Ewuro4:The bolded is no 1 reason..I know people give poverty as a reason but 80% of those who expect or feel entitled that a man must foot their bills are those who want to carry Chanel bag on an income or allowance from their parents that can only afford H&M. |

mutter:I learnt how to back my babies at home, in church when they were getting restless. And it used to really settle them esp when my daughter was a bit colicky. I never got the courage to try it while out and about. I don't know why i kept thinking they could slip and fall off my back. Even my mum does not know how to back babies so I learnt from older ladies in church when the babies were getting restless during service. |
Depends on your mode of transportation , age and weight of baby. The baby carrier is good for short journeys maybe you want to quickly dash to the shops to get a few stuff. And till the baby is probably 6 months. After that it starts to cause back ache( at least it did for me). My husband even used it more. With my first i thought it was cos i bought a generic mother care one and decided to buy a more expensive one with back support etc, was the same it was even the more expensive one that i ended up rarely using. If you drive, you can buy a travel system where you can use the car seat as well as the pram in shopping malls etc. The smaller the better those big buggies just keep bumping into everything and everyone. |
chowlade:* rolling eyes* emoticon needed. So a self centred person can also gullible? ![]() @ OP they are just stereotypes that have been passed down from generation. Try to deal with people on an individual character basis. Not easy I know cos stereotypes tend to allow you form an opinion about a person. If you can get past it and try to see them for WHO they are and not what their tribe or ethnic background is known for, the world will be a better place. |
cococandy:chai see correct eja osan all gone to waste ![]() Next time, use it to make oil less okra, okra is actually very healthy its all the attachments that we add. And you can use your cauliflower swallow thing. its paining me too sef chai. Also someone told me you can freeze them and they will be ok. I hav never tried it though. You can use locust beans in okra, efo riro (translated to mean mixed vegetable) ask naijababe how to make it she is the expert ![]() and they can also be oil less or made with very lil oil. You can use spinach, kale or collard greens. |
naijababe:They are o...I wanted to switch to 1 litre bottles today but I wont. Not feeling the tingling that much anymoreGod help me to keep up for the 30 days .. amen ![]() |
naijababe:I used two 2 litre bottles of bottled water. Hubby has 5 kg dumb bells but I neva reash that level. .keep saying il order 2kg ones will def do that now. |
Naijababe done ![]() Intense but manageable you are right less pressure on the knees that was my problem with shaun t my knees were about to give way. Kimoni oya report Bukatyne and others waiting for you. |
Kimoni:I agree with you . I was just pointing out the double standards of 'freedom of speech' ni . Of course as a Christian you should be able to express your beliefs in tandem with your faith I.e. Marriage is between a man and woman. But no 'freedom of speech' no reash that one. Mock people's religion and beliefs and they complain quickly say 'we are entitled to freedom of speech'. why are they being overly sensitive ![]() Person with religion says what they believe, they are zealots ![]() |
naijababe:I woke up late but will do mine in the evening. will report as soon as I finish. |
Kimoni:I said lets leave the Bible out of it because not everyone is a Christian. I am looking at it more from the angle of free speech or everyone being entitled to hold their own beliefs even if it is contrary to what you believe. Imagine the reaction if it was the other way round, and someone said children don't do well in Traditional mother/father families. I doubt it will even be news. People say marriage is crap all the time, people say Christians are nutters who believe that snakes can talk , people say all sorts that's why they say there is free speech. Free speech is not only for when the person is saying what we want to hear, free speech is sometimes having to listen to stuff that you don't agree with but being civil enough to disagree without trying to ram your opinion down the other person's throat. In my opinion as much people say the west is a free world where everyone can believe or do what they like as long as they don't hurt anyone, its actually far from the truth. And in some instances that's a good thing as some speech can cause offence to others e.g. se.xism, racism and even homophobic hate speech e.g. all gay people should be shot . However, its beginning to cross the line into the force feeding esp from the LBGT lobby group when simply saying I believe marriage is between a man and a woman is seen as homophobia. . |
Let's even leave bible out of it.. The mainstream media can like to talk out of both sides of the mouth ehn. Everyone was #jesuischarlie in Jan cos the attack was unwarranted and horrible.Everyone was raking you can't defeat us , you can't take away people's rights to freedom of speech bla bla. Fast forward to March Steffano Gabbana gave an interview that he felt children were better off in the traditional family of a father and mother. He is even gay o but that's his opinion and he was not talking to anybody directly.Elton John sha made himself the gay parent advocate and waged a Twitter war. Within hours zillions of celebrities had joined and #boycottdolce&Gabbana was trending for days. Like seriously another person is not allowed to have a different opinion? Did he say Elton John should stop being a father to his kids?No he just made his own belief known. Everyone tried to browbeat him into an apology for having a different opinion. |
EfemenaXY:Efe you that can run 19,000 km con join spin class plus swimming plus cycling ![]() You should be running your own programme so you don't need jillian ![]() |
