FamilyRe: How To Get Over Trauma Of Wife Past Life by deavicky(m): 3:33pm On Jun 10, 2021
kenoyad:
I learned wifey had slept with a guy that's married and far older than her, I got the impression when we met and started dating and asked her if there was anything between them, she denied.

I got to know from her after three years and she was not even remorseful, claiming she had dated him before we met and that's her choice cause she can date Whoever she want at the time cause she's single.

I always felt bad cause I got suspicious and asked her about it. I always think about it every day and it makes me feel so bad.

Her mother had apologised on her behalf that I should please get it over my mind and count it as when she don't know what she was doing.

We have got a kid and i don't want the kid raised outside a home though we were both not married officially.

I want to get the ordeal out of my mind cause that's the only issue i have with her.

How can I get it over my mind? I think about it every day.
I for tell u something but what can I say because my own dey my body and I never settle am yet.
But as long as she didn’t tell u she was a virgin before u married her. Some body must have definitely slept we her. In some cases it might even be more than 20 men So try not to go into ur partners passed if u can't beer the negative stories.

I see them buy a single water melon for 200 naira and be making like 800 to 600 naira with one...
this one for good oh but an average Nigeria student will prefer egba to fruit and considering the fact that he will have to go for lectures which means he has nite alone to sale the fruit and they are perishable items.

CareerRe: I'm Scared About My Future, Career Wise by deavicky(m): 7:21pm On Jun 08, 2021
KennedyF:
Hello everyone,
Bear with me pls, this might be a long read and I apologise in advance for any grammatical error.

Recently I've had a lot of thinking about my life after school, how I can finally support my family after I graduate this year, I am the first son and the first child in my mom's extended family, so I have a lot of people looking up to me, and we only have one source of income in my family which is my dad, and recently he developed a health condition which affects his eyesight, and that is making his work nearly impossible.
The problem now that I'm facing is that I literally don't know what I want to do after school, normally I've had this notion that I will cross that bridge when I reach there, but now the bridge is so close and I have no idea of how to cross, to make things worse, I saw my result this semester and I failed two courses which will make me to come back for an extension, it makes me sad whenever I think about it, cos my dad will have to continue his risky job (thats even riskier cos of his eyesight) for a year or so
Sad part is that I can't even think of any side job that might be profiting me while in school or any work that I can do without a certificate, my friends aren't giving me anything useful, I wanted to learn graphics design, I'm passionate about editing photo and videos, I also wanted to learn animation back when I was in secondary school, but my parents killed that dream telling me to go for a professional course, back then they were still thinking school is the only answer to being successful, now I regret allowing them to let that passion die.
Right now I need you guys advice if you have any concerning my situation, or if you've being in a similar situation like mine, I need to know how you made it out successfully

I will accept your criticism, advice and whatever piece of info you can share with me
all I see here is "I wanted to, I wanted to". You went to school and u are not seeing that as what can profit you, then I ask why did u go to school in the first place. You have corrupt ur mind with the believe that u can't get a job when u graduate. that thought is not giving chance see how positive the school may help u. Go and join u father in his business, I guess he is a welder. Put what ever u have learnt in school into it, do some rebranding I'm sure it will profit you.

It's no longer news that there's so much insecurity in Nigeria at the moment and agitation in the South East.
Please I need to hear from PH Residents or anyone who has traveled by road to PH recently.

How safe is it in the city at the moment and those who have traveled there recently
coming from Lagos to port Harcourt, the problem is on the western part. If u can escape herdmen activity from ijebu Ode to kajola, ore to Benin, pass through warri(I don't know what is happening on the Eastern path but people still passes their without complaining) to PH you don't have any problems at all in Rivers state except with police where u will need to enter the state before 6pm not be caught up with the 7pm curfew in some local government you will pass.
Car TalkRe: Bringing a Mercedes from Lagos to Calabar; and my tough ordeals! by deavicky(m): 12:25pm On Jun 08, 2021
OfficialDJ:
It was 6:50 am in the morning when I called teddy that I was coming to Lagos to pick my cls up( I had paid for a thorough paint job to be meted out on the car)

I booked a flight from calabar to Lagos that same month for almost twice the normal fee! shocked

Everything went smoothly from there and I spent the night at one of those hotels in the GRA axis of ikeja.

I went down to meet up with the paint guy, and I was impressed by what I saw.

I was assigned a driver by the company to drive the car down to calabar... “Na new car be this, drive carefully “ the driver was told, but it was the complete opposite of the instructions he was meted out to that he did.

Pothole upon pothole the car entered, and I was so mad that I couldn’t shout again.

The final straw that broke the camelback was when he entered two potholes at once along sapele road, and the tyres screeched and gave up.

The passenger side tyres tore like it was riddled with bullets, and it was a bushy area.....

shocked

We heard a siren blow and a police van ordered us not to park there that hoodlums kidnapped people there...

They had to follow us to the nearest filling station, which was thankfully near an army checkpoint.

The rims had given up too at that point ( rims wey I buy 250k) cry

I was so mad I couldn’t even talk to the driver again.

The policemen came down and asked what the problem was .. they offered to bring down the tyre and sorted things for us. shocked

We had to sleep in the filling station that night for the car to be worked on the the next morning!
That particular night, without being signaled to come, 4 Warri boys helped us get new tyres and transported it to the car’s location without collecting money. I was shocked by the hospitality.

The next day, the boys again took me to where I’d get rims and everything for the car, which was beyond amazing.

I had to squeeze 3k to the supposed leader, as they refused to collect anything.

I got back to calabar yesterday afternoon, and I’m riddled with repairs worth 300k+

If you’re from delta, you guys rock! So much, as if it wasn’t for those guys, then my situation would have been lipsrsealed lipsrsealed
Those good old days when ritualist has not infiltrated everywhere. I had similar experience with them. when I chattered a bus from Abeokuta to PH, not know the the crazy driver does not have a drivers licence. We were delayed at every check point till we got to Uhgara ( don't know if I spelt it well) by 10pm where the police their seriously refuse to allow the driver go. They had to park the vehicle in their station, so we where around the station area when two boys came to us and asked what the problem was. I explained our ordeal to them and also asked them show us where to get an hotel. But they refused and said it is over 12am already that I shouldn't waste that money that we should come to their house and pass the remaining hours in their place. I insisted I must go to the hotel, but they assured us not be afraid that nothing will happen to us. That we should just follow them. The driver finally agreed, reluctantly I followed and they actually gave us a place to sleep and we slept peacefully till the next morning.
And they didn't ask for anything.

omolola100:
My mother advice me never to look for a rich man who is well do whenever i'm set to get married.
she said i should marry a man that we will both start our life from the foundation, according to my mum, she said it is better to suffer with man to acquire wealth, than to go for a ready made soup.

Looking at the way things are going now, do you think a woman will now stoop so low and marry a poor man that is trying to make ends meet? Although, money is not love, but why would a parent wish her daughter to marry a poor man, i am begining to see my mum as a bad mother who does'nt wish me well.
Is it advisable i follow my mothers advice? I should stay in SURULERE instead of OLORUNSOGO.
ur mother didn’t ask u to marry a poor man, she's only saying money should be a factor to consider when marring. That is a wise advice from a mother who wants her daughter to marry in peace.

Nowadays even a small illiterate like patlex is driving tinted vehicle windscreens
what is wrong with driving a tinted glas car. Go to Ghane, Togo even Benin Republic people drive their tinted glass car without needing any permit to do so.
On the other hand does bandits and boko haram drives cars.
