Politics › Re: Subsidy Protest: Jonathan, Govs, In Secret Talks by CyberG: 6:15am On Jan 07, 2012
The only `palliative`Nigerians want is to revert the useless policy of subsidy removal, curb your selfish expenses on your useless self and hanger-on, let the EFCC do their job a la Ribadu days, cut down huge government spending on non-existent projects and resign, keel-over and die or be assassinated! Maybe, just maybe at the next election Nigerians would learn to avoid your type of dumb Jonzer Goatluck president.
Politics › Solution To Boko Haram, Religious And Ethnic Killings In Nigeria by CyberG(op): 5:51am On Jan 07, 2012
Nairalanders, I propose an ambitious plan to equilibriate the ongoing senseless killings on the basis of religion and ethnicity in Nigeria. I hope the every conscious and sagacious NLander can chime in with their opinions.

It is a fact that the world is advancing in many ways and old ways of doing things cannot cut it anymore. The only reason killings continue is that the killers believe their victims can not and will not do anything. That is why it is important to sensitize leaderships of cohesive socio-political units in Nigeria. I use the word `cohesive` because in the present condition of a single country, Nigeria, this approach is only feasible for very cohesive and cooperative political leadership.

If a section of the country created it`s own ultra-secret unit for intelligence collection and covert operations and can mobilize them in unprecedented ways in Nigeria (or Africa) and similar to the operations of the Israeli Mossad, the useless killings will soon be a thing of the past. Of course, this is not for lily-livered, greedy leadership but an enduring one with strong political leadership and the highest forms of education for its operatives.

So, instead of reading all these news about people getting killed somewhere because of their religion or tribe, their killers and sponsors can be rest assured that their own days are also numbered to face the most brutal deaths along with large numbers of their family. So, if a sponsor kills 5 people, this unit will kill 50! The deaths will be very brutal, very fast and totally untraceable. This is for now the only possible way to stop these killings and also seize the momentum from Boko Haramists starting with the useless Jonzer Goatluck government and all the fundamentalist extremists in northern and southern Nigeria. Read here a random web page about the operations of the Mossad: http://www.rense.com/general32/ruth.htm

Any part of the country that is able to get this right will be well ahead when Nigeria breaks-up and ready to send away all non-natives from its land. Yes, this will not be easy but it is a task that must be done. I have several strategies and if I had contact with the right leadership, I would engage them. This is a task that must be done!
Politics › Re: Oritsejafor, Okogie, Adeboye Renew Call On Christians To Defend Selves by CyberG: 5:32am On Jan 07, 2012
koruji:
It is already half-past-advanced intelligence gathering 'O Clock. Too slow for the immediate and present danger. Only two options:

1. Get your own AK-47 anyway you can and be prepared to fight if attacked or you sense even a hint of danger
2. In the alternative, and in case you are a peaceful person (nothing wrong with that) run back home like now.
Well, option number 1 is not actionable for where do regular citizens get a double barrel gun or shotgun, talk less of an AK-47? However, it is time for southerners to employ a real and difficult solution but time tested by some other country(ies): https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-840782.0.html#msg9911750
Politics › Re: Oritsejafor, Okogie, Adeboye Renew Call On Christians To Defend Selves by CyberG: 5:03am On Jan 07, 2012
The important question I would like to ask in response to this call is: HOW ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO DEFEND THEMSELVES? Obviously, if an assailant attacks with guns, the least that is required to defend with guns! Better with advanced intelligence gathering to figure out what is happening before it happens!

When will the useless GEJonzer government remove subsidy on corruption by having a REAL EFCC like the Ribadu days? How come government cannot effectively verify that petroleum products were delivered correctly before signing? Now that the government knows, is it not time to investigate and prosecute them? I know it won't happen because goatluck is the most corrupt and a big foole!

violent:
The ministerial seat is not a political position, so technically, ministers are not hired by "the people". . . . plus i think it is wrong to record phone conversations without the other party being aware you are doing so, in some countries, it's actually illegal.

