Anyone who doesn't want the lives of his flock to become better and calls himself a pastor is a criminal. Truly, most people go to church because they are bedevilled with problems and while challenges and difficulties can bring people to church, they are expected to realize that they need God much more than provision of their physical needs. After Jesus had fed the 5,000, the crowd all came out to see him again and he chided with them because he realized they only came out to see him because they were fed to the full with the bread and he counselled them to seek for the bread that will last into eternity. Coming to church and Christ might provide you with solutions for your physical need but even when you are full and want nothing you still need him for the security of your soul. |
okuta007:When you're proud of who you are and where you're from. That question will not affect you. |
bezimo:There is actually a town called Alabama in New York. So dude may know what he is talking about actually. Maybe he has family there. |
One week after a friend of mine migrated to the US in 2013, we were talking on phone and his exact words was "Nigerians are really suffering". Now mind you this was in 2013 before we got into the Buhari nightmare. I read comments of people who were citing how America have a lot of issues ranging from homelessness, to gun violence and racial discrimination. And I just laughed, because all I saw was people who were trying very hard to convince themselves that they didn't get the short end of the stick. There is no place that doesn't have a problem, as long as you're on earth it will never be a bed of roses anywhere not even Finland and Netherlands as some mentioned. But in comparison to Nigeria, America is heaven. Most people don't realize that majority of the homeless people in the US fall into these categories; addicts, people with mental health issues, recently unincacerated with no support system. Yes, there is gun violence being reported every now and again but that number is remotely minute compared to the number of people being killed in Nigeria due to growing insecurity. Racial discrimination to me is no different from the tribal discrimination that is rife even in this forum. There are only few people in Nigeria who get an opportunity to live in the US for 1 month and are offered between remaining in the US and coming back to Nigeria that will choose Nigeria and they are always high class Nigerians and people who have and continue to milk this country dry. |
Brexxit:Nkasi obi ndi no na afufu. |
After 7 years we are still hearing "We will". When will we hear "we have"? |
reuben81:Oh! Yes. Let's blame the failure of Buhari's government on Saraki. |

reuben81:This is Nigeria, where the Executive controls the Legislature and Judiciary. ![]() |
Nigerian political party system is not based on ideologies. If this was the US, I'll say he may be right since if the President's party doesn't control the Senate and HOR, they will frustrate him. But we know that in Nigeria decamping from your party and joining another party is very commonplace. So I can assure you that if Obi wins, there will be mass decamping into Labour Party by a sufficient number of people in the Senate and HOR. |
gloryhomemaker:Wow! You, your husband and all your children resemble very closely. I always find that couples who have close facial resemblance do have a great marriage. It could just be coincidence or a sampling bias on my part. But I always look out for it, when I see couples. |
Is this schizophrenia or some delusional disorder? |
What kind of nonsense is this. Many are mad but few are roaming. |
Ribadu section is the funniest. |
Yuneehk:Chai! Power was better many years back. Instead of moving forward we are moving backwards. |
haggai247:A germophobe spotted. ![]() I just realized I've never bought suya all my life. For all of the reasons you mentioned I'm averse to suya but very rarely I just close my eyes and reason "wetin go kill person, go kill am". |
Yuneehk:Clearly you can't try using this with a prepaid meter. As you're done cooking, your purchased token will follow the food and get done. |
Alary:This post is clearly about Masari who is the VP candidate of APC. Instead of discussing that, your response is about another party that the thread is not about. Do you see how that makes you look? |
MrCGPA:The bane of picking a Southern Muslim as flagbearer. Either way, their problem, their headache. |
SenatePresdo:If Obi was okay with VP. He would have remained in PDP, he would have been most favourable pick for VP slot for Atiku. |
1stGenAmerican:Even criminals locked up in jail serving life sentences do have rights and it is unethical to take advantage of them. So this is not right, and I'm a little disappointed you can justify it. |
See as SaharaReproters rush carry the news. If they get sued for libel now for publishing unverified claims they will start crying foul. ![]() |
paulolee:You forget Liverpool just signed Darwin Nunez. |
98% that's atrocious. If he said a little over 50% I might actually agree with him. I don't like when people just spew out numbers without any evidence based research. If his statement was "98% of my close pals that are married have girlfriends". Then we know, though he is accurate, there is a sampling bias and his hypothesis cannot be generalized. |
Zonefree:The fear of Atiku is making APC push for a Muslim-Muslim ticket but ironically, a Muslim-Muslim ticket will strengthen Obi. That is the dilemma of giving your ticket to a Southern Muslim. Anyway, their problem their headache. |
Why did I burst into laughter on reading the title of this post? ![]() |
This is why some people keep saying ipob swines are bunch of easily brainwashed swines and cannibals. First of all, when Mabaka was behind PMB, during the 2015 presidential election, all these ipob animals hated him to their bone marrow, The moment he denounced PMB after threats on his life and businesses by the mental animal called cownu, they all rushed to start follwing Mbaka and he became their god, Now that he called Peter Obi whatever he called him, they have gone back to unfollow him again, If Mbaka comes out tomorrow again, shouting "Na prank, Na prank, Look at the camera there ![]() You will see these senseless animals going back to follow him again. Same thing happened with their MumuFFK and MumuReno and also the same thing they are doing to Yele Sowore. If you dare not support whatever they support, you are in trouble, they expect everyone to queue behind their foolishness and stupidity. We can never forget what these wicked animals did to the founder or RantHQ at the other side, They all came out full force to end her livelihood, just because she told them she doesn’t want anybody insulting the country or other tribe on her page comprising of millions of people. They reported her to UN, US, took of her endorsement, threatened to rape her, wanting to close down her page etc. But we are happy God vindicated her at last from those devils and cannibals. Bunch of senseless and annoying swines everywhere. What manner of politics! We thank God not all of us igbos behave like the 1% ipob cannibals giving our region a bad name all over the country and the world at large. There are still some of us that love our darling country to the moon and back.
Dude, when did you become Igbo? ![]() |
mizz2posh:Who is your candidate in the coming elections? |
NOETHNICITY:Decreased demand and static supply will drive Russia prices down and reduce their revenue earned from gas. |
Egypt’s LNG facilities have a total capacity of around 16 billion cubic meters so, in the longer term, as more gas is produced, eastern Mediterranean countries would also need to build new LNG or pipeline infrastructure to support exports. Our Darling country can do more than this if we have people that were willing since independence. We have all it takes to be a great nation. There is no reason to be in abject poverty in this country. We are brilliant people. Nigerians let's come together and make our nation move forward. Na beg we beg una.
By voting in Tinubu I suppose, right? |
Those positions will remain vacant till the end of his administration. Remember how long it took for him to pick ministers in 2015? |
CutieKing:Those figures are just plainly fictitious. |
