That is why l said the problem really lies with we "Southerners" because first, we dont love ourselves (It is okay to have a little spats here and there but like children of the same parents, the love must still be there, underneath).
Secondly, we the Southerners sell ourselves cheaply to the Northerners, because we want to prove to the other Southern tribe (Yoruba or Ibo) that we hate them and we are better than each other.

Just look at 2019.
Are you telling me that if we the Southerners (Ibo and Yoruba, plus S/South, not ot mention middle belt for now) come together and produce One President from one major tribe and One Vice from the other major tribe, while the other minority tribe produce a Senate President and we agree to rotate this arraignment every four years..... that we wont hold onto all these post for the next 32 years, with the North begging and doing everything to break that agreement?

But who sai! Next thing will be one Yoruba or Ibo President tellingus that the "agreement" we had is notbinding!
That is how greedy, selfish and self-centred we are to ourselves and that is why we keep playing intot he hands of the Northerners who will simply come out with "One Voice" and vote in-block, for a Northerner.

Why cant we "Southerners" just sit back and think about all these killing and injustice that the Northerners visit on us.....and ACT WISELY FOR ONCE?

Already, 2019 is looking like it is FIXED between two Northerners, wther it is in APC or PDP, while we Southerners are here fighting oruselves and forming APC Vs. PDP, we nor go gree!

Good observation.
To be honest, Southerners are just too divided and "A house divided against itself, cannot stand".
Just look at how Ibos are jubilating that the Yorubas have been sidelined in the PDP, because Secondus was made Chairman while another Fulani will be made President in 2019!

As long as the Ibos continue with their "Mentality of Hatred" towards Yorubas, the result wil always be the same.
They Ibos or the Yorubas will ALWAYS align with the Fulani/North, to produce a Northern President who doesnot give a hoot about the Ibos or the Yorubas.
- Ibos are greedy (make them the President and everything and every post, they will grab).
- Ibos are hateful (They hate Yorubas so much they will rather be enslaved and killed by their worst Fulani nemesis or how many Ibos have Yorubas killed in the last twenty years?)
-- Ibos are Unforgiving (Most of them still linger on what happened in the civil war and are still plotting a Vengeance that they cant get even though they are worst for it).

- Yorubas on the other hand have a sense of superiority (They are call themselves more sophisticated than the Ibos).
- Yorubas are distrusting (They dont trust the Ibos one bit and are always wary of supporting any Ibo candidate)
- Yorubas keep chosing a "lesser of the two Evils" (They think the Northerners are lesser Evil to the Ibos but this is a Farce! These Fulanis are more dangerous than we give them credit for, just pure animals).

Bottom line: The North knows these facts and we must give them credit for making good use of it.
They are always united as long as their interest is to dominate the whole Southern Nigeria.

Solution:

Until the day when Ibos and Yorubas decide to sheath their sword, put Biafra aside for the time being, care more about each other and know that their survival in this land is MUTUALLY DEPENDENT, history will keep repeating itself.
It has to start with the Ibos accepting that Yorubas are Competitors but not ENEMIES, the mutual enemy are up North (Events of the last forty or fifty years have proved that to be true).
Once the Yorubas see and know that Ibos have stopped the hatred, they can then warm-up to each other and begin a process of healing.
I am starting with the Ibos because l know that Yorubas are generally more accomodating thannay tribe in Nigeria and can easily overlook the past.

The process of TRUST building can now start and the South can now start to strategise on how to check these Northerner menace.
But PRIDE and EGO wont allow our brothers to come down from the high horse, so the Northerner domination is set to last till eternity.
What a shame, for humans to be ruled by near-animals.

Governor Bello said the people of the state must go and learn how to coexist peacefully with the cattle rearers

Nigerian tiles are okay though they have their limitations.
You can use them but ensure you use the higher quality types (Spanish or Italian, which also cost more) for the high traffic areas like corridors and very visible areas like sitting rooms, kitchens

you need 1 HDF for the Side boards because its cut into 2 piece of 2ft each for left and right side board. You need one HDF for front Side boards, with some peices out of it for the Top and Bottom board. You need one HDF for inner Partitions and Drawers Boards so thats 3 Boards Making it 36k.

You need angle Bracket 1k5 making it 37k5
You need Screw 1k5 making it 39k
You need Edges Tape About 2k. Making it 41k

There are two identifiable problems in your quote above;

1.) You are not taking into consideration, that l was quoting price for a SINGLE Unit.
You wont use a whole pack of Screws (@1.5K) for a single wardrobe.
Neither will you use a pack of Hinges, Angle brackets, A whole roll of Edges Tape or a whole gallon of Evo Stik for a Single Unit.
By the time you spread the cost of these items over 4Units, it should reduce the price by 1/4.

2.) You also assume that the size of the Wardrobe is 4 x 8 (which is the standard size of the HDF Boards).
Ordinarily, except you insist on a Wall-to-Ceiling type, the standard size is usually 3ft x 6ft.
Thus, you dont need that much HDF, as you quoted.
You will likely use 2/3rd of what you quoted.

Not to mention that you even repeated/double-quote TWICE, for Edges Tape, at different prices!

I still think the price of materials and labour for a Single Unit will not go beyond 50-55K and will even be less since he is doing 4units.
Ofcourse, this is just my opinion.

No one should be surprised at the results but if these are the jokers that want to take power in 2019, they have just played into Buhari's hand.

Its a shame, was expecting they would turn a new leaf but "Mr. Clueless and his henchmen" seems desperate to hijack the party!

Were is KOWA and all of the other parties, we need alternatives from these two, especially a failed party like PDP.
