This Pope needs to give his life to Christ and begin to attend foundation class with a believing church in order to be taught the truth in the word instead of misleading gullible people who do not know the way of eternal life. |
Monimatic: GEJ TILL 2019Typical pretentious Nigerian trying so hard to play patriotism and objectivity yet deeply immersed in the normal Nigerian sentiment. Guy, you contradicted yourself; Elections are not won on nairaland, bla, bla, bla, yet you didn't hesitate to announce the winner of 2015 on nairaland even when candidates are yet to publicly declare their interests . I think you can do better. |
Justicemy: politicians can never be trusted, i just hope his not playing mindgames wit nigerians against 2015Obsessed and confused people like you think that everything is about politics and election.... Don't you think that people have lives to live apart from politics? |
thewidemouth: I'm a male student who's in love with a female lecturer. I don't know whether it's love or lust but I have this deep joy anytime I see her. She likes me since I'm a good student, but she hasn't done anything that looks like she's interested in dating me. I wanna ask her out but I don't know how. She seniors me wit 8 years but I don't care. What do I do??That school is not where you really belong, at least not now, you should be somewhere in Yaba (left) receiving attention for your real problem. |
Eko Ile: A state with less than 2 million people spending N4.3 billion on workers salary? Even Lagos state with 20 million people and the second largest workforce in Nigeria spends little over N5 billion on workers salary. That is to tell you how brainless some of these Governors are.... The same governor is appointing an 18 years old Mrs Nigeria as Special Adviser and still he is here complaining of wages. |
Story.... |
Popowaa: What are u waiting for? That's a very devilish advice |
At-least he died a champion |
It amazes me how every body is fighting as if under-age marriage is the only problem Nigeria is having...I think under-age marriage should be the least of our worries, at-least for now. I'm a Christian to the core and I do not subscribe to under-age marriage for whatever reason, however i feel, that with the way we are channeling all our energy to talk about this under-age marriage of a thing we are beginning to 'major in the minor while minoring in the major'. For crying out loud, the propounders of this early marriage of a thing didn't say every girl must marry at that age which means that the right of every Nigerian girl or parents to reject such offer has not being tempered with, so why all the noise? There are other vitals issues in the constitution that have direct effects on Nigerians yet no body is mentioning them. The National Assembly has refused to grant financial autonomy to the Local Govt Areas which means that the LGA which is the closest government to the people would remain an appendage of the Governor(s) at the expense of the suffering masses and no one thinks that's an important issue to fight against. Now the N/A is talking about life time pension to her principal officers in a country where poverty is highly pronounced and nobody is fighting against that. Its believed that our political officer holders are the highest paid officers in the world even when an average Nigerian is not guaranteed a 2 square meal a day. For me, these and many other important issues are the real treat to Nigeria as a country or not the 'useless'under-age marriage of a thing. After all, Life is a choice, if somebody or a group of persons feel that marrying little girls is what is good for them, that's entirely their own business provided they do not infringe in other peoples' right. |
Scarpon: its our tradition not a law the northern part of Nigeria the qwari people get married as from age of 12 and upwards. my mum was married at the age of 16 granny at the age of 15 its our tradition we should not allow the western life take it out from usWhat do you know about tradition?.... Have you ever heard the word change?...... You better come out and embrace change and leave that stupid thing you called tradition. |
That pedophile that was busy fighting for under-age marriage in the National Assembly while his colleagues were discussing issues such as autonomy of Local govt,Separation of the office of the Attorney General from that of the Minister of Justice etc, is now carrying some jobless clerics around to pray for the peace of the nation. Well lets hope God hears their prayer. |
sinmisolaoluwa: IT IS NT EVEN ABOUT WHAT U STUDY IN SCHOOL THAT MATTERS,WHAT MATTERS IS THE FAVOUR OF GOD. EVEN IF YOU STUDY FRENCH OR WHT HAV YOU...GOD WILL STILL FIX U UP. THE PRESENT SITUATION IN OUR COUNTRY TODAY DOESN'T MEAN IF U ARE A GRADUATE OF MASS COMM,U WILL DEFINATELY WORK IN A MEDIA HOUSE. I HAVE SEEN ENGINEERS WORKING IN BANK AS CASHIER,ETC...I EVEN KNOW AN ACCOUNTANT WEY NO COUNT ANYTHN,YET A FRENCH GRADUATE IS COMFORTALY WORKING IN A REPUTABLE COMPANY. IT ALL DEPENDS ON HW FAR YOU CAN TRAIN YRSELF.Is like some you have problem with comprehension. The OP didn't say Graduates of Mass communication, Political science, Religious studies etc would never have jobs neither did he say you should throw away your certificate if you did any of the courses mentioned rather he said their chances of having job in Nigeria are slimmer compared to their colleagues in fields such as Engineering, Law, Business, etc, and this we all know so what's the noise about? |
ozolity: No its ur money idiot. Her pay at World Bank was much higher dan what she earns now.Liar |
Sayfat: You can take a woman from the Creek to Aso Rock, but you cannot take the creek out of her. That is not enough reason for Soyinka to throw away decorum and be fighting with a woman and referring to her as a Hippopotamus from the swamp, that's too crude; though Patience is another crude individual but two wrongs don't make a right, more-ever she is wife of leader of the country, and that office deserves some respects regardless of how bad the occupant is.................. I have a feeling that old-age is no-longer doing the man any good....... |
yuzedo: You mean AT MRS. SWEETUS OYOYO party?!?!?! You poeple are the one encorageing my sweet Rita to still be answering Dummynick. Plis she is my wive!! NL mods plis take note all topicks should hensfought be Rita Sweetus not Rita Dummnick. tenk.Guy, do yourself a favour by getting somebody to brush you up grammatically, because your grammar is too bad (to say the least). |
boonbiti: Happy birthday ramson!wish you long life and prosperityNo be Ramson, na Ramsey! |