Additionally, it cannot be established that the minister actually lied, it will be a bit foolish to make such assertions based on the evidence at hand except if no one here has actually experienced a situation where due to network problems the other party on the call is unable to hear you properly.
If the president is "hired" by the people and sworn to office according to the constitution and in turn also "hires" the ministers and swears them to cabinet after being cleared by the senate, do you mean they still are not responsible to the people? I understand the indirection you are trying to point out and while I know that given Nigeria's politics, this commentary is pedantic and bears no semblance to the reality of governance in Nigeria, the ministers are there to serve the people!

Recording or not recording does not change the culture of lies and dishonestly in Nigerian leadership anyways.

CyberG

Do you have to dig up my post to make your point?

LOL. . .I see that tacit your admission of the phoniness that is usually peddled around regarding debates like this one. I wasn't digging up your post for so called character assassination but that post shows who you are - deep down - hatefulness on race, tribe and ethnicity - just like Hitler, Goebbels, Goring, Himmler, Rudolf Höß, Mengele, Eichmann, etc.

As you can see, I don't debate with emotion.

I am blunt and uncompromising in my stance as it regards to Igbos and Yoruba question.

I don't need 1000 useless posts to make my point.

I see that you are true follower of Katsumoto(character assassins).

Since I've busted your biased gospel, you've resorted to trivial childish rant to score cheap point, 'cause you are desperately in short supply of hard facts to support your biased view.

You have busted NOTHING, ZIP, NADA. Let other readers judge that, not you

You are probably the first honest Yoruba poster that I've come across.

Not the phoney detribalized poster above

Yes, bring in hard, objective facts that no one knew before. I don't know if you are knew here at ~57 posts but Ezeuche is not new here and he has a record here. He knows he is a tribalist and he was even afraid of you, he told you to keep quiet when he saw that you might make nazi hatred child's play someday. I will show you the details down, just read on. But note, I am not here for racial or tribal hatred or abuse.

By the fact that only Igbo posters made it into your tribalist list says a lot about your character.

Let me help you once more,

Check out Dayokanu, Bluetooth, Eko-ile, Ileke-Idi, Aigbofa, and their father Katsumoto etc

I am NOT here to defend anyone as they defend their own positions far better. Meet them in a debate and acquit yourself with your own points.

The onus is on you to prove that EzeUche is spreading propaganda.

And yes, I just DID. Your protege started out this thread by PLAGIARIZING another person's work and he has not thought it decent and right to make amends after I told him the source he STOLE it from. Talking about onus, I just showed where his playbook for propaganda comes from and you can absolutely see it is true - only if you are not sentimental or emotional. That is the reason NO other person pays attention to his false charge.

But I frown at quoting a biased author's account to support your view.

To show bias, present any other account than the one which says, NO these people were killed. The author said yes they were massacred, or would you prefer we change massacre to genocide?

BTW, you are insulting the memory of Jews that died during the 2nd world war by drawing comparison between EzeUche and Goebbel.

You are VERY funny! You are the guilty one here because I am showing exactly why NAZI soldiers were able to kill without ANY emotion. They were all indoctrinated to hate, hate, hate on tribe and race just like you. See one of your recent posts:
Impossible! angry

Yaribas can't be allowed to separate without shedding blood.

They must shed atleast 3 million lives.

Either they separate violently or they rot in one Nigeria.

Anything short of that is BS.

They can't spill Igbo bloods with black scorpion and his successor "big belly" and demand for a peaceful separation through referendum.

Their kids must die of malnutrition.

Their civilians must be slaughtered(execution style).

Their properties confiscated,

At the end given #5000{equiv. of 20 pounds) to start rebuilding process.

If all the above conditions are not met, then yaribas are nonstarter.
So, you see you should not be talking about the memory of the Jews? Would you say this in their presence now about any race and they won't dispatch you immediately as they know this is how Hitler started. Read Mein Kampf.

Have you forgotten that UN is a tool of western powers?

The UN were not the only one there. The OAU, Canada, Poland were also there and they produce damning reports about the killings but did not see a pattern that indicated genocide.

Can we trust UN to be an unbiased umpire? NAH!

Well, I think you must have lived in Nigeria all your life or never dealt with people of other ideologies. So, they are unbiased despite that they produced DAMNING reports? Do you mean they should have produced nice reports saying no one was killed and those that were reported killed actually murdered the soldiers? Tell me how old you were during the war because we have established that virtually no one on NL saw the war. Tell us something from your personal experience.

