From the chambers in the courts of the heart,
Thoughts gush, pronking like a hart,

The Bible has said a worthy thing,
"There's a time for everything!"
The good has been taken away
And this has caused more than dismay;
With God, answers hoped I to find,
"For the greater good," He opined;
And one thing ensues from this:
In God, find mourners, solace.
"We meet to part and part to meet!"
These words, common, far from deceit.
Though today brings forth sorrow
But God promises joy tomorrow;
It doesn't matter who here performs a feat,
What matters the most is meeting at Jesus' feet.

SAT1: I have my CAS number already bros, what am putting accross is: if I can apply for visa as my sch is yet confirm my fee payment. What is left in my acc now is my maintenance money.

According to the Tier4 Guidance Policy, if u pay a certain amount towards your tuition fees and it's not reflected in your CAS, you must provide a valid document showing proof of payment (I guess the Telex printout should do). So, you can apply. Ensure your £7200 had been in d bank for the 28-day period.

735 i: Gd evening to all the gurus in the house; I'll be applying for a tier 4 visa by 6th of this month. However;I have 4 quick questions that i really need answers to;

1.) I was refused a student visa to the UK in January cos i submitted my application late; (I was scored Zero for CAS because my visa application date was rather late and my CAS was termed "invalid" ) Would my visa refusal in January affect this application and do i need to attach the refusal page?

2.) My e-passport will be expiring in February 2014. Can a visa be denied because a passport will be expiring 6 months from date of visa issuance?

3.) i mistakenly withdrew 500k from my account within the 28 days required but immediately returned it in less than an hour as soon as i noticed. Do i need to start counting the 28days all over again?

Justwise & co.; please help with answers. Thanks

1) State in the appropriate section of your application form that you were once refused a Visa. It won't affect you negatively for the reason of your refusal.

2) As for your passport expiry, maybe until Justwise answers but in my opinion, if you'll be staying beyond the date of expiry, say 1 year MSc course, U're at a big risk of refusal again (Note: my opinion)

3) From past discussions, I don't think u should worry about the money withdrawal since u returned it immediately.

By d way, how late was your February application? I.e. How far was your date of application to the resumption date on your CAS?

justwise: 1.UKBA got no influence on the exchange rate, they use oanda exchange rate of the day you submitted your application, if the rate changed after your submission then its not your prob.

Hello Justwise! Thanks for the good work & kudos to you and all following the thread. Pls, I have 2 questions. 1) Does the UKBA add any interest rates on the direct Naira/Pound conversion from oanda.com? I ask b'cos the money quoted is quite low as compared to the #260/£1 on the Visa App Fees site of UKBA.
2) Can I apply for the interview earlier before my 28 days is complete and pick a day after which I would have submitted my online application?

I wrote the IELTS recently & I did well to God's glory. Primarily, I practised with the Cambridge IELTS Book 8 (downloadable through google) and the free practice tests on the British Council websites. This is primarily so as to get familiarised with the nature of questions, how best to answer (or write down answers) and the scope & guidelines of IELTS. If you're an average English user who has been used to the language, there shouldn't be any difficulty. All the best.

Oahray: hmmm... Plenty talk. I think you meant "so few CELEBRATED poems".
'Masterpiece' is definitely subjective, and all the more so with poetry. I've read better poems (in my opinion) than the most celebrated ones. Just do your thing and have fun while at it.

Mine finished yesterday and I can browse or ping. And my subscrion is still active till 17th of sept cos I did there 2+1 package under there unlimited BB plan.

If you don't have any data left of the 2GB you were allotted, you will have to wait for the free 1 month to autorenew I guess.

To support the statement made earlier, you can resubscribe for another package if your data finishes by first deactivating with the message "deactivate" to 440. However, if you did a 2+1 package of some sort & wants to wait for that free one month subscription, I don't know if it's wise to deactivate as I have never done 2+1 so it's why I suggested you wait for Airtel to autorenew and give you your bonus.

Kizyte: AIRTEL BlackBerry plan has been working on all devices including PCs for 2 years now without any special settings.

NB: This is not a tweak. But don't call Airtel to confirm!

You are right Kizyte but you did not get the question. If the subscription is Blackberry Complete,it works on android or modem (no additional settings) but if the subscription is Blackberry Unlimited, it doesn't work on both modem or Andriod; just the Bllckberry. Does anyone know what to do please?

I'll be blunt here and I'm sorry it might offend some people especially Jenny - who posted this. It's immoral and unethical to engage in homo sexual stuffs and it's not accepted in a morally stable country like Nigeria, and on top of that and most importantly, God does not allow it. It's a sin and its practice will bring nothing but sorrow(seems the job loss is a good example).
