liveLongNprospa: donjazet:He proved it himself with his confession a year ago right on this thread which wasn't made under duress. There's no greater incriminating free will evidence against oneself than a confession against self. |
akwesenana:Watch how the lunatic would latch on to your comment like Penaldo scoring a tap-in. The idea is to divert attention from his doubling down on lies and hypocrisy. Two more persons quoting that comment of his and watch him run off with it for pages on end. |
Same Donjazet in August 2022 confessing right on this thread. donjazet:He already admitted he was convincing people to vote for the APC (Buhari) years ago (outright campaigning which is more than "mere support" ) but here he is denying all over again. Dementia or barefaced shamelessness? |
Theflint1:Never forget he was the official stripper of the Buhari Campaign on Nairaland.
Dem no gree enter the bet jare, All those Atiku people no get liver We go scatter this place with money. Na donjazet go strip for us.
donjazet:Such extreme declarations are indicative of more than support - it's obsession and fanaticism. He was the most Buharist of the Buharists on this board. Don't got easy on lying hypocrites - hit hard. |
liveLongNprospa:True. But Prospa, let's be honest - you and I are from core oil-producing communities. Let's begin with the below: Oil companies pay certain monies to host communities quarterly. Not yearly, but QUARTERLY - every 3 months. Jobs and scholarships are allotted to these communities too. Ask your paramount rulers, LGA Chairmen, and HoR members what they do with these regular allotments. They never make noise about it, but give it to their cronies or outrightly auction these allotments to the highest bidders. Happens in Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Bayelsa, and Delta States especially. Are we going to blame that on the FG too? No guarantees same wouldn't happen when the PIB stipulations are implemented. So, no, I'm not pumped about it. |
OkpaNsukkaisBae:This is the same justification cruel defrauding thieves who the media have affectionately and euphemistically termed "Yahoo boys" or "Gee boys" give as justification. You think Hushpuppi can scrap a website or clone it? He needed greedy web developers who double as UI designers to do so then they get paid. To sleep better at night, they tell themselves, "I'm not the one defrauding these people". Same thing gun runners who sell to street thugs would say. |
OkpaNsukkaisBae:Maybe. But the West isn't the reason why Ogoni boys, for example, cordoned off the Eket-Ikot Abasi - Ogoni - Eleme federal road when Goodluck began reconstruction, asking for "matching ground" and harassing CCC workers. (No, this is not an attack on them but a reference which can be easily verified.) The Rivers State part of that road is still an eyesore a decade later. Lives and properties are being lost on alternate days due to the bad condition of the road. The West isn't the reason why railway rails are removed and sold. The West isn't the reason why every little provision like streetlights, electric power lines and others get vandalised and sold off for peanuts by the citizenry. The West isn't the reason why Nigerian remote skilled service providers or workers have to surmount higher accountability hurdles than the rest of the world because our compatriots celebrate fraud as "Yahoo" or "Gee" and my nationality already sends caution bells ringing to leads, until I prove myself repeatedly otherwise. |
iamoyindamola:It's for EdTech guys. Oasis003, smart one. EdTech barely gets VC funding, worse even in Africa (and Nigeria in particular), and many of the EdTech coys have had to pivot into FinTech and the other 'lucrative' subspecialties. (You read such stories on Tech Cabal.) It takes a well-rounded person with industry knowledge like Prof. Osinbajo to know the challenges of this subspecialty instead brushing all as tech and assuming they have the same opportunities. |
Bluntguy:A lot of young women thinking themselves in their prime never miss an opportunity to sexualize themselves. |
Racoon:Wike has always been a thug. The powers that be in PDP know who he's always been. Even as Obio Akpor LGA Chairman, he was always threatening everyone and he got away with it. He did same as Acting Minister of Education. But, maybe, one needs a Wike to counter Atiku's consuming greed. |
OasisX:Why do you think when "mental patient" or "diagnosis" is mentioned anywhere in the Eurosoccer section - even in passing or as part of a quoted text - everyone knows who is being referred to immediately? Only one name comes to mind. I am Nihilist, MrCôrk and Lalalisticlalá. He's mad. |
donjazzet:You're stupîd, sis. My full names are public. My pictures are public, even on this forum. My full names are my names across social media platforms. My phone number and even WhatsApp are public too. What I do is known. I've never hidden. You are the one who hides, and when the conversation is about career, you go offline. Tech guy from Akwa Ibom? You're hoping I'd take that bait to go defensive, turning this into an interstate ego-fest all in a bid for you to escape the search light? You're the one on trial. The verdict has been given: You are to have a thousand therapy sessions with 17 psychologists. And your body drained of excess oxytocin so maybe you'd act more manly. |
