Now I know where all the insults are coming from, he mocked Anenih because of age, it's karma. I don't mock people because of age, old age is a blessing. Tinubu and his supporters knows that he is too old for Nigeria presidency, he can't handle things himself, he will only delegate them, which will lead to massive corruption. Had he tipped Osibanjo for president. He would have been a kingmaker and interestingly Osibanjo though part of Buhari's abysmal rule does have better odds of winning than Tinubu now.

Tinubu was right. Jonathan had no business appointing Anenih in that position.

And in that same vein, Tinubu has no business contesting to become president of the most populous and diverse country in Africa.

If Anenih was too old for NPA post. Then even much more is Tinubu too old to be president.

He would have been better off as an elder statesman but he has muddied that for his ambition to be president.

All these armies recruitment are not it. Instead, every state should have state police. That's the best way to solve insecurities.

State police without a sound judicial reform will fail.

Who will be in charge of the state police? The governors? Then they should be held accountable else they will abuse such power. It is enough that one man is abusing the power but for 36 different men to be able to wield that power well they need to be held accountable in a very transparent way.

This method of vote collation if properly implemented will lead to the following.

1. It will reduce the cost of the General Election. Considering that all the different collation centers will only focus on announcing results relevant to their locale. For instance, the State Assembly elections will be reported at the LG collation centers. While the Governorship elections are announced at the state collation centers.

2. Time between end of voting and declaration of results will be drastically minimized. With time only spent on checking irregularities like places that voting could not take place, and evaluating if the results from those areas could impact on the results with a change in who eventually wins.

3. Rigging will be eliminated to only illegal voters (like non-Nigerians and underage voters), tactical disenfranchisement (causing commotion/irregularities in places that you know are you opponents strong areas).

In conclusion, with this properly tested, and implemented flawlessly we could have one of the freest and fairest elections Nigeria has ever recorded. And that might be the only good thing Buhari's government would have achieved since they had the power to shoot it down but didn't.

This is how you will cry if the destination is prioritized over the journey.

Sad. Self hatred has eaten deep into the citizens. I don't stay in the country, but I've heard some Nigerians who recently moved to where I am telling people of other nationalities how the country is the worst place in the world. Even when a foreigner tries to appreciate anything Nigerian, Nigerians would quickly remind them that those things aren't worth the appreciation. And guess what, many of these so-called foreigners are from Caribbean countries.

Well you should come spend a month in Nigeria maybe you can be more appreciative of the mess.
