I am new here but more familiar with Aussie thread.
I tried reading somethings starting from page one but i need some info from the gurus here
i scored 371 in FSW And below 67 in EE. All these are without Job Offer from canada.
1)Questions: "must" one have a job offer before S/he can be accepted?
2) How possible is it to secure jobs offshore? Because i noticed that if i add job offer; the point will increase to 69 & 421 respectively.
Age:31 Academy: ND (studied 3yrs part-time rather than 2) Fed Poly Status: Single Experience: To claim 1year when it's time.
Is there any other way if i pull off 8777 And can Australian IELTS be used in Canda matter? Thanks in Adv. |

extraterestrial: Thank you so much for responding to me. I have a job already. My office is located at Barangaroo Avenue. i think its a central business district. in terms of rent i have a budget of 350 to 400 AUD per week. I am curious, how is rent paid, can we stay short term in a place for like 3 months to be sure we like the area. My company is providing accommodation for a week to enable us get something more permanent so we are trying to search places online and book viewings so that we can use that week to do just inspections and probably move in to which ever we like. Lastly please is a car an immediate necessity in Sydney. Which site did you use to secure a job offshore? |

Omooloriredade: Tradition in itself isn't enough reason why it will be granted. As a PR/Citizen you are entitled to visits from family members. For this reason, a single guy/girl living in Australia can also invite his/her parents to come visit him/her. The Australian government does not wish to separate/isolate you from your immediate family.
Tourist Visa is sufficient in this case. She could do more than Omugwo for you sef. I heard this part loud & Gbowai. Benji no dey sour |

bellau09: My question isnt really related to PR and all. I am 7months pregnant and want to apply for a Visa for mumsy to come and stay like a month with me after the baby is born. I do not know how to go about this. Do we apply for regular tourist visa? Or family sponsored? We'll be paying for her trip so I'm confused. Anyone with any experience/ideas/suggestions? I'm a PR married to australian citizen. Thank you! I am not too familiar with this; but i believe if you can indicate that she will be coming for Omugwo and that it is part of your tradition that a lady that just give birth must have her mother looking after her for 3months. I believe they read widely and should understand that some tribes in Nigeria (i know of East) have such tradition. And i don't waNt to believe that their "Citizen requested for someone to visit them and they turned the APP down. Those who has passed such hurdles will soon come online to guide you more. |

Bamz: Hi folks,
I've been positively assessed for H/W Technician (313111) but unfortunately, the region I had in mind (TAS) seem not to be actively accepting applicants for 313111.
On Skillselect, I have 70pts for 190 and 75pts for 489. PS. PTE was 10pts
I would just do a review of the ANZSCO search outcome.
TAS 190 requires a job offer 489 was my primary goal but it's been taken off the SOL for TAS (but I wonder why it shows a blue tick on ANZSCO)
SA 489 is on special conditions and Supplementary Skilled List (so requires 80pts)
QLD 489 & 190 - These ones are unnecessarily difficult. . They require 80 points on the Q-SOL
NT 489 & 190 - It's on the NT - MOL but requires evidence of having received an offer of employment
ACT 190 only - It's closed for now.
My thoughts: I feel TAS, SA or possibly ACT will come good next year. Rewriting PTE a 3rd time seems viable but I want to make it a last resort.
I humbly request your advice and opinions, guys. ACT will be opening by 29th of November for all Applicants and can take 800 applicants. Somethings happenes for a reason, they might be waiting for you all along. Meanwhile, apply to all of those states and Pray 4 grace ma Gee. Nature will choose whom it wants to choose and when. |

Was wondering why they ask about military or para-military background on d personal information forms while applying for visa I don't think they like men that "might" know how to handle gun. It is like that even in their student visa form. Well..hope you do not have Islamic name attach to your names, because you may have a lot to explain if you stop at Dubai. Just explain yourself to them and you will be just fine. |

This explained it all, the every year changes in their immigration system and the delays.
I believe that the 3rd world countries was put in there just to confuse people, if you noticed when these problems xups, was after Trump said; there will be bans on Muslims dominated countries. A month later, they cut De intake sharperly. Non of them has been able 2 say what DE matter is, rather they blames their system-either through Upgrade or multiple EOI
