One problem with women is that when they’re in love, they don’t car to look dipper, they get carried away by the fantasies. Some am more concerned about his riches and not his character. When you fall in love with a guy who has a record for womanizing, then expect cheating in your marriage; you simply can’t expect him to change over night. |
Is that why you want to cover this whold forum with help ![]() |

I can write a poem for Nigeria |
I think Igbo should be choosed because most easterners travel outside the country where they socialize with people and in the process; they can teach them the language. Hausa people don't travel and they aren't social so you simply can't choose Hausa as an official language. |
Nice one |
Hmmm. |
Good luck and happy hunting |
What letter? |
I see. Takes off |
Well suit yourself. Everyone is entitled to his or her own opinions |
So what you're telling me is that if you get married, you would call your husband by his name whenever you want to refer to him right? |
Take it easy on yourself; relationship isn't something you should force yourself into. If you feel you aren't emotionally prepared to approach a girl, then don't force yourself to fall in love with any one just wait till you're read and prepared, then you can approach the one after your heart ok? |
@ThiefOfHearts Tell me, can you call your husband by his name? Let’s say your husbands name is John; and you want to refer to him in his presence, would you say john your food is ready or john there your water is ready for bathing. Won’t you show him some respect and call him names like darling or any other respectful name you can think of? That’s what I’ve been trying to point out here; but you won’t listen simply because you don’t want to listen. |
Only a man who married out of pressure would go for a second wife. I see no sense in putting two women under the same roof. It’s more like keeping a bull and a ram in the same cage. That roof won’t contain them both. |
First am happy for you. But I would advise you to give it time to develop because, There is love and there is lust; both have different meanings. And unless you know the difference between both of them, you migh end up being a victim of heartbreak. So if you find a girl that matches your qualities take your time to monitor that relationship and don’t rush things. |
@$$Rhino If she can afford a phone, I see no reason why I should share mine with her. Besides; phones are so cheap these days and with very little money, you can afford one for yourself. |
That pastor isn’t a man of God – God himself stated it clearly in the bible Hebrews 13:5-6 5": Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." 6: So we say confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?" So for him (The pastor) to come out and Put that kind of poster outside his church signifies that he’s a fake |
Has it come to that? |
When you prepare it remember to send me a little portion via courier as sample. |

Both are good. |
Well it all depends. Most pregnancies that come outside marriage come as a result of carelessness on the part of the two parties; so when this happens, you and your partner are to sit down and take full responsibilities of your actions. But if am to advise a single girl on this issue, I’d say wait till you get married; it’s much better that way. |
I won't accept she loves you; because if she does, she wouldn't have any problems in calling you. Any girl who can't pick up a phone to call her lover simply means she has little or no feelings for him. If you love someone, your heart would be wherever that person is regardless of how expensive it is to make a phone call. |
I agree, but those other side you’re talking about are our nasty sides and our dark sides; we won't want our children to know of these sides. But Nairaland has nothing to do with that; it’s just a discussion forum where people come and learn things. |
Who was asking for Mortal Kombat well thisisn't it tho https://www.websmileys.com/sm/violent/sterb029.gif |
What do you mean by corrupt? Don't you know that Nairaland is like a school where people come and learn? |
Are you thinking about having a date with them? |
She won't callme by name. So there'sno need for me to drive her from the house ![]() |
Hi Seun, am just curious that’s why I decided to start this topic. Do you intend to run Nairaland for a period of time or you intend to run it and pass it down to your generation. I.e. your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Nairaland would be a success if we can have members introducing their offspring into the forum what do you think? |
I can't buy what I already have ![]() |
