So the Americans, Europeans and Chinese working in Nigeria are here because their places are poor? It seems I've been talking to a child! Goodbye
lekki1444:
nigga go tell that bullshit to someone else. the reason you are in all these places is because your place is poor. come on man. you are not speaking to a stupid youth here.

i mean how poor do you have to be to be risking your life everyday living amongst a bunch of crazed islamic fundamentalists ? thats real poverty. that it is better for you to live amongst islamist fundamentalists than to live in your own region. thats not bravery. thats extreme poverty

The fact that you're avoiding the question tells everyone viewing what the answer is. Igbos are taking full advantage of Nigeria and beyond. Nigeria is an estate of our grandfather Zik so we expanded to fill every corner! We are not afraid and that's why you can see us in Kano and Borno in substantial numbers. When electronic voting comes, then you'd see how we will determine
elections across Nigeria.

The Igbo group is the richest ethnic group in Africa and this is a fact, not chest beating
lekki1444:
its a stupid question. its like a boy who is hungry who go and lives with a rich man. and you are asking me who is richer the hungry boy who went to live in the rich mans house or the rich man ? you see how dumb your question is ?

It seems you dont know what standard of living means. I asked again, between the average Igbo and the average Yoruba man, who is richer? It's a simple question
lekki1444:
thats not the point, the point is the SW is the richest region in the whole country. and igbos have the poorest standard of living. thats why you come to the SW to greener pastures grin the SW is the golden goose that lays the golden egg.
Travel › Re: Commuters In Lagos Stranded After Burning Of BRT Buses By Protesters by DMerciful(m): 4:05pm On Oct 27, 2020
How rich is the average Yorubas? Do Yorubas on the average have better standard of living than the Igbos?
lekki1444:
You have to understand that to be pan-yoruba is death. the yoruba leaders have the most sense in the country. look at the north ? they are pan-islam and so many people are scared of going to the region so notenough resources generated from outsiders bringing money in.samewith the south east ? its a heavily tribal region and so people dont even bother going there and this is why it is the poorest region in the whole country. then you have the yoruba ? who opens up his space to all the great minds of all the regions to bring their resources and come and thrive while at the same time building up yoruba region. we have dangote building the biggest oil refinery in the world in our region, we have zenith bank jim ovia having lots of business in our region and of course our own giants like adenuga and otedola have businesses in the region. so can you see the sharp brain of the yoruba man ? open up your region and makeit hospitable for everyone so the bigwigs of all the region will bring their money here to develop here and we tax them. so you see ? pan-yoruba is death. yoruba ronu oooooo

There is no way you should expect peaceful protesters to prevent Tinubu NURTW thugs from burning their competitor BRT under the cover of chaos

But Tinubu paid transport to get to Lagos. He is from Osun State. Agbaje that Lagos rejected is from Ikorodu

Politics › Re: Lekki Massacre: Forensic Analysis Proves Videos Of Killings Are Genuine by DMerciful(m): 8:21pm On Oct 24, 2020
You see how foolish you're! So shooting does not lead to killing? If you're sensible you will ask why soldiers were there in the first place. We they violent? Was the curfew not moved to 9pm? So technically, the protesters weren't disobeying any govt directive insofar it wasn't 9pm yet

Why are you guys that are hoping for Tinubu to be president just lamenting upandan? We told you guys that Tinubu gonna make a mistake, but you guys felt he is a master strategist.

The miyetti Allah accused him of sponsoring the protests because he is loosing out of the 2023 game. He wanted to prove allegiance to Bubu so he justified the use of force. That has been his undoing. He was silent even when others were supporting the protesters and when he finally spoke, he supported the govt.

Tinubu broke southern alliance; he is following the exact footsteps of Awolowo and a child who's not careful, what killed the father will also kill that child. A word is enough for the wise

Politics › Re: Vanguard: Ohanaeze Ndigbo Disowns Nnamdi Kanu on Destruction of Yoruba Assets by DMerciful(m): 5:45pm On Oct 22, 2020
You're not telling yourself the truth! When these protests started, the Yorubas were claiming that they and the South South people should take glory for the success, that the Igbos were not protesting. The intolerant govt started hiring thugs to derail the peaceful protests because they couldn't use the security forces for obvious reasons(the campaign was against police brutality and the world was watching).

