In 2020 End of year challenge. The highest earning driver in Bolt Nigeria was an Abuja driver. A Lagos driver came second. Both of them won brand new cars.

In 2021, there were 4 brand new cars up for grabs. 2 were won by drivers from Abuja and the other 2 by drivers from Benin. There was no Lagos driver.
Although last year's own was a raffle, so it wasn't about highest earner...but to enter that pool u have to be among the highest earners in Nigeria.

Every day we read people who have used money made from ehailing to do better things and move ahead..Agentxxx testimony is just one of such..A question was ask here if anyone has used ehailing money to achieve anything and cheerful giver said he got married with it! The truth is, the HUSSLE is not EASY, am putting it in CAP because i fully agree with it. But i vehemently disagree if you claim you cant make enough to reasonably take care of yourself and your family whether you are owner, rental, HP etc...

I ask a question; pls is it POSSIBLE for anyone with a GOOD/SOUND car, a healthy state of mind not to be able to NET 10k a day? That is basically a gross of about 13k on indriver..Pls can someone answer this question? Is it possible to save 8k daily out of the 10? Can you do 8,000 * 7 days a week = 56,000. Can you do 56,000 * 4 week (a month)? That is 224,000 net? Let us even reduce it to 200k for unforeseen circumstances...This should be the LOWEST for anyone. I totally agree with this submission, and like its stated here, hope he/she is not being disengaged for serious offence.. There is one happening where i am now, man had put in 22 years of loyalty and services. Infact, he's the longest serving staff after the CEO... 2 years ago he tender a resignation letter, he wanted to relocate back to the village and set up a small poultry farm as he's now 60 yrs. He was ask not to go, that his services is still much needed so he stays.. So he jettisoned d idea. 2 years after, he got a letter that the resignation letter he submitted then which was not accepted has now been accepted and he's relieved.. He has not committed any offence. He cried to me. He had no plan. He kept asking what is he going to do now? When he had plan, he was told to wait! I ask him to chin up but within me, i wept! I wept because we are all in this race together. Its the realities of corporate life.

From my experience work with different clients on various projects I’ve learned a few things to reduce stories that touch :

- always do research and due diligence before engaging anyone for work. Go and visit their former or current projects , don’t rely on pictures.

- get a quote for the same job from a minimum of 3 people. And don’t be afraid to enter market to find out prices

- ask plenty questions because it is your money at risk. A good number of vendors lack integrity and don’t care if you lose $, their only concern is their pockets.

Go to twitter, just put it there that you want to buy a car and give out for Ehailing, 99% will advice you AGAINST it. They will tell you drivers will ruin you, they dont remit etc.... And who are those drivers? YOU!! An average nig have a very negative attitude towards others peoples investments, they dont care, then turn around to tell you its not sustainable...

I read Romeo3 / Ogunvic strategies,
I park and ask lazy drivers under chevron trees strategies and it’s been working for them.
I wake up 4:30am every weekday take long trips on 1.9x from Surulere to position in one spot along lekki phase2 always opposite traffic (veterans from mowe/sango and co always position there too. We wait to get trips on 1.9 to airport/ikeja or Berger (or offline). Once we get back to mainland you go to another surge zone and aim long distance back to island.
Weekends I drive all day, 5am to 12noon rest till 4pm to 12 midnight clubs n beaches , resume 4am from clubs till midnight Saturday n rest on sunday’s.
I made cool money cash, dashboards, offlines etc.
BuT how long can you sustain or maintain that ?
Then someone says there is a strategy that makes you earn easily… HOW EASy ?

I’m done talking anybody that wants to taste the waters should go ahead.

It is VERY OKAY if anyone of us choose a PATH we believe was the best at a particular period, perhaps later we change our view/opinion after getting more info or we allow EXPERIENCE to teach us! Firstly, i actually use to believe HP was the best!!! But after sampling several opinion and reality set in (i bought a car and i gave it out on rental), i can say categorically that rental is better for driver.
MOST guys on rental USUALLY find a way to cheat their partners (car owner) while MOST car owner usually get the better of their driver (HP)..Nearly 90% of people on HP in my circle (both the owner and driver) hardly see the contract to the end. They always fight/separate and in all the cases have seen, owner TAKES HIS OR HER CAR IMMEDIATELY, driver thrown out!

You think driving is a bad job if you don't have much skills/certificate to offer? My friend graduated from unilorin 10 years ago, could'nt find any decent job, just hussle here and there. Later got a corolla car, settle his HP, own it, later added another small civic all within 4 years.
He went ahead to encourage people to buy car and put under him and he will manage it. Now he has 3 personal car ( he still drives one and rent out 2), with another 4 cars that he manage for client. Total of 7 cars. Got married to a woman who is also stable financially, now with a kid and managing his home...All this was achieve within 7 years.....According to him, he said he makes 8k weekly on each of the 4 car he manage, 28k on his two car and 10k per day for the one he drives, he does 5am to 2pm mon to sat. Do the math! Are there challenges, pretty YES, as we have it in every aspect of life! He's still working to even increase his fleet.
If he's on this platform, he will be told not to see it as long term job! He would have RELENT when he got his first car on HP...
My friend is one of the most discipline/dedicated and focus human being have ever known! This advice is not for you if you want to be Dangote or Otedola, those ones can keep hussling for cyprus visa..

If driving gives you money, i dont know why you cant have 200k or 1m in your aza.. When i was on leave earlier this year, i drove for 10 days with a target of 10k NET daily and i got it, only on INDRIVER.. I stay around Alapere and i target vi/lekki phase 1 every morning by 5am, by 6am or past 6 am on the island and my next trip is to target chevron side or return to mainland, i always get it! By the time i drove past 3rd mainland Bridge thrice or maximum 4 times i have 10k gross. Then i look for one long trip as last trip, usually not less than 3500/4k, that settles my fuel/data/commission. Usually by 1pm or 2pm am home. 10k in d bank... My brother, if you're not discipline even if you earned 1m per week, you wont have 100k in your acct...

YES, i agree with you we have honest guys here as highlighted in my post.. Is it not better to ALLOW the honest ones to PROVE themselves? Is it not better to secure your fund by ensuring you are not scammed? Is it not better to be EXTRA careful in a general sense? For me, even if you sent money to a stranger and you receive your goods intact and in good condition, i still insist it's not a good idea.. Check/inspect, pay and pick up or in worst situation, use escrow...
