skales67: Hey! I read the comments between you and decryptor. The guy is right. There is no estate i know of which will be prone to so much noise such as massive vehicular movements, loud blaring of music, gasoline generators, loud honking of vehicle horns etc. These things mentioned rarely occur in estates but are a norm in middle-class areas and low-income areas. I remember when i visited a relative in an estate in Port Harcourt. You could barely hear any noise only for the periodic passing of vehicles in space of so many minutes. Everywhere was so damn quiet that you would think people left their houses and ran away. If there is a case of noise being a health concern to any person living in the estate they can decide to buy the place personally and put soundproof to their taste. God bless you my brother! Please educate the slum-dwelling ignoramus who doesn't know what the good life of affluence is. Nooil: Please, try and follow the beginning of the convo before commenting. I live in an estate and I know how quiet it can be. But that also depends on the kind of people living in the estate. Shutup! You don't and have never and will never live in an estate in your life! Stop claiming to be who you are not! Continue "shouting the name of Jesus" every night to have mercy on your impoverished soul in that ghetto you live in and stop being a wannabe! LIAR!!! |

ethicallyright: "A strong man doesn't have to be dominant toward a woman. He doesn't match his strength against a woman weak with love for him. He matches it against the world." - Marilyn Monroe.
Norma Jean, also Marilyn Monroe , was the Kardashian of the 60s. A sex figure she was - an innocent fine face, endowed with curly blonde hair and the slim figure 8 which were in Vogue few decades past. Many men who we would later define as simps ,fell at her feet and wished they could have just a night with the late thespian.
The quote above suggests that women do not love men who beg them for love. If he walked your flat ass out of his office and saw you as the flirt you are, you'd fall for him. If he didn't convert his job hours at the mall to a honey moon, the title of this thread could have been :
"I love my boss but he doesn't care"
or " My boss is rich but doesn't love women. How do I make him notice and fall in love with me?"
We've warned these weak men consistently but they care little. Tell him to give you 5 million naira and thereafter tell him that he is " emotionally assaulting" you. Maybe he will learn this precious lesson the hard way.
Lucky lady, I give you my blessings! Your head is the most oiled head of wisdom in Nigeria! The painful thing in Nigeria is that 95% of men population are these simps you talk about! The alpha-males in this country are no longer up to 20! |

Nooil: Lol... Mr high brow anonymity is still here responding, showing his half brain (it's a pity the remaining half got scraped off during a d&c session).
Are you surprised to know people still have much to live for? Lol. Not everyone is surrounded by poverty, darkness, and gloom like you.
First, he says some landlords might have a reason for not installing soundproof in a high brow area. If you had an inkling of the meaning of high brow, you won't make such a statement. But no, you decided to show the world your ignorance.
You're clearly lower than the low-class divide I once thought you belonged to. I mean, your reasoning is also low.
Now I should respect your opinion? What opinion if I may ask? Please like I wrote, we have better use of our public funds. Curtail your intolerance before it becomes a threat to society.
This is my last reply to you. With the bolded statement it is now confirmed that I am actually talking to a low class poverty stricken nonentity Where in my comments did I say LANDLORDS installed soundproof in their structures? Let me educate you abit though I know you can never comprehend it because of you have been eternally sentenced to remain poor and wretched for the rest of your miserable life... Developers of an estate are the ones who are responsible for the structural edifices and components/fittings that are found on every builing in that particular estate. All buildings come with a uniform plan which a prospective landlord must follow while building the unit(s) of his own structure which the estate management will inspect before the said landlord can lease the structure out which still falls within the power of the estate management. You think it is that slum where "bacha" owners build with sticks and planks anyhow to your poor taste in the area you live in? Stop embarrassing yourself on a public forum with these shameful rants. It is really embarrassing because like i said before the more you try to sound intelligent the more st*pid you sound! Concentrate on yelling to God every midnight for your daily meals like you have always done and will always do and stop sounding like a m*ron! And if you reply me again then you are a big scallywag as i know you really are. |

Frustrations? Lol. I can't be frustrated when I have so much to live for, realistically. I don't build castles in the air, unlike you.
Go and work and stop claiming to be what you're not. From living in a high brow estate to not claiming you're rich. Maybe it's poor people or middle class that live in high brow estates. Or perhaps you don't even know what it means.
And yes, while at it, be more tolerant of people's religion. We are tired of using public funds to rehabilitate boko harams and other religious intolerant groups. So please, play your part and make Nigeria great again.
Have a lovely night rest Still ranting? Lmao @ you having so much to live for. And while you yell so loud from your face-me-i-face-you asking God to deliver you from your wretched life learn to respect other people's opinions. Poverty stricken nincompoop |

