JesusmyGod1:Of course you cannot be in Edo because you are not from Edo, yet you can hide your faceless cowardice and stoke fire in another man land. If that is what you are doing, you may not escape similar fate. Edo people, count your teeth with your tongue. Not all those urging you on loves you!!! |
mrvitalis:Why would everyone around you "HATE" you? People don't just hate for hating sake. I suggest you do soul searching and regurgitate over this question. |
NgeneUkwenu:AMEN, AMEN and AMEN. Baba should however stop lamenting Jonathan's woes and embrace God's direction. We shall surely get out of this recession with the support of the Holy Trinity. |
It is an enormous responsibility to be entrusted with the life of our president. May God protect you and give you wisdom to diligently discharge your duties the Nation. Long live the president and his pilot. |
mekuxiani:Following from your above statement, she should keep her issues to herself instead all these display. Once any issue is brought to the public domain people must share their opinion and not all the opinion would be flattering. |
Queen Okafor, stop all these display. You only succeeded in making it clear that you are concealing you obvious frustration. You can gradually get rid of the hairs and lead a normal life rather than seeking public endorsement of the situation to enable you walk tall. |
You don't seem happy over this development, WHY? wecan: |
It is still the same you Sportskid that would start ranting 'harassment, marginalization' etc once she is picked up. Remember the money is not in her account. Those in whose account the money was found have being questioned. sportskid: |
You should be ashamed of yourself. So this is now a question of the Northerners trying Mama P. was she a party to the case in the first instance? Grow out of your bigoted enclave, please Abeymills: |
While I believe that this government will eventually get us out of the woods. I think this blame of the previous government is becoming a sing song. The president should stop using every opportunity he has to talk about the failures and corruption of the past administration, we already know. He should heed the advise of the revered Bishop, roll his sleeve and go to work. |
computerboy:It seems you choose your religion because of what you may likely gain over others and not because you believe and submit to a higher being- God. if you submit to God you will obey him even when His instruction seem adverse. |
ifenes:You got it wrong, the Husband is not master to the woman, neither is the man master to the woman. The simple teaching is that "A husband is master to the wife" not woman. There are many men who are not husbands so also are there many women who are not wives. you can be a woman without being a wife, but so long as you want to be "wife" you MUST accept your Husband as master". |
Will we ever learn our lessons? Our utterances are gradually preparing the ground for the mother of all genocides. Be you Christian or Muslim leader, you seem not to know the seed you are sowing or are you intentionally leading us in this war part? One wonders where the issues confronting us are coming from. Every action taken is interpreted along religious line. our Muslim Brothers should watch their actions in order not to be seen as promoting violence or dominating others. Some of these issues need not attract the undue attention they attracted, including:- a. Hijab issue in Osun. b. Alleged subsidy on Haj fares through CBN. c. visit of John Kerry to Sultan. d. Now the issue of Sultan fixing public Holiday. As we try to adjust our mind set back to normal after one hate generating issue, another will be popped out. Can we be allowed to love ourselves again? I am a Catholic Christian but I doubt if CAN is right by raising dust over all these. How negatively would it affect our practice of Christianity if the opinion of the Sultan is sought before fixing an Islamic public holiday which is based on Islamic calendar? We may choose to disagree with John Kerry but he may not be entirely wrong to praise the Sultan over his peaceful overtures. (@John Kerry, please schedule a visit to a Christian leader in Nigeria and praise him for promoting peace because in Nigeria, you must balance everything) May be most Christian are apprehensive and interpret these developments with a pinch of salt especially in the light of Boko Haram and Herdsman incidents and events in other parts of the world. However, the leadership of CAN should know better. Christ preached peace all through and even prevented Peter from fighting for him but I doubt if the actions & utterances of these CAN leaders over these issues represents what Christ would have done or said. While Christianity is immutable, the principles of CAN seem to be changing depending on who is in office. CAN's principle MUST be based on 'HOW WOULD CHRIST HAVE DONE IT' Our Muslim brothers on the other hand should desist from acts of violence except if the enjoy to associate Islam with violence. I take the whole of this story with a pinch of salt. I doubt the possibility of police establishing rape and robbery in this case. where did he rape her, inside the taxi, on the road, or on the floor of the bush? it is obviously not inside the house as he merely pointed at it. How did he throw her into the gutter, dead or alive? The story did not say whether the call girl reported the matter to the police immediately the incident happened with fresh evidence. It is notorious fact that sex workers usually allege rape once there is argument about price. The alleged crimes cannot be proven by simply alleging them. They require proof beyond reasonable doubt. I however suspect that the sex worker have a highly placed police man as boy friend and has paid in kind for this job. It is expected that the police should have done thorough investigation and not just charge a citizen punitively. Except if they have more evidence than this as what it is stated here is simply story about the cock and the bull. |
Admitted, Nigerians are passing through turbulent times. Admitted we may not get out of this soon. It is however very opportunistic for PDP to make such a call. Do they think our memories are that shot to remember how they plundered our common patrimony, legalized impunity, emasculated economy, maimed and killed our institutions in their 16years of misrule while brandishing shady economic statistics. Not PDP but any other citizen or institution in Nigeria may make such call |
