If you cannot get efficiency into the production, importation and pricing, the public will still be cheated whether you call it 'subsidy cheating' or 'pricing cheating'

WHO will build the refinery? FG? No way. They will build and paralyze it. Government CANNOT run any business. Private sector? Go and ask Dangote if there is any headway with the Lekki Refinery!

WHAT - For what? You mentioned export. Dont forget the law of competitive advantage. You can only export where your production price is much lower than other exporting countries. So, how do you achieve low production cost where everything thing is so expensive and where government is either FINING you or taxing you to coma? Go and ask MTN and the banks.

WHERE - In the north? That will be a big joke. In South East? Or South South? Ok, maybe in the South West. I pray o. For now, investors only trade in the stock exchange where they can sell within 24 hours and pick race.
