I see a Ford GT that is supposed to be produced in South Africa. Since when does South Africa own and produce Ford GT, an American brand? Pictures are bogus. |
One unique thing about the Nigerian pidgin english that even some of its most ardent speakers do not recognise is: It makes no use of verbs in the "past tense". Both current and past events can be expressed using verbs in the present tense. Example: you don go? - have you gone/ been there? Answer: No I dey go now - No I am leaving now. You can never hear, you don went there? All pidgin English verbs are in the "present" form. |
Rubbish News. What is actually the minimum IQ level needed to be drafted into Nigeria's elite security outfit because most of these so called DSS members come off as complete buffons and utter idiots. Just look at the pathetic attempt at investigation and manufacturing phantom culprits. |
Some of the nicest diss-tracks I have heard from Nigeria are: Mode 9 ft. Banky W - Talking to you. M.I. ft. Ice Prince - Somebody wants to die Rugged Man - Eh Hen (Not much of a diss-track but a reality check). He even said on the song: " this no be beef talk because if na im then e go be topic we market women go dey discuss for race course" Kelly Hansome - Finish you boy Mallam Spicey - 1005 Naira Godwon - Over Analyse Godwon - I've been waiting for you (This track was too personal and over the top in my opinion / Even Sauce Kid's Daughter and Baby Mama were not spared) |
Bro I suggest you declare the source of this information on your OP otherwise this is just an unnecessary instigation that does nobody good and creates unnecessary sentiments. Not that I do not believe that Abiriba boys are capable of such acts. They are quite ruthless and very feared in Igboland. |
Gaddamit!!!! That is just cold. Lol. |
SpaceTour:Trained by and living in Enugu. |
Haha haha!!!! Very funny thread. |
Nigeria is simply useless. What is the use of the constitution if an unrecognised and sham Islamic court can overrule a constitutionally recognised court of law, the third tier of government? What kind of a worthless country is this Nigeria? Nigeria is a mystery to me, honestly. |
Very cute baby. |
Lol. That is my village. First time on the news in like 200 years. Anyway that shįt is common with those married women in that community . Funny thing is that their husbands are often aware of their affairs and are usually powerless to do anything. |
You would think at this stage that the man Nnamdi Kanu would have been completely broken by this unlawful incarceration but here he is making the Nigerian government look stupid with his resilience. I guess, the fool called president and his worshipers are completely baffled. They must be cursing the day they arrested him. Carry on Kanu, God is with you. Though I will never condone any form of violence against anyone. |
Those are some cold hard words. You can't help but get chills reading them. The truth and conviction in those words are piercing. |
28 minutes. I quit immediately I entered the workplace and was screamed at by the supervisor while carrying out my first task. I told him to go eat shít if he lacks simple leadership skills and that I also know how to scream too. Then I picked my things and walked out. Never took the job seriously anyway, just wanted to make a few euro while doing my other student job then. That was many years ago. I can't try that now in my corporate job even though those are too intelligent to blatantly scream at Co-workers. |
The problem is how candidates are selected. The parties have closed primaries and then present whichever loser they have decided for Nigeria. If party primaries were open like in the U.S.A. and people have to some extent a say in it then the best candidates would be picked as a plethora of candidates would be screened before a final is picked. |

asEdeyHOT:It seems the illiterate one is you actually. Most of you are beyond redemption honestly. Every car maker is a vehicle assembly plant and any car assembled by them is branded with the term "made in 'insert country where it was assembled'" Otherwise every car on earth would be plastered with "made in...." stickers of every single component that was used in assembling that car which is often sourced from different corners of the world. So when Volkswagen builds the Carrosserie of Lamborghinis, then Lamborghinis should be called made in Germany? Or when McLaren builds a super car using an engine provided by Mercedes, it should not be called made in Britain anymore? Damn. Most of you lack common sense and argue blindly unnecessarily. |
StunningCEO:No they are binis or better still yorubas. Some of you irritants would sit in your hell holes and attempt to define others. While the Ikwerres are largely insignificant to the greater Igbo cause and advancement, they are still nothing but complete Igbos albeit highly confused ones. If they are not Igbo then they have no business speaking Igbo language, having first, middle and family Igbo names and practising the Igbo tradition and culture. The things I listed above are the fundamental aspects of defining a people and to where they belong. Anyway I doubt if you have ever met an Ikwerre in your entire existence. Keep making fools out of yourselves online attempting to create baseless theories. You people are lost and the thought of Igbos would torment y'all to extinction. Unfortunately for you, Igbos are extremely difficult to get rid of or wish away. Brace yourself because your pain would last for generations. |
Mr. Jreyez, why steal the name of another rapper? If your name is unoriginal, how are we sure you aren't stealing your rhymes too? You couldn't even change the spelling. For those who do not know, Jreyez is a young asian-American rapper from california who is not much known but has been rapping since mid 2000. |
In the UK it is going right. In the US or Nigeria it is going left Because the passenger door is invisible and they drive on different sides of the road. |
modestdude:Hahaha Bro you know how the thing go. I had a particular crush that always made me eat lunch later than my siblings because I would be hanging there waiting for her to pass ![]() Looking back at it now, I always laugh at how naive I was then. Still them or nothing else though. Lol. |
