That is Monopoly.
Can't we get another Nigerian buy to NITEL?
What happened to Dangote 3g telecom licence. sold it to Etisalat I think, doubt nigerians will even be favourably disposed to Dangote buying it than Adenuga Other nigerians are not bidding for it mainly because apart from being abysmally dysfunctional it's requires someone with a lot of political connection |

modath: Am watching Lufthansa Happy Hour (London $ 841 and $955 for Birmingham)special offer and it looks attractive to me,my only issue is that the booking is supposed to be made latest by 19th of september while I am looking at an october date. Hopefully they extend or another attractive one come up. Is it true that am not going to get affordable stuff to buy in the stores by October(I will be more funds) cos all summer sales will terminate this september,My friend told me its untrue, that october is still a good time to go,too many conflicting info!Help ,
N.B---Truly appreciate the feedbacks, thx. @Joxiri, Thanks bros, but you wicked oo,you make them put me for Sky lost and found,I be JJC na! @Omo T, We flew Emirates the last time to heathrow, took "Black Cab" (almost had a heart attack cos of the meter -£60) to Victoria station and coached to Birmingham. Now Emirates fare is 220k,too much for me at the moment. check properly, If the booking is to be made latest by 19th, it might mean you can get the offer as long as you BOOK your journey on/before the 19th, so you might be able to buy your tickets for October but must book before 19th |

Dont really see anything to be scared of as long as you are a responsible adult over 18, taking care of your eyes shouldn't be a hassle armyofone: once my contact lense fell out. it was dried and i was driving, not funny at all. now i make sure i have the drop with me always. yea its good to always have extras in your car or your glasses with you at all times! |

Tochex101: Thanks for responces,@ dolls I learnt u have to remove them often so as to air the eye properly. Is it true? if you mean often as in every 2,3,4 hours then no if you mean removing them at the end of the day then yes!! you take them out before you go to bed ideally I have worn lenses for 2 weeks straight nothing happened, it was my last pair! i was out of town and without my glasses Another thing is the environment, if you live in dusty. smoky, humid** areas or work around these pollutants you might feel uncomfortable |

I think you should visit the place, they will be someone to advise you, some people talked about premium process in the past, basically on and off, dont know if it was official or not but just knew they were people able to get theirs under certain circumstances earlier than the date shown
You might have to take the long journey to get 'official response' or approach someone that has used the fast track service for the number of the official |

@earthrealm thank God, i hv purchased a small key chain spy cam. am gonna expose their sorry miserable asses!, they harassed me early this january, blatantly asking for money, in the glare of everybody, i really felt ashamed to be a nigerian, and they werent too polite too!!, very rough crude and coarse, GO HERE!!!, COME HERE, OYA MOVE!!!!, they all bellowed at returning passengers?
I learnt its a crime now to carry more than 3 laptops when returning from abroad, that they will confiscate 1 laptop if found!
Nice thoughts though, but let me ask you after the video coverage with your cam, where are you going to report it? Is it to the Controller-General of Customs or to the highly esteemed Nigeria Police force? It is not difficult taking pictures of these corrupt officials we know that very well, but the person you are reporting to actually got that far through corrupt practices. The whole system stinks like hell you know? The officers don't give a hoot who you report to. after getting repeated coverage on CNN, saharareporters, South African TV I'm very sure someone somewhere would like to be seen to be working with the people!! by the time one officers name makes it to twitter etc etc it will then eventually be on a local newspaper We just need one video or picture earthrelm, hope your camera has no blinking red light o!! |

Culture › Re: Why Are People Buried Late After Death? by DisGuy(op): 5:49am On Sep 02, 2011 |
Thirst4Lif: @OP As you stated, sometimes there are extenuating circumstances as to why it takes
longer for a body to be interred. I've known people to be buried on the same day of
their deaths; I've also known it to take a week, sometime two weeks. It is what it is.
If you have a personal situation perhaps you should pass on more information so we
may discuss your particular set of circumstances. I just want to know why the long delay, and everything seems to point to extravagant celebrations financial constraint cant be a good reason, it far cheaper and less dramatic to bury a dead person within days than keep them stored, shopping for latest casket, organising music band to 'escort' the dead |
Culture › Re: Why Are People Buried Late After Death? by DisGuy(op): 8:41am On Sep 01, 2011 |
showstopa: Which of the Western folks cos I know these guys bury their dead as soon as they are dead. While in some cases,it has to do with financial obligations,in most cases, the money in question is not for the burial casket or anything but for feeling among that you celebrated the person in question's death very well. As religious as we are we still don't get it that dead folks are jutthat, dead folks. Plus all the protocol needed to collect permission from your village Elders to bury your dead person. STEWPID!!!! Really? |
