Please can you confirm if the standard e passport is the normal passport? Applying for renewal online and the only thing that came up as passport type is "standard epassport

Guess what?! I have gotten my passport at Ikoyi.

I bombarded them on Twitter and was told to meet with the passport control officer.

Don't be sullied by what abam posted. It was through this same thread I did and got my passport, All through DIY. The problem is most don't read. There are others that ran through the same problems, but where they prepared in the first place? I personally noted every single officers name that attended to me , especially the
reluctant ones , servicomm and the capturing officers. You folks undestimate the power of social media, Call them out on their social media pages, call names, you will get a call asap to come and pick up your passport if they are really fooling around. Get pictures if you can. Videos? Better. In the end they'll rather give you your passport instead of getting sacked/transferred.


What you allow is what will continue. It got to a stage they started giving preferential treatment to DIY applicants in Ikoyi because they knew the trouble we could cause, now things have been backsliding because of the types of posters above. Hold them accountable & we would have less nonsense to deal with.

I applied at alausa ikeja and i was told to come back for data capture, i went for data capture nd they said my nin is not verified that i will have to be patient before i can proceed for data capture pls who else is having this kind of issue.

I even called Servicom. They said the same thing. They said they are having technical issues in Abuja. But it should be available before the end of this month (I hope this is true sha). He couldn't even explain what the technical issues are.

Information reaching me is that 32pages would be delivered to Ikoyi on Friday 9th october so if you have a pending Application, now is the time to pack your kaya and be ready to go on monday.

I read on this thread that ITA locks the profile so you don’t need to worry about it’s expiration, but ITA doesn’t lock IELTS result

You are out of the pool. I don't know where this profile expiration after ITA is coming from. If your IELTS still has life, take your time. Take your time to check everything oooooo. Congratulations!

Some things shouldn't be said openly with such boldness especially when it's not the right thing to do. This nairaland is filled with visa officers. Don't be shocked to know that there may be visa officers posing as people who needs advise on this thread.