Nooil: In case you have memory problems, let me remind you that I mentioned people who live in mansions. Then you brought your high brow estate.
Uncle, if your landlord is charging you 5 million per annum for something that is meant to be 300,000 its your fault only. It doesn't mean you live in a high brow estate.
You don't want to break anonymity but you're already mentioning high brow, self-rented duplex, etc. Niggar, get outta here!
Ps: I don't try to sound intelligent. I am intelligent. Unlike poverty-stricken people trying to claim who they are not. Another frustrated dolt so angry about being alive! I smell frustration all over your comments Take the easy way out and end it all rather than looking for whom to lash out on. Jobless tramp!! |
Christianity Etc › Re: Man Writes Abuja 'Witches And Wizards' A Warning Letter (Photo) by Decryptor(m): 9:07pm On Jul 26, 2020 |
Nooil: First of all, I doubt if you live in a high brow estate. If you did, you must have heard of something called soundproof, where you'll never hear of anything going on in your neighbor's house.
"Rich people live in houses with “real” bricks and nothing gets through. The doors actually seal.
More expensive houses have enhanced noise mitigation. More expensive doors, sound barrier secondary glazing system on windows, insulation and methods of construction that transmit less sound."
You come from a low-class divide. Stop trying to sound like what you're not. Laughable! I opened this account since 2009 and since then i have done absolutely everything to remain anonymous on this forum and even though i am tempted to break that anonymity i won't do that because of a mere charade from you. First of all i never mentioned i was rich.. secondly in your sheer ignorance and quest to sound intelligent and vast but ended up sounding empty and brazenly half-witted you forgot that not every estate has the same style and concept when it comes to infrastructure. While some estate developers will build structures to improve noise reduction others may opt for the opposite for security reasons in the sense that residents can be at alert of an emergency situation unfolding in their immediate neighborhood so as to alert the security details of the estate for immediate response. My dear i live in an estate in Abuja in a self rented duplex. My favorite spot is the front porch upstairs where i come out to take some fresh air mostly at the wee hours of the mornings from 4am-till about 5am before i sleep till 10 am. I am a self-employed freelancer so don't go to work outside. Don't get me wrong, i have lived in the suburbs in the past so it's not like i was born with a golden or even silver spoon. Now during those hours on the front porch, i can hear the sound of anything within 3 square kilometres from the chirping of crickets to the honking of vehicles of commuters who want to catch an early day at work for those who work in the outskirts of Abuja to even the chiming of the bell of a catholic church way off outside the estate before the recitals of what i later got to know was their "angelus". Never did i once hear anyone shout or yell in prayer nor any wannabe Benny Hinn with loud public address speakers disturbing the neighborhood with threats about people going to hell like they do in the slum where you live because stuff like that usually happens during such hours. So think harder next time you want to defend your ignorance about how people live in estates and when you try to bring others down to the level of your squalor. Thanks for your time! |

BluntTheApostle: Please, stop this ignorance. It is D'banj who needs to prove. He is the one who has filed a lawsuit. He is the plaintiff.
Broadly there are four elements that the plaintiff is required to prove in a defamation lawsuit, whether for libel (a defamatory written statement, for example in a newspaper or other publication) or slander (a defamatory spoken statement.) These are as follows:
The statement, which must be about another person, must be false.
The statement must be ‘published’ to a third party, who cannot also be the person who is being defamed. Publishing in this context does not mean that it must be printed, but purely that the statement has to be ‘made available’ to someone other than the person about whom the statement was made.
If the nature of the statement is ‘of public concern’ the person who has published it must be at least liable in negligence. Public figures who seek to prove that they have been defamed must prove an additional element under the First Amendment of the US Constitution, that in publishing the statement the defendant was acting with ‘actual malice’ (by publishing something they know to be a lie) or at least to have a total disregard for whether the statement is true or not.
The person about whom the defamatory statement is made must be ‘damaged’ by the statement. In some states, it is sufficient to establish that the plaintiff suffered ‘mental anguish’ as opposed to ‘damage.’
https://www.lawfirms.com/resources/personal-injury/libel-and-slander/elements-required-defamation.htm
How will he prove all these? Tell me? Oga, with all due respect, the more you try to sound intelligent, the dumber you sound. If D'banj's lawyers knew all these as you said, do you think they would file the defamatory suit? |

THIS is the latest strategy by the devil to destroy Men all over the world.
THE secret behind this is to pull down as many as possible.
IT started in the Bible days between Joseph and Potifa's wife.
Women have reawakened this old time strategy to deal with men.
I am not saying that rape don't occur these days but I strongly believe that only one man without a weapon can not rape an adult woman.
Nature does not make an action that culminates to sex between two adults a "question and answer"session. Men are expected to make some moves and continue with the moves even when it "seems" the woman is resisting.
When women just submit like that,it makes nonsensical of the whole action and uninteresting.
YOU will also know when the move is genuinely resisted and those are the qualities that nature equip men with Your head is oiled with wisdom for this comment! I have always said that it is 99% impossible for aan unarmed man to rape a woman. |
