First bank has made 15B in 2Q and they make most of their money in 3,4Q.If UBA with 20B FY can inch uP to 60naira,what will first bank with around 30B PAT @FY do? 70naira? Assuming they now get the 10B ILL loan back as an exceptional item,dont u think fisrt bank will hit the roof.An amateur analysis please.

@ Yodiyokun, Damouche7,

This man has delivered to us at nairaland. Look at the Insurance sector, Access and First Bank which are still climbing up.

I am joining his train with my N1.5 million.

Its leaving the station soon.

I am with you Fatherof2.
Am not doubting or questioning his versatility,infact am learning from him.He should just inject a little of caution in his insightful and sometimes prophetic  analysis.Just a little bit of caution wont harm.

@Fatherof2,

Hmm, mind yourself ooooo!!!.

Always put a caveat at the end of your stock picks ' this advise is my personal opinion; if you require professional advise ,consult your stockbroker'.

or else, some people here will take it hook line and sinker ooo.
Rightly said.
Christianity EtcRe: Your Quiet Time With God. How Interesting? by damoche07(m): 2:20pm On Nov 26, 2007
My quiet time is an experience i have come to cherish.It has really helped me weather the storms and missing it for a day sets me on edge.Its a time to communicate with God by reading his word,praising him and praying.Admittedly,i have to drag myself out of bed sometimes to keep the date while at times i start spontaneously and wish it never ends.In short,without my quiet time i won't still be a christian.Dont keep it regularly?U are missing a lot.

Kobojunkie:
Lying is a sin. But If you are Born again, does not mean you will NEVER LIE again or Never steal again or commit anyother sin. The point is for you to strive, even when you make mistakes to please God in all things. No need to dwell on the mistakes. If you however choose to sin intentionally and are not penitent, then God will deal accordingly with you. But I do not believe if you lie today, and two seconds later, you die, you will go to hell, even though you were born again but made a mistake or had a weak moment.

By the way, why apply to a company that discriminates when it comes to age?? Aren't there companies out there that do not necessarily need to know your age to give you a job?

http://www.intouch.org/site/c.dhKHIXPKIuE/b.2295509/k.9338/Audio_Archives.htm
In continuation of this,if u sin and u are still using,occuping or benefiting from the sin.Ok,assuming u stole some money at the office intentionally or u used a false age and repented.U have to return the money or report yourself.

Raahym don vamooose like all other HITV promoters like Urfriend (Maybe na him even change him ID to Raahym)& co! Even Damoche, my fellow gunner dey hide.
I am not particular about HITV.As Seun suggested,maybe we have to give more Nigerian companies the backing they need to survive in thet industry just like they did for HITV on the Premiership issue.I laugh when people complain about HITV spending so much on the premiership.Even China, a communist state with so much censorship and clamour for home grown industries are crazy about the premiership.its a global brand that cannot be ignored.The brand is popular from Latin America to the Middle east-these are countries with averagely ok football leagues.Here in Nija we dont have any league.Yes, we dont have.Some few weeks ago , a referee cancelled a goal because another ball was thrown into the field after a team scored.this same 'lovely' and 'perfect' DSTV fed us with the premiership till we got spoilt.Which rational human being will go back to drinking garri when he has tasted Pounded yam and Egusi.What am i saying?Any company that wants to sell in Nija must get the rave content of the moment-Premiership.

Now coming back to HITV.it seems we are sooooooo impatient to allow them grow like we allowed the GSM companies to.(yes GSM companies are not giving us the best.Celtel network was off my fone for almost 12hrs yesterday,Seun has a complaint about MTN on the home page,Glo is rubbish sometimes,).Here is my advice,lets support other Nigerian companies to acquire very popular contents and let them compete with HITV cos they will soon turn into a bully like DSTV.they will soon try to monopolise the industry and increase prices.i am sure of that.But a Nigerian monopoly is better than a foreign monopoly.Forgive my ultra patriotism. grin

Expecting a good result from them and this may be out this week.

Would get people taking positions in the short term and it would increase the number of bid for the share.

Me thinks it might do 30% before profit taking sets in
@Ololufemi.Who is releasing their results this week?

@Kosovo

This is an irresponsible statement. Please speak for yourself! I agree that HITV is probably enjoyed at present by those who want to spend so much time watching football, but to say Nigerians as a whole will never do anything meaninful is grossly irresponsible.

This forum was started by a Nigerian and if it is not meaningful then what the hell are you doing here?

At a point in our existence when we are saying that it has never been better being Nigerain than now and we are trying our danmest best to rise above the way we have been painted negatively, there comes such a denouncement from someone whose thoughts must be surely peurile

I guess you were not bouyant enough to afford DSTV 10years ago so you are unaware of what their beginings were like.

If HITV misses the mark some other Nigerian company will get it right and God knows they don't need filthy declarations from those whose thinking has surely become redundant. Pssssssssssssst
Thanks but that guy really got u annoyed. I also dont like it when fellow Nigerians bring down their own. iF HITV fails,let another Nija company take up the challenge.Nigerians are not dullards. We can do anything. Thats what i believe.I dont know about u.
