Fee N9,410. I don’t think d yellow slip will be an issue. Yes, you can pickup in person once it’s ready for collection.

Did this fee just change again? I could’ve sworn I saw N16k on their site last week

Hello everyone,
So my sister gave birth recently in Edmonton, just want to share some brief details.
I found a gynae for her before she landed, she got a referral from my family doctor, paid $120 for that. I called around and we shortlisted 2, the first one (a group of ob-gyn) was going to collect $3000 for delivery and $250/visit. The second has a fee breakdown for delivery and payment of $250/first visit and $120/subsequent visits so we chose him because the first didn’t really explain his fees.
Well the doc she signed up with didn’t end up taking the delivery as he was away, so the ob on call did it. She paid $2200 for his fee, $500 for anaesthesia and total hospital( fee was $8800

There were also some other small fees but I can’t remember now. My advice is to research well, I was only able to get this information because I am a resident and I kept telling them that she’s my sister. Birth tourism isn’t very popular here

I was just about to post this. For people bringing their parents over, please get travel insurance, I got for my mum from Axamansard for just N30,000. It’ll save you a lot in case it’s needed.

Please, I would like to ask.... I plan to travel with my kids (4.5years old, and 2 years old) to meet my wife who is on a study permit in January 2022. I am fully vaccinated with a canadian work permit but the kids are not due to their age. Do the kids require a written authorization to enter Canada? For those that travelled with kids less than 5 years old, please, what was it like at POE? Help a brother with this information

The kids don’t need to be vaccinated, if your wife isn’t travelling with you then you need authorisation from her I think.

Hello. Did you have to get updated bank statements or change the dates in your application letter?

Motheexplorer:
UPDATE:
Ive finally gotten my email to transmit my passport to the VFS. However I must state that I reapplied after the September 7th update. So new timeline:

Fresh application: September 8th, 2021
Response: September 24th, 2021
Timeline: 13 working days.
Might actually be helpful to resubmit your application based on their update. For ease these are the documents I submitted with online my application(I submitted the additional documents via the webform):
1. Application for authorization & statutory declaration for extended family members
2. Biodata page and drivers license of my brother
3. Letter of invitation from my brother
4. Proof of relationship between my brother end I (birth certificates in this case)
5. Proof of change of name (I’m married so I needed to have documents bearing my maiden name)
6. Detailed quarantine plan
7. Biodata page and birth certificate of my daughter, she’s Canadian.

Hello people,

Please is travel history compulsory to apply for Canada TRV

Not necessarily, my MIL got her visa without travel history. You just have to prove you have ties in Nigeria, properties/job things like that.

I won't need to fight them. Mine just started working. I really hope they ship to Uyo over the weekend and don't leave it in Lagos. I need that passport back on Monday.

I don’t think they deliver over the weekend. We’ll probably get it in Monday. My tracker just started working on UPS site too