Instead of setting yourself up to be swindled, why not just search a YouTube tutorial on this? Also, join the Developer community on Twitter and Facebook. You'd get responses free. |
BlueRayDick:That dude is a sociopath or unhingingly bipolar at the very least. One moment he is suing for peace with the later and Nihilist, quoting and praising him; the next he's instigating a virtual lynching out of nowhere, even when the topic has been predominantly about pan-African foreign policies and the consequences. One moment he's gaslighting us for refusing to key into the acceptance of skewed sexualities and the next he's blaming anyone but himself for voting and championing Buhari twice while attacking those who took the same decision as himself. Reading through the pages and stumbling on his takes, and it has me asking,"This dude is certainly not alright. Hell no!" Overly sentimental, never takes responsibility and gaslights, changing stances faster than a mechanical clock's minute hand. Just like a woman. Yes, just like a woman. I'd be surprised if he doesn't menstruate too. The same type of person to hit you then stab himself and call the police on you for stabbing him. There are levels to crazy and this guy perches comfortably on the highest rung of the crazy ladder. |
ShaqFu:We are shameless. Both logos are on the respective governments' websites. I'm surprised Nigerian investigative journalists haven't picked up on it yet. I searched Twitter and no mention of this obvious embarrassment. If only the plagiarists could copy the White House website's great UI and UX too, it'd be great.
|
OasisX:Whoever did the Nigerian State House logo is crazy and lazy. He/she copied the White House logo shamelessly. Hundreds of thousands of talented Nigerian digital designers and we have to plagiarise the White House logo? |
larride:As at now, it is. Well, mostly. VC funding and other such stabling capital have always been primary to boost ICT. The VCs out there are hawks. PayStack had to raise $1 million in VC in 2017 and forced to register as a U.S. company. Flutterwave too. So many others. They pay taxes and other concessions as U.S. companies, things that'd have been fully ours sibce they operate in our market primarily. We got 18.7% of our GDP from ICT last year. Imagine the amounts we'd have gotten if these companies were fully Nigerian. That's just one aspect. With I-DICE, coys like Andela, HNNG and others would be commonplace. I-DICE would help democratise the ICT sector (if fully implemented). India has something similar. |
larride:Here's why: Every policy PYO initiated as Acting President got discontinued or abandoned. With the momentum he moved with to get the Nigeria Startup Bill passed and the fanfare it got launched (plus the I-DICE announcement in March), yet it's been abandoned. Please confirm this: The last time news websites reported about I-DICE was on March 15, but I check the AfDB website every other week and there are quarterly updates. Even calls for local Enterprise Development Partners in May. The government and the Bank of Industry have made no comment about this. The caveat has always been "...once the Nigerian government announces...". AfDB already stated it would contribute its own share of $170 million of the $613 million, but the government has said nothing about it. ---- Even Bosun Tijani (from the report OasisX posted) has seemingly shifted from I-DICE since he didn't mention it. Osinbajo already did all the work. Just activate it. It's simple. |
OasisX:No, I don't. It's PYO's brainchild and he worked on it for 5 years, networking with the major players. Bosun might be able to influence the Nigeria Startup Act advisory board members like Iyin Abodeji who are techies like him but what long-standing relationship or experience does he have to get other partners like the African Development Bank to play their part? It's PYO's brainchild and he's always been passionate about it. He has the diplomacy and zeal to get everyone to the table doing their jobs. |
OasisX:Bosun is repainting a house and calling it a new one. The programme is called I-DICE launched on March 14th this year in collaboration with the African Development Bank and it's the brainchild of Prof. Yemi Osinbajo (who's also the brain behind the Nigeria Startup Act which came to effect in September 2022 with a functional advisory council). I-DICE is a $613 million PPP anyway. It would be fully functional if Osinbajo is drafted back to lead it. |
