Some key sectors like DSS , Efcc and police should be independent in a country like Nigeria to avoid abuse of power. No matter how faulty the law is, you can't just ignore the legislation like they don't exist.
This attitude will only lead to a downhill thread.

The question is not the distance but the economic viability of these airports. Nigeria doesn't need that many airport.

I doubt you can get an independent politician who isn't controlled or influenced by the elites. Everyone is preselected, which means the citizens are often left with choosing the lesser evils. It's a never ending circle.

I am struggling to see the appeal of politicians like buhari, Aregbesola, fayose etc.. The adoration of mostof these politicians gives a disturbing insight into the physch of the average Nigerians.