Weren't they present when the Rwanda massacre started?

They quickly pulled out and relegated Rwanda to the back-burner of the issue, while the genocide is raging.

Quit repeating this your OTN shit!
You are becoming really funny drawing a parallel between two unrelated events. How? There was an ESTABLISHED case of genocide in Rwanda NOT in Biafra war.

Are you so lazy that you didn't read the book you posted?

So I produced multiple scanned pages from the book, yet you claim I didn't read it? Does your own version of the pages highlighted also come with the same color of highlight I used? Go check and let me know.

Their make-up is biased against an actor in the civil war from the start.

Moreover,

I can confidently say that Nigeria's fed. govt used OTN to legitimize their genocide against Biafrans.
You're very funny with this logic. Whose idea was the OTN? When you declare war, what happens? Is genocide established by how many people were killed proportionally to the numbers Biafra killed? So the Japanese killed 2,000+ and the Americans killed 200,000+ in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, shouldn't that be genocide?

What exactly do you mean by well documented?
Haven't you seen videos, interviews, texts, books, websites about the war? Your question serves no purpose because without documentation, we will know nothing of the detail of events so would you say there is insufficient documentation?

Who exactly, did the documentation?
Many sources. Check to find out but really this question serves no purpose to the main argument.

You don't have to play on words to make a point.

Provide an unbiased evidence of massacres committed by the Biafran troops?

Did the Biafran troops just sang songs and made friends in the mid-west they invaded, sang love songs in Port Harcourt when they ran away from federal troops and left destruction on their trail? Or, the biafran troops only stood innocently throughout the war and did not kill anyone? You and I know the answer to these questions but it is of no consequence to the main argument. Biafrans killed people too but most people can see it was war, caused by secession, led by eastern leaders, people fought, people died, some were killed why not necessarily fighting, and at the end of the day, the dead is still dead. What can you do? Learn from it and move on and I don't see most people on NL still complaining and trying to re-write history.

Don't quote dawodu.com, please.
ACM10:
That's a very biased account. Britain is an active supporter of Nigeria and supplies arm to the fed. govt, and at the same time a member of OTN. Their finding findings in this circumstance is a forgone conclusion. Therefore, no intellectual worth his salt will overcome shame to quote a heavily biased account of Mr. Jorre.

I deliberately brought out the article above to remind you of some of the atrocities the Nigerian armed forces committed during the war. In the process, draw contrast to Mr Jorre's account of Nigeria's army conduct during the war. If the above account is not war crime, then war crime bears no meaning.
Understand this VERY well: All the accounts you BOLDED are acknowledged and ARE WELL DOCUMENTED. We are clear about one thing: MASSACRES were committed by BOTH SIDES. So, the boded text does not change or add anything to what we already know. Show me different facts that said in Jorre's book that those events did not happen or where anyone said they did not happen.

The British were not sole members of the OTN and the team actually SAW what was going on and wrote several damning reports. Check the book to cross check this. However, GENOCIDE was NEVER concluded except of course, you can show that you saw something no one on the OTN including UN, OAU and other countries saw? After traveling through war zones for several months, and you not even alive then conclude you saw something they did not see? Please, let us be objective because to reach a decision in a court of law, you will need objective evidence not what you think to convince the judges. If a Genocide case was filed at the Hague, the UN has their reports produced as way back as during the war and you will need to provide convincing contradictory evidence that everyone on that team didn't see what you saw.

In another post, I am not requesting that Ojukwu should go around challenging everything BUT if there was a major error on this reportage, you mean him or his lieutenants will not so much as publish a correction? And again BTW, the events are not disputed so Ojukwu and his lieutenants cannot challenge that people were killed when the author and others already said, YES they were killed. In the final analysis, MASSACRES, yes by  both sides, GENOCIDE: NO! See the quotes below to get a perspective on why people keep repeating these tired lies:

1. “Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it” . . . Adolf Hitler

2. “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”. . .Joseph Goebbels

3. “The most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly - it must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over” . . .Joseph Goebbels
