I sincerely need this help, please nairalanders help.

I have a growing school on a rented apartment but got a land for it recently, three months ago precisely.

The cost was #2.7m including agency and legal fees. I was able to raise #2.2m through savings and loan which I am paying back in instalment every month, to end in December this year.

I have also been able to pay additional #200k remaining #300k. The challenge now is that the paperwork was not signed and there was an agreement that my money would be refunded and the land sold to other competitors if I don't pay the balance by the end of this month.

The loan refund takes all I make in a month including other side hustle I do.

I urgently need help as regards the balance of #300k so as not to loose the land. I will pay back on or before November this year.

Please help me if you can. I don't want to loose the land, it's very close to the temporary site.

Many people use Toyota, more than other brands in Nigeria, same people abuse their vehicles heavily. Part sellers will stock parts that in high demand, which happen to be Toyotas.

Most used engines in Ladipo are rebuilt, not just Toyota engines, don't take my word for it, just walk around the market. Except you are buying directly from the container, and you have to know what you are doing to be able to. And yes, more Toyota engines are rebuilt, because there is a higher demand for it.


As a first time car user. You are safe with known brands if you will be travelling a lot within the country. Getting a Toyota, Honda, mechanic won't be hard.

If you want to use the vehicle for transport. Check the route you will be using, what vehicles are common. Even within a state, there are particular brands used there. For example in Lagos. Epe, Ajah, ibeju axis: Opel Zafira, Korope : Itoikin Ikorodu axis: Mazda mpv, Ikorodu to Oshodi axis: Volkswagen bus, mazda bus, etc. If your vehicle breaks down along that route, you are sure of getting a mechanic to fix the problem.


Generally, it is car users that are brand loyalist. The manufacturer across board buy parts from largely the same manufacturer and assemble. That is why the base price for new vehicles in the same category are just slightly different. They adopt and improve on the same technology.

Let's go back to the Bible and all these will barely surface. We've gone too far from the Bible in the name of liberalism.

How do you train and monitor a child successfully without the word of God? Depending on you own idea and wisdom will fail you. The word of God says that by strength shall no man prevail.

If you can't teach your child the word of God by yourself, expose the child to faith-based gatherings often and send the child to schools that don't joke with God's word.

I know schools that are purely found on God's teaching. The first condition to admit your child is to append your signature on a paper stating that your child must attend the chapel. I have monitored two of such schools since 2011 till date and no record of any scandal even as they turn out over 120 graduates every year.

I lived with Muslim couple that sent their two kids to one of the schools and those children turned out well.

I know of an ogboni man who personally handed his children over to a neighbour to ensure they always followed her to church services promising to give every necessary material support so they don't end up like him.

Involve God in training your children and they will turn out well.

Any graduate earning less than #20000 today in any part of this country is lazy; there are lots of huzzling you can do if you reside in the urban areas while farming can pay more if you live in rural area.

It's raining now, get a land near where you're teaching and spend your leisure on the farm.

I need help, guide and useful concerning this matter.

There a family I am close to. Recently, the father of the house died. Before his death, his wish was to send his son abroad for studies though no step has been taken till passed away.

The wife now wishes to fulfill his wish by sending the boy to the US for tertiary education.

The problem now is that the family has considered me to be the only person they want to discuss the issue with and wants me to help out about the issue, but I am almost a complete novice.

So, i need help on how one can secure admission to study in any of the higher institutions in the US.