Lilimax: @ OP- It is Ramsey Noah and not NouahYou are wrong, its Nouah and not Noah(as in the biblical Noah). |
CrazyMan: You took the words right out of my mouth. So what exactly is your point, that he should be kept under lock just because some persons feel threatened by his presence or that the Army should stop him from taking his place because some people just imagined that he would seize power? Here in Nigeria we bring sentiments into everything, which bad, you don't go about punishing people because you just think they are bad people even when you have no case against them. I'm not one of Al-mustapha's fans but i feel that as country it would be very hard for us to do the right thing if we put sentiments above the rule of law. |
Inter-states travelling by road in Nigeria is not even too safe in the day time and somebody is talking about night. |
Forza p: Its a gud idea 4 GEJ's ambition sha,cos dat sambo too dull!'Sambo too dull', because he is not going about causing problem or try to run a parallel government to that of the President whom he is deputizing, right?.... I,m sure not many of us know the place of a V/P government..... If Sambo begins to show himself more than he is doing now, its the same people like you that would accuse of disloyalty, insubordination, Arrogance, power-drunk etc and call for his head. |
Tolexander: If this is done and GEJ wins the election. Which of the Senator Sani Yerima's wives becomes the 2nd lady of the federation?See what a grown up man could make out of the whole thing! I have a feeling that the 13 year old Egyptian girl would even me more matured and reasonable than you are. |
samuelkaykay: may the spirit of kudirat Abiola and many others give him sleepless night.i can't control my tears.handiwork of PDP,BOKOCPC&APC.Go and hug transformer and die 'for free'.... |
duni04: At least my mum has the mannerisms and decorum of a ladyI doubt if you really know what the word 'mannerism' means let alone the right application of it. Simply say manners and stop misusing words in the name of speaking 'big grammars'. |
Itoroetti :There is nothing like Sponsorer the word is Sponsor |
funshint: May God bless u big time! Most people here are just blind to see whats truly going on; this is really a big shame to the judicial system of the country where ethnic sentiments have been allowed to infiltrate the delivery of sound judgement.Very lazy judgement; how can u just water down a 326 page judgement just like that. These are the type of judges who are ready to pronounce any judgement in favour of the highest bidder. This is a big slap to the judicial system and a huge shame on this country; not even the judges can be trusted again. Nothing less is expected from this power hungry tribe(Northerners) who are always ejecting tribal sentiments into whatever they do. They are in charge of the National Judicial Council, they also have the Court of Appeal in their grips after that "retardeen" up there controversially deleted the person that was trying to input a little bit of sanity and trust in the Judicial System(Justice Ayo Salami). This people(Northerners) have the highest number of judges in Nigeria 'cos its a much easier and stress-free avenue to success compared to being a practicing lawyer. Very lazy judgement and lazy set of judges altogether. May God and posterity judge you Al-mustapha and Shofolahan 'cos you'll definitely account for the blood of the innocent you've shed. And to those corrupt set of lazy judges may you also be denied justice when you dearly need it. I weep for this country; most especially I weep for the Yorubas. Tinubu hope you are happy wherever you are now; you better be careful 'cos u're about to associate yourself with a set of power hungry wolves(Northerners). By the time they collect that power they will eat you up. Go and ask Afonja, Awolowo and Abiola they have bitter stories to tell about this people(Northerners); political backstabbers. I rest my case!!!If people like you are allowed to have their ways, Nigeria will never get anything right. The judges gave a very clear detail of the flaw in the prosecution as well as in the first judgement and even a market woman would understand that prosecutor did not do a very good job and you just come here clothed with tribal bigotry and bitterness to write trash just because you feel otherwise..... Am sure if you were the Judge in this case you would not even wait for evidence before sentencing the man to the gallows just because you are been overwhelmed by emotion, bitterness and sentiments but you fail to understand that emotions and sentiments don't take the place of evidence in the law court.Instead on venting your anger on the Judges that rightly interpreted the law and gave judgement based on evidence before the court and not based on our assumptions, emotions and sentiments we should call on the Nigerian police commission to do more in training the police in criminal justice. |
cecegorz: Looks like i'm mixing things up here.If you think you are missing something go back and the read write-up again, thank God its still there. |
Emotion and sentiment don't count in court proceedings;Judges deal with cases based on evidences before the court hence the onus of burden is on the prosecutor of every case to do thorough investigation to substantiate his/her claims in the court, in the light of this i here uphold the ruling of the appeal court....... I rest my case! ..... And before i forget, don't be surprise if Farouk Lawal is being discharged and acquitted for lack of evidence to nail him. |
noblezone: If it was Chinda that broke Loyd's skull, he would had been arrested by now.Don't hold brief for anybody, all we are praying for now is that God should save the man because that's some one's father, husband and son dying for free yet some persons are only trying to score some cheap political points.... |
They guy was terribly maced.... May God see him through; It's high time our Politicians began to be civil and human in their dealings because its quite absurd that peoples' representatives could be so brutal and barbaric in this 21st century all in the name of trying protect the interests of some selfish individuals. |
tellwisdom: You want to rob me?? Abi u wan force your sis for my head??Lol, am not a thief and my sisters are happily married.... |
Ms_Steph: Lagos is not expensive. But if its abuja or ph it is too small especially wen it comes to accommodation. But since d 130k comes in monthly its very ok. Pple get 20k monthly but still surviveGood girl |
tellwisdom: 130k, na money for beer abi money for perfume??. How much is your monthly income?.... Just be honest. |
