I wrote on February 13 last year and due to a successful EOR during the pandemic, my TRF result date is 28/5/2020, as it concerns IRCC, is my expiry date 13th February 2022 or 28th may?

You can order since its past the usual processing time to get an idea of where your application is at but i wouldn’t expect much considering the tines (you may be surprised tho).

Your best bèt when anything happens to your profile post-nomination is to open a new profile with the exact same details as the old one then e-mail the province and maybe IRCC and see if any of them can help you link your old nomination to your new profile.
Hopefully they can understand you better because its either you don't really understand what you're doing or you're just not making it clear.

So you mistakenly selected a wrong option and made your profile ineligible, that makes sense. But this new ielts story doesn't make much sense. What were the exact ielts scores that got you into the pool in the first place and how come they're not working now?

Alternatively, if you decide to open a new profile with different details from the first; you can choose to forget your Manitoba nomination and find other genuine ways to get ITA cos the road you're on right now seems to be headed to a barn ban

Ok so this is how it works when you do upfront medicals, The hospital will upload your result to the portal for IRCC to access. it may take up to 10 days after your medicals is done before it gets on the portal usually because they have a lot or other reasons. Your medicals is valid for 1year from the day you do it/when it gets uploaded after which it expires.

Usually when you get PR, the COPR is usually issued and valid for entry until your medicals expire. Bearing that in mind and these covid times, it's advisable to not do upfront medicals until it is requested if not you may find yourself doing medicals again and again (hopefully not...IRCC pls have sense) until you get PR. There have been cases where the medicals validity gets extended but at the discretion of the VO.

Hi guys, please I still need a little more explanation on upfront medicals. I have until 27th December to submit my application and the nearest date I could book for medicals is 21st December. If I decide to wait until then to submit, would I be getting the results of the medicals (or whatever I need for the application)the same day of the medicals or does it take a while.

Also I just read on one of the links on page1 that if you live outside Canada then you don't have to submit medicals until its requested so that it doesn't expire before its assessed or something.

‘So I used 2 different NOCs ( 2 different companies )to get nominated.

NOC 1 is my primary noc which is my current job and it was 2 years plus experience as at the time I got NOI. (It’s currently 3years plus). I would like to update it so I have just one work reference as I'm filling my eAPR

NOC 2 is my second job with 1 year experience which I used to complete my 3 years experience to get NOI.

So I would like to know if I can use just my NOC 1 since it's currently more than 3years to fill my eAPR and then transfer the NOC 2 to my personal history? So I have just one reference letter Or is it best I just continue to use both NOCs ?’

This second question is for me. If my international passport has four names say Ebele Goodluck Jonathan Obi and most of my other documents have 3 names ‘ Ebele Jonathan Obi’, do I need same person affidavit ?

He’s a contact person there….the cost is anywhere between 3500 and 10k depending on your negotiating skills. Direction to Alagbon, get to Obalende and then take a small bus heading towards passport office, It’s on the way.

For medicals, if you find someone willing to swap i think you can contact them otherwise just keep checking with them for a closer date and peradventure you get ITA before then, you can message the centre requesting for a closer date because you have a timeline to submit Your Eapr

I got Ontario NOI letter two days ago, with the CRS of 464, NOC 2175, but in my last IELTS result my speaking was 7.0 as against the 7.5 on my Express Entry profile, I just changed this to 7 which reduced my score to 461. Thou it still above the lowest CRS cutoff, hope this won't be an issue please?

2. How long does POF have to be in my account before submission.

just submit the FD certificate, no need for gift deed unless asked for the source of funds i believe.

Please I need your advice on the issue of PoF. I have an uncle who has requested I open fixed deposit account with his recommended microfinance bank. Can this work if opened the fixed deposit and he transfer the PoF into my account as we both share the same surname? Can I also request for fixed deposit certificate and reference letter to be used for my application? Hope its advisable to use him and also get a notarize gift deed since we both share the same surname?

I submitted piggyvest statement for my own application tho FSW-O not PNP and so far no issues noted with it. Eligibility and others passed remaining security...AOR dec 2020. Just make sure to get a reference letter with it. Their format meets IRCC requirement.

Don't print, email them and request for E-statement and ref letter stamped and signed.

best to add spouse since he has his registry certificate. thats what counts for EE anyways. He can also include proof of relationship pre marriage.