omenkaGrazing:I don't think is is proper to make caricature of the subject matter. The pain of fellow citizens should elicit our empathy and the efforts of security agencies should be appreciated with patriotic zeal. |
The dead of a political party does not imply dead of individual members. Just like some organizations could be rich while its members are poor. The difference in political parties is the ideology and not the membership. It will pay you in the long run if you put a stop to 'inverse logic' magoo10: |
Goldencollins:Get it into your head, it is not the people but the institution. The members of the political parties are citizens who ordinarily desire the best. However, the lack of ideology and basic tenets of democracy distort their priorities. the same set of people working with the right ideology provided within an institution, will act differently. We practice party democracy. |
nnachukz:You ostensibly do not understand human reaction. You still feel supporting a leader means not criticizing his actions. Unlike you that supports blindly, these guys in kano can criticize even their mother but that does not remove the love they have for her. Last line: you are not God to determine how much they would suffer. God do not have to punish them 2million times because they voted a candidate in an election. |
This statement do not have sufficient details to show that the Pastor actually committed the crime alleged. That mere fact of housing some girls or making love to some two girls is not conclusive evidence of 'sex camping' or rape. we therefore await outcome of police investigation. Though, fornication remains a sin before God. However, any person that chooses to be identified as 'PASTOR' must not only keep away from evil but also avoid all occasions such evil. The name of God is holy and MUST not be ridiculed either willfully or negligently. |
FowlYansh:If indeed you voted this government, I think you wouldn't have started regretting so soon. The government have so far exhibited restraint in coming out heavily against these saboteurs and now the president has given them another chance to dialogue or be severely dealt and you are regretting voting the government. As a patriotic supporter that you were, would you advise PMB to fold his arm and watch the destruction go on? |
ANewUser:you can write your on topic on 'The Killing in Enugu'. The OP is not an idiot simply because he didn't write on your favorite topic. ADVISE: if you can't write, you may hire him to write for you!!! |
It is so very sad that some people are bent on causing strife in Nigeria. While I pray they do not succeed and if they do may they reap what they sowed 1000folds |
If the pastor has a moral duty to punish his members for committing fornication, irrespective of whether he is sinful or not, I think he should punish them. He cannot be found wanting for adultery and also be found wanting for dereliction of duty. |
I beg to add that Imo people would roundly condemn this government at the appropriate time. This is the first rainy season since the new government took over and sane Imolites can not but imagine why some political jobbers are making issues out of this now even when it is an obvious failure of the last administration.. while we expect the Buhari government to repair this road and if he didn't, at the right time we shall judge him. However, it is the last administration that is still on trial for its utter neglect of the welfare of Imo people. After four years we shall decide whether or not present government performed better or not/ merits re-election. until then we are watching but not concluding. |
Whatever the botanical name is, is not my problem. This fruit is 'UBE'. it has its origin in Africa especially Eastern Nigeria. some part of South South, Kogi and Benue parts of Nigeria also have it. It may have other localized names but the most accepted name is UBE and that is what we must promote. Oyibo should not prescribe the name we give to our local fruits. So next time you stop to buy this local delicacy say 'Madam give me UBE & CORN |
What baffles sane people is how we this girl is now enjoying super star status by simply 'having sex' The devil is indeed the godfather of social media. Hardly any minute passes that we are not inundated with cleavages, booty, sex et al. SMH |
I make bold to say that never in the history have Nigerians voted based on reason and deep considerations than they did in the last election. It was very clear and Nigerians judged rightly too that the country was floundering under GEJ. Security, corruption, impunity and total lack of will power to address issues were synonymous with the last administration. We didn't vote PMB expecting a miracle, but we were sure that security will be restored, corruption reduced and impunity tackled. We also expected sincere direction on the part to economic recovery (not by fictitious re-base). PMB has not met my expectations 100% but he is indeed walking in the right part. He will get Nigeria back on the right track within reasonable time. |
You chose to masturbate. @Sister Ifeoma, you are a role model to many women in a world where chastity is cast aside. The breast is meant for your baby and while she enjoys it, any freaky person may just salivate. |
I sincerely hope that Donald Trump wins. He will reduce the fast paced negative change the world is facing under the American democrats and restore sanity and dignity of man. The world is fast becoming alien to human race but with Trump as American president, dignity, morality and all those positive sentiments that make us human and not robots will find relevance again. These sentiments regard love, peace and human dignity above technological advancement and prosperity. |
The guy in the picture seems to have some spiritual problem. He doesn't seem to be in tune with reality and therefore see things from a distorted prism. 1. He thinks getting a BSC guarantees 'making it' 2. He thinks he is so important that Buhari could consider him relevant. He got the only thing he could 'his face on the internet' |
frankline5:Nothernization? If indeed there is 'Nothernization', are you most suitable to fight against it, having lost an earlier attempt to fight it? The problem with my Igbo brothers is that they hate to hear the truth about their attitude. Nd'Igbo anaghi anu ezi okwu. Nwata gini gburu Nne gi, osi o bu eji, gini gburu Nna gi o bu eji, gini ka iji n'aka eji |
