore facts on matters and avoid hasty conclusions, based on social media sensationalism. He called for the discontinuance of protests around the country to allow room for further engagements and exchange of ideas with the youths. He called on security operatives to exercise restraint in the discharge of their duties, and ensure the protection of all law abiding citizens, as well as properties. Importantly, he underscored the commitment of the FG to the unity of the country, and warned mischief makers and hoodlums that their activities will no longer be tolerated. The speech lasted for 10 - 12 minutes. So, I don't know what you intend to gain from this misinformation and lie... |

ladywealth: Good evening my NL guys.
I just met a guy last month ending, we exchanged numbers and started chatting. He asked me out.. I really enjoyed chatting with him, just him alone. So few days after, he invited me to his house. I declined but I noticed that he stopped chatting with me.
Few days after, he asked about my genotype without even greeting me. I counter questioned him and he attacked me, claiming that he is not happy with me. I replied that 'I don't care'. The next thing I received was rains of insults. Saying that I insulted him. I admitted and we settled it.
For the short times I've known him, I could see the kind of qualities I want in a man. But the problem he has and that he attested to is verbal abuse...
I noticed that anytime he invites me to his house and I declined, it always piss him off and he stops talking to me. I decided not to visit him because it's not safe for me.
He argues over little things on chat, he talks to me like I'm a baby ( he is 33 and I'm 22). he is domineering... I'm just confused on the decision to date him considering all these flaws. I am suspicious of him being violent. thanks Find your way before it gets dark. There are many good men out there. There is nothing to be confused about in your narration. Make I come dey go.... |