ShaqFu:She has to be. She ticks all the boxes. Same nuisance level; Same unhinged trolling style; Same gaslighting style; Goalpost-shifting; Zulu, and; I used certain keywords in my responses to her yesterday to provoke certain responses from her just to be double sure. It's like déjà vu because what led to deactivating the first two accounts was her xenophobic spats involving you, Lezz and myself from years ago. |
Emaprince:I know. If I'm not mistaken, she's the same PunkyVeer/PunkV from years ago who was always a nuisance even then, and got virtually whipped for it every time. I countered her for the same reason(s) I counter such obvious misinformation - for the SEO value of Nairaland offers and to checkmate falsehoods like hers being referenced as 'evidence' going forward. Points made so she can keep ranting with her junkie partner. |
Kholiwe:I've spoonfed you enough. Typical of you to lie down there taking it all in while I do all the work and you go,"Oh! There. Right there!", "No, go here. That's right. Don't stop." You're Zulu. Shouldn't you be rehearsing how to dance bare-breasted in the community square festival so you'd be picked? |
DissTroy:Added to this, Nigeria began digitising its reportage of its official statistics in 2012, with crime rates as far back as 2007 published too. Sometimes biannually. By contrast, South Africa only began digitising its report of crime rates in 2017 (the same year the media also began complaining its crime rates are underreported). You'd find proofs in the respective countries' official database websites I shared. We have our challenges - many actually, but where we've made considerable improvements, I'd point it out. |
Kholiwe:Nigeria's official database and collation body is the Nigeria Bureau of Statistics: https://nigerianstat.gov.ng/elibrary. All in one place, with year-on-year reviews. Click on the drop-down menu then select what data analysis you require. On the contrary, your own media reports that the ones collated by your government are false. Which makes the data touted false and whitewashed since they are twice as bad as documented. And South Africa's official data website is inconsistent too: One in 2020, skips 2021 to go to 2022. No infographics, not to mention one which is animate and can be interacted with. Then another agency reports totally different figures: https://www.statssa.gov.za/?cat=26 . |
ShaqFu:Having excess oxytocin flowing through her is like a drug-induced high of emotions. Now we understand the 'junkie' part of her moniker. Over-emotionality is one of the side effects. |
Kobojunkie:South Africa has one of the highest rates of UNREPORTED CRIMES. In fact, the South African media says the reported crime rates are half or less of the true pictures of the crimes committed. https://businesstech.co.za/news/lifestyle/713414/south-africas-true-crime-stats-things-are-worse-than-what-police-data-shows/ It's become a worry in South Africa that people rarely report crimes (until caught). https://issafrica.org/iss-today/why-are-south-africans-underreporting-on-crime Not forgetting that South Africa is the carjacking/car theft capital of the world. Anymore thing to add to spite Nigerian men in favour of those who'd lynch you for your nationality? |
Kholiwe:So you're South African? Well, South Africa has the highest sexual violence rate in the world. WORLD, not just Africa. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_violence_in_South_Africa People at least take care of their properties - but your men treat you like trash. --- |
donjazzet:He has a right to refuse to conform to the championing of skewed sexualities and gender deviants. What you're doing is gaslighting. Tagging him a misogynist is a ploy to get him to cower. You're a man - no woman made you the female gender speaker since you've never lived a day as a woman. Manifest your thousand sexualities and applaud people who identify as penguins and three-gendered rats if you like, but don't try to gaslight sane, logical people accepting biological realities for what they are. |
chrisooblog: Don't insult our intelligence. Pastor Kumuyi chastised Nigerians for complaining about Buhari. He outrightly supported Buhari even as recently as 2019. https://saharareporters.com/2019/06/03/ffk-shehu-sani-omokri-others-slam-kumuyi-saying-nigerians-shouldnt-attack-buhari Even the deranged Reno Omokri whose tweets are being used as validation right on this thread's current page attacked Kumuyi for supporting Buhari in 2019. Kumuyi is a partisan as Oyedepo is but Kumuyi always sides with the oppressors. In 2022, he made a case in support of the Muslim-Muslim ticket. Please! Welcome to the internet where historical libraries of our activities are always open and free. |
If the support for Kumuyi isn't partisan, explain why the same people criticize Oyedepo for voting against Tinubu's party/preferred? Doubt me? Local-search "Oyedepo" here on Nairaland then filter the search to the Eurosoccer section. Keep scrolling through the search results. Notice how it's mostly the same people giving Kumuyi an easy pass for pro-Tinubu comments lambasting Oyedepo for his comments on national politics? Yeah. |

it shows that many nigerians are not entirely ignorant.