I so much love Igbo chicks. Even though I am Igbo myself, born and raised in Enugu, I still get shivers whenever I come across Igbo girls. Their beauty sometimes is indescribable. God forgive me but those days in the 90s, I use to run back from C.I.C. as quickly as I can just to hang on the balcony and wait for all those beautiful dimes from Girls High School Awkunanaw, HRC, Queens and University Secondary School to pass by my street just so I can observe beautiful creatures of God. Most Gs from the Coal City on this thread would bear me witness. We all did this. |
NOETHNICITY:Please yorubas and intelligence do not belong in the same sentence ever. If that is a joke, kindly desist from doing so anymore. Intelligent people all around the world are known for how they talk, live, think, advance and apply the most basic form of cognition to solve simple things like getting themselves off poverty, personal hygiene, social behaviour, changing their old and rusted roof, making themselves presentable in public, self independence and engaging in meaningful human occupations that do not involve thuggery, politics, robbery, cultism and so on. Last I checked, yorubas have not been able to solve these simplistic and basic problems of life so please kindly stop using yorubas and intelligence together. It is an open secret that they are far from it. |
Honestly why the lie about the cars being from Innoson? Since when did we Igbos begin dabbling into useless propaganda and false information like the yorubas? This is shameful and gives the legitimate effort of Innoson to expand his brand beyond the borders of Nigeria a bad precedent. Whoever posted this false information should be ashamed. Igbos do not thrive on propaganda but well built and verifiable facts. Why project Renault cars as IVM? I am disappointed in some of us. Truly I was also sceptical when I couldn't spot a logo on the vehicles. |
Lol. Pipe Dream. Concept arts and computer graphics are awesome things, aren't they? Lmao. With oil price crashing into the earth's core, only heavens know where they are going to leech off the money to carry out these imaginary projects from. Only a matter of time and Lagos would devolve into the likes of its neighbouring states like Osun, Oyo, Ogun and so on. The mainland is gradually swallowing the islands and it is bringing with it its poverty and dilapidation. *yawns* Anyway dreams and imaginations cost nothing. |

I was 17, fresh outta secondary school when I went to visit my senior female cousin who was 29 then. I have always known the husband to be a brute but I was unprepared for what I witnessed that day. Right in front of me, in the living room, an argument ensued between my cousin and the husband and the next thing I saw was him dishing out slaps and punches on her, right in my and the kids presence. I react easily on impulse especially whenever a helpless victim is involved. I swore an oath never to touch a woman and defend any vulnerable person I come across even if it kills me based on the things I saw around me while growing up and based on the morals my parents instilled in me. Secondly I can be unproportionately aggressive when I witness injustice and I lack complete fear of any human ( I have been taking on guys 15 years and above my age since I was 8 years old or something) Anyway, long story short, I pounced on this dude (he was around 34 years old then) and a brutal fight ensued. I was taking punches from him and dishing back the much I could. At a point I picked up a side stool in the living room and broke the entire thing on his back. We were both profusely bleeding but I was ready to end his life that day or he would end mine all while my cousin was screaming and crying. Well at a point in time, the neighbours came barging in and got us separated then another lady called the police and he was taken away after the wife told them what happened. I picked my stuff and left and told my cousin she either does the same or end up dead. Anyway they separated shortly after that and some years after the man died from a mysterious illness (may he R.I.P.) Moral of the story, if you could help a victim, do it immediately if you are not scared of being killed in the confrontation that follows because bullies and brutes hate when their authority is challenged and when they see their weakness flash before their eyes. If you can't, call the police immediately. Men who beat their wives are pathetic. As foul-mouthed and wicked as some women would appear, beating them is not an option. Break the relationship or marriage if you cannot cope and find a new life. Such actions break women more than beating them. |
Sorry it doesn't work like that. Whatsapp is smarter. Once you turn your Internet back on, Whatsapp would register the message as read. Even if you did it offline. If you are on an android phone there are 2 ways to read Whatsapp messages without ticking off the "message read" signal and they are: 1) Once the message enters your phone, immediately pull down the notification slab to read the message. unfortunately this will not work well when there are more than 2 messages or messages sent from multiple contacts as Whatsapp would then proceed to number the messages example "messages from 4 contacts" will appear on the notification and you can't read them without opening Whatsapp. 2) This second option is the best on android phones. Go ahead and create a full screen widget of Whatsapp on a completely separate screen of your phone and make sure this widget covers the whole single screen. Now any message you receive will appear on this screen and regardless of the number of contacts sending them. You can also scroll through the widget to read more messages as you receive them. Whatever you do though, do not tap the widget as it will instantly take you to Whatsapp. So here you go. |
omenka:Quite a shameless one here. One minute you are cursing and threatening her people with violence and murder and next minute you are trying to court a girl named "Chika" albeit in the crudest and most pathetic way possible. I only hope the poor girl is smart enough to starve you of any attention going forward, having gone through your history on this boards. |
