When designing/building, always make allowance for the future.
One day u may decide to add one a/c, one heater, etc. It will be more costly and inconvenient to overhaul the cables then.
So use the 10mm

10mm cable is okay. Don't use American standard size compare Nigeria cable size.

I did a DNA lab about 4/5years ago, the design was done in US and what they specified for lighting 10mm cable, 25mm for socket. We have to do a zoom meeting with Electrical designer for him to understand our cable rating and also localized their drawings to suit what we want.

Electrician is asking for 10mm copper cable for connection between meter and distribution board or changeover. Load won't exceed 3air conditioner, cooker units, water heater(future use) and all the regular lighting points, sockets.

Can American Wire gauge 2 or 6.54mm do the same job? Thank you.

Working at a higher level, that's storey building, the labour rate for both mason and unskilled labour still applies but their output will be reduced.

but CSCS Statement from Meristem and Morgan Capital has two different Account Number but CHN is the same.

The old Bedfords are also 6 tires but carry 5 ton.

For kitchen cabinet in a rental property, which is more durable. Wood or MDF/HDF.
One of the carpenters I spoke to said he was going to do something similar to picture 1 with wood which they will spray after installing it.

For wood, what type of wood is best for making the cabinet and how much do they usually cost?

A strategy that was suggested here many moons ago is to buy afolabi units of stocks you might be interested in for the future, process the dividend mandates as well. That way when you buy the trailer load at a future date, you don't have to worry about not getting paid your dividend.

Also, always leave some qty when you decide to offload your kaya to the next buyer so you don't have to repeat the process all over again.

I have been holding some units of union bank for a while now. Yes we have seen some price appreciation since Titin trust bought majority shareholders out. My question now is: When are they going to buys we the Minority shareholders out as well?

Looking at Honey Well with the same corner eye cos that might explain why the price has remained above #3 for a while now

Dividend for full year 2021 came to 56k. They paid twice 38k and 18k.

They're adding 1k to the 18k paid bring the total to 19k.

Q3 result don land, EPS don pass #1 (1.42). One can definitely expect at least #2 EPS by Q4.
Some people probably had an idea of this result hence why they kept loading it up.
