Disintegration is nothing but PDP Project, and ut can never happen.
Show me someone crying for Disintegration that is not a PDP member I am for disintegration and i am not a pdp member. You guys have to understand that in 30 years time, nigeria will not improve. So stop saying nonsense. This is the first time i am agreeing with FFK. We need an oduduwa country. We must develop!!! Our language, values, and culture must not go extinct because of an European experiment called niger-Area!! |

Lagos was developed for ages using our collective resources, even today almost all imports are chanelled through Lagos, most inward and outward flights, Most government agencies and parastatals, all headoffices of IOC's etc at the detriment of other parts of the South. Anybody from the SE & SS that still supports the daylight robbery that this Godforsaken ZOO embodies, really needs his or her head examined. No country built on injustice lasts eg USSR, Sudan, Czeckzlovakia, Bosnia etc. They all crumble in the end, and Nigeria will not be an exception, it happens gradually & we are already on its path! I really doubt you are yoruba and even if you are, you are probably one of those agents that's been recruited to cause constant online tensions between yorubas and Igbos.
A group of northerners came around and screamed nay to a bill that'd have absolutely no effect to them and you come online to defend that decision with this petty excuse? Thats just low!

That kehinde agboola must be very sick for supporting it. If it was the other way round, no south east rep would have supported it. They would all reject that of the south west. |

We need to know the mind of the SW brothers, they are neither here or there. I hate to call them cowards, but I am being forced to think that FFK and Fayose are the real champions who understand tomorrow. Ma tanra e! Sogbo? Ask Queen Elizabeth about Yoruba's a d what her dead Elders met on ground in the SouthWest before the deepened Colonial Era and after, she will reluctantly tell you the main reason why they Amalgamated the Regions.
Nigeria Movie and Music Industry is Dominated by South or North? In diaspora, which Region is actually hitting it positively Big; South or North? Super Eagle of Nigeria nko? Best bet is Regionalism and resource control or North and South Nigeria go their separate ways and I don't know if Yorubas and Igbos will see eye to eye on that.
At least, I know the entire South are religious tolerant and literate enough to live together.

We were on twitter discussing Biafra and one oduo said it does not stop him from doing owambe, which is typical of all oduo, after green ewedu is to look for owambe to attend and forget any other important stuffs in life.
Answer me you slimy oduo man, where are the companies gifted to oduos after the war by awo? You better face reality. If nigeria separate, yoruba people will rather produce their goods than import. This is what patriotism is. Nigeria cannot import a lot because we are diverse. Japan, south korea and germany are monoethnic societies that produce their own goods. I always tell people that the way oodua republic will look will be far much more different from nigeria. You will be very shocked that yoruba leaders will place embargo on foreign goods for the local ones to thrive. We will control our borders. I hope igbos will do same though |

Sweetguy25: A typical Hausa man cannot differentiate between an Igbo and other minority tribes in the south. Same with the Yoruba, every person in eastern Nigeria is an Igbo person to a typical Yoruba person. GEJs presidency can attest to that, Yoruba and hausas were regarded him as an Igbo even when he wasn't. GEJs name is Good luck Ebele Jonathan, it sounds Igbo but it isn't. So when Biafra secedes, you will deport such a person because you think or assume he's igbo?

Don just allow a part of them go and say bye bye... you must have an umbilical cord tied permanently to the parent country. it's the new world order. By the time Spain is done fixing it's plans, Catalunia can be created. The same thing as Taiwan. You just see one fake example. You just got impressed. What is impressive about a guy not following development in international politics and diplomacy? But the country was created by the British. Why cant you allow the igbos go? What exactly are you benefiting from them? Since stopping them 50 years ago, how has nigeria been since then? Does nigeria have good health care system, good roads, good education? What exactly did you benefit in stopping them 50 years ago? Since the igbos feel they can do better by themselves why not allow them go? And baba i am not igbo but i support them to have their country since they have the confidence that they will do better on their own. I really love their confidence and with such confidence, i must say the sky is the limit for them. I believe believe biafra will be a successful country. |

kingzizzy: Problem with people like you is that you cant help but see everything from the point of view of a Nigerian. The world is a big place, it doesnt end and stop in Nigeria.
In 2002, East Timor seceded from Indonesia. Indonesia is 5 times bigger than Nigeria, a population of over 250 million people and is richer than Nigeria. Some people thought that East Timor would never survive without Indonesia. Today, East Timor is doing well and enjoying there freedom.
I have great confidence in my Igbo people, we are one of the most resourceful people you can find in Africa. The greatest resource a people can have is not oil or gas, it is human potential. Igbos have a lot of human potential, all they need is control of their own land to make things happen. Im from Anambra, an Oil producing state with on of the largest Gas reserves in Nigeria. But Im not even looking at these things. Im looking at the manufacturing potential of my area as soon we can free our selves from the cursed Nigerian 'power holding' start generating electricity with our coal in Enugu. We want to explore the agro-allied potential of Ebonyi, the production of Aba, the potential of Nnewi as the japan of Africa. The huge oil potential of Abia and Imo. The potential of an independent Biafra comprising of Igbos and the minorities who comfortable is incredible. All we need is to get out of the control of Abuja as an independent country.
Biafra will not be easy at first, but we shall overcome. I believe that within 15 years of Biafra existing, it will have the biggest GDP in Africa. Wow!!! This is excellent! I must say that i am really impressed by what you wrote. I believe biafra will do well and much better than nigeria. |

It happened after the civil war , if it happens again they will only grow stronger... Lols! Bro you must accept the fact that if nigeria separate, the igbos will be foreigners in oodua and arewa republic. Same with yoruba in igboland. If an igbo or hausa go against the law, he could be departed back to where he comes from. If youruba people dont want to trade with you, it is their choice and their land. There was no marginalization of Yoruba throughout GEJ reign, if there is, show me list of projects done by GEJ that Yorubas were omitted.
I think people were more amused at your silly marginalization rants here, and many pointed out the Mulikat scenario as early as the first page.
MASSOB threads liter NL archives with active support of Igbo here, including my humble self, with usual hate and taunting from Igbophobic entities coming left and right. MASSOB was founded as early as 1999 and Uwazuruike had been shuting down commercial activities in Igbo dominated markets all over Nigeria with his sit at home orders, prompting his arrest and incarceration by OBJ.
