sorry guy, but you're being silly. like other posters have commented, a dictionary definition (questionable one, BTW--what dic is that?) doesn't necessary mean it can be used in all situations. There's such a thing a context, which, in the case of Lady Dame' statement, couldn't be more ill-fitting.

But if there is a gap between how much it costs to provide the education and how much is being charged (and it looks like this is the case), the difference has to come from somewhere.

Of course Lagos has slums bet then it aslo has superb areas, with fine architecture, easily a match for anything in any State of Nigeria.
