JohnnyPalmer:Do you know why it is called FIFPro World XI? Because it is voted by the players themselves. I rate World 11 a lot; more than most awards. |
amsad19:If you need a rugged phone to hold, then you may consider it. It's quite tough, has big storage (128GB), the camera setup is nice and the battery is quite something too. But the charging is ordinary while most devices now come with fast charging. It will also get Android 12 update soon (updates till next year actually) I'm using it because it suited my need and budget as at when I got it. |
Lordofalmajiri:It's almost 89k at Slot. |
3. Say NO to using the words "My" in marriage. "My car", "My child", "My house", "My money"... Instead say "Our car", "Our child", "Our house", "Our money" regardless of who contributes the most financially. You two are a team. Our pant ![]() |

Do you mean "Beats by Dede" ![]() Anyway, that's just a generic earbud. Any logo can be put on it...for example, JBL in some instances. You may want to do a price research on the costs of Beats by Dre earbuds around |
TundeEdnut35:Okay. Now you can edit to reality. |
Great. Irrespective of any sinister plot (if at all it exists), this is a good move by LASG |
In our society, you need to be very wealthy or be an elite member for your dreadlocks to pass as just a hairstyle. For the average man out there, it's more likely to pass as a sign of irresponsibility. Teachers fall into the latter category so it's a very dicey situation. For me, I wouldn't prefer to consider it. |
Everybody watch your side oo |
Baye07:That's just it. Do I blame Watford? Who lets go an irreplaceable player in the middle of a potential relegation battle? African players may suffer the most if these clubs are arm twisted into losing African assets in trying times. Because these clubs are the perfect launch pads for most of their careers. |
Lekan239:FIFA conducts the world cup. They're also in charge of football worldwide. It's at their beck and call to do what they please. EUROS is played during off season. Even the Nations League finals. Euros is way more commercial and enticing than any other continental competition, yet it is played in off-season. AFCON can't even measure up to any top flight club league. It's sensible for them to gain premium viewership first, before they can earn the right to consideration ahead of club sides. As it is today, any of the European top club match will have more viewership worldwide than any AFCON match on the same date and time. |
ArchiLimited:African competition is being disrespected. But then, why not June? It will even boost viewership. |

I think you have too much time on your hands to go raging mad about people's personal ideologies. That's another level of simping on its own when you really look at it. Something making you lose control of your basic self ![]() Get responsible. |

I see they're becoming less strict. |
Vinnie2000:The average age of the first eleven of the Invincibles was 27 years. Bar Ashley Cole and Kolo Toure, the rest were in their prime age, or past it.

I think you can swap names on NECO if the certificate isn't out already but it will cost you a lot. You probably have to ask your school to initiate the process on your behalf or travel to the headquarters in MINNA. |
PR ![]() I don tire. |
Vinnie2000:But this is a small club mentality. Can't just lay the future of a top club on emerging talents who could have their sights on playing in another club if they achieve stardom. Plus having multiple players for each position is 't such a bad thing. It's rotating them and managing them effectively that counts. |
Nah person God go use bless you. But Kogba and Poco Lee no be God. Money wey dem spray person, you wan from backyard kolopi am. No be same thing with those wey dey wear chewing gum for shoe thief money for party? |
Maybe he was too hasty to soro soke. I mean, Nigerians praised Poco Lee and Olamide for their generousity towards him. What happened to being prudently generous all the way? What If Poco Lee wasn't being shady in the first place..would this issue have gotten to this level? Nobody be God o. Someone can just decide to take up his matter and catapult him to a place it'll be very difficult to fall from. |
Pokotua ![]() Abeg which language be this? Once I hear this word, nah so so laugh I go dey laugh |
OJEEMAH:I can and I will. Ferguson won 13 PL titles. No manager of any club in English League history since time has up to half that number. So you can see his success isn't club-defined but a league legacy. And the first of that success came at 26 years since MUFC last tasted PL glory. This in no way defines Pep's arrival or stay at Man City as we speak. EPL is a much stronger and tougher league compare to the days of Fergie. How many clubs could match the purchasing power of Man United as at then?? Even Arsenal couldn't match Man united financially. Arsene Wenger's tactical prowess was the major reason Arsenal could challenge Man united. The financial strength of Man united didn't start recently. In the past, they smashed numerous British records to sign players like Rooney, Ferdinand and even Roy Keane. So stop sounding like the league has always been tough and every club had money money to spend but couldn't challenge them. Fergie dominated because of the financial weakness of other clubs.[quote]Thank you for eventually admitting that financial muscles call the shots in the end, using Man United era of dominance as a case study. It's a surprise you repeated a contrastingBetween 1997 and 2005, Arsenal won the league three times out of nine. Even though they weren't successive, Arsenal never finished outside the top three. What's your point exactly? You would have acknowledge his dominance and success if he had taken them from ground zero?? Do you remember City finished 4th the previous season and Guardiola had to overhaul and replace some underperforming and ageing players like Demichelis, Sinclair, Milner, Zabaleta, Sagna, Kompany, Clichy, Nasri, Navas, Boyate, kolarov, Joe Hart, Mangala, Fernando and Jovetic??I wonder what the intention of the person comparing Ferguson's dominance to Pep's dominance when it is very clear, who successfully did the tougher work. I already clarified that the failure to justify the financial outlay led to the sack of the manager. Pep successfully justified his and is still justifying it. Man United also had aged players. But City had the bigger ambition and outspent them. He scattered and built his own team. The Man City team that won 2 titles didn't dominate 70% of their matches and even the league but this present Man City team dominates 90% of their matches and have successfully won 3 league titles dominating games. You can beat them but definitely can't outplay them.By dominate, I think you mean possession? Lol. So tiki taka is now a judge of the better manager. How myopic. Man Utd side won 13 PLs without tiki taka. Go figure. What do you mean it was never matched?? The difference between Man United and City's expenditure is less than 100 million. Man City can justify their investment but Man united can't. Don't you see the difference is the coach and not the purchasing power??Man City outspent everyone since the Sheikh took over. And they did that to get up there and stay there. It's that simple. Nobody is disputing the fact that other managers have done well. The point is City's dominance is as a result of Pep's tactical prowess. Attributing their dominance to finance does not hold water cos Man united, Chelsea and even Liverpool can spend as much as Pep's City.Remove the finance and tell me what you see. |
Tooreda:Downplay the Sheikh's pockets all you want, but don't forget there were richer clubs in the PL too, even before the advent of Man City's most recent owners. Man City have outspent and are outspending all PL clubs under the Sheikh; player overpriced or not. If Man Utd's successes were due to poor officiating, were the players claiming outrageous best players positions and awards time after time also due to 'poor officiating'? |

This is why nobody takes this Afcon seriously. They should change that rubbish January timing.