Everybody knows Lagos,Edo and Rivers have the highest thugs and cultists hence it would be expected to have more hoodlums hijack the protests. The difference btw Rivers/Edo and Lagos is that when the Fulani accused Tinubu of sponsoring the protest because he is loosing out in 2023 power game, he wanted to prove them wrong so he started telling angry youths to stop their protests, that Bubu will fix things and he also endorsed Bubu's use of force. That's why Tinubu became a target. The fg made everything worse by sending soldiers in the first place. In Rivers and Edo, the govt allowed the protests, Wike even blamed SARS for making Rivers ungovernable.

When there is a cry of the owl in the morning and a baby dies in the evening, we know who is responsible. Why operation crocodile smile? Is it a coincidence it started on Tuesday morning and soldiers were shooting protesters in the evening? Use your tongue to count your teeth!

Again, Nnamdi Kanu is not the leader of Igbos, unless you're looking for excuse to attack like you guys did in 1966 when you made Nzeogwu the leader of Igbos whom nobody voted for!
LegendHero:
The Apex Igbo socio-cultural group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo has disassociated the Igbo from statements credited to the leader of Indigenous people of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on the destruction of Yoruba assets in Lagos.

In a statement issued by the President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief Nnia Nwodo said that Ohanaeze was outraged by the vituperative and inciting outrage of the leader of IPOB on the #ENDSARS activities in Lagos and disassociated the body and Ndigbo completely from them.

The statement reads:

#Endsars: “Alleged destruction of Yoruba economic assets”, the Ohanaeze position.

“The attention of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the apex socio-cultural and Political body of Ndigbo Worldwide has been drawn to a press statement issued by a Pan Yoruba Group, the Apapo O’Odua Koya ( AOKOYA) on the on-going youth uprising in Nigeria particularly in Lagos as it relates to Ndigbo youths.

We find the statement disheartening not necessarily because of the untruth in its sentiment but that it’s obviously being engineered and targeted at the age-long good relationship between the Igbo and the Yoruba.

Ohanaeze strongly believes that the press statement is craftily drafted showing a skilful use of underhand tactics to achieve a set goal which in this case is to set Yoruba against Ndigbo.

We are ready to vehemently resist this in our time knowing the historical affinity of these two great ethnic groups dating back to the days of Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe through to the famous handshake across the Niger propagated by our iconic leader Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu- Ojukwu.

This spontaneous relationship built by our forefathers over the years has been strengthened in the last three years by the political emancipation movement, being propelled by the Southern And Middle Belt leadership Forum ( SMBLF) made up of four ethnopolitical bodies of Ndigbo, in the South East, Afenifere in the South West, PANDEF in the South-South and the Middle Belt Forum in North Central Nigeria.

Ohanaeze will therefore wish to urge the Yoruba and indeed the rest of Nigeria to disregard any outburst from anybody as coming from Ndigbo that is not as succinctly captured in the terms of agreement of the ethnic nationalities.

It’s therefore against this backdrop that Ohanaeze Ndigbo wishes to vehemently deny the allegation of Igbo youth involvement in Lagos #Endsars protest as part of a grand design to destroy Yoruba economy.

For the obvious reason of having most of their businesses scattered all over the country particularly in Lagos, knocks out the thinking of an Igbo setting to destroy another person’s economy. Only a fool living in a glass house uses stone to settle scores.

Already, as it had always been during every crisis in Nigeria, Igbo businesses are a target as happened last Tuesday in Abuja when car depots, belonging to Igbos were set ablaze by hoodlums.

We, therefore, wish to urge the Yoruba ethnic group to disregard the position being pushed by the AOKOYA because it’s not based on facts and reality on the ground.

Finally, we wish to state that Ohanaeze is also outraged by the vituperative and inciting outrage of the leader of IPOB on the #ENDSARS activities in Lagos and disassociate the body and Ndigbo completely from them.”
