Adaure4ever:Nobody forced her to say 'she is saving herself for marriage' now. I believe what is hurting the man is that she misled him. |
funny! just funny. imagine the scenario for a second. the awkwardness at first then the man going ballistic. this is African Magic stuff. |
I don't know what's more disturbing the awkward pose or the fact that this attention seeking instagram post was e-hawked to NL. well, we'll who her yansh don help? dollar still rising and men are still losing their jobs. |
Bro after 7 years your purpose there is only one thing as a Bouncer to keep all unwanted and uninvited guys away. now to the part where u want sex after 7 years, my question is why now? what changed? if you want sex you ask at this point, I doubt there is need for the formalities. |
Nnemuka:When ladies now convert "anything you like" to "go ahead girl eat the Damn restaurant to the ground in one sitting and ruin me" and you expect his survival instinct not to kick in and save his life? |
SexyCeline:who that one don epp since time of Adam and eve? |
DemiGoddess:oh my my!!! I've got nothing but strong likeness for you right now. |
Fabulocity:No miss, I think somewhere in there we both didn't understand each other on our perception of what "broke " should cover. let me say thank you for making yourself clearer. now I get you. So what you mean is someone who doesn't have money and a job and won't do anything about it is a broke guy. Fine! I now understand Your own perspective. that being said, that your definition is not what a whole lot of ladies on here saying "yes OP preach on I agree with you! they're broke as sh1t" as if you are a crusader( hope u get my humour). For most ladies I have seen their comments here, being a broke guy is a guy not living the Hollywood lifestyle. A guy that can't afford to drop 500k for weekend shopping not questions asked. Now that is not a realistic view because in theory world at large only a few people belong to that exclusive class and in Nigeria, fewer decent non politician young people can be counted. I think that is where both of us aren't we seeing eye to eye coz our definitions are quite different. |
MrsChima:then most guys can't be accepted as broke because you and I know that is not the basis of the definition in this write up. Broke here is considered as a guy who won't have the money to buy gowns, shoes, hair, nails etc anytime and every time they are requested and that means the word broke is subjective. Don't you think? And if we use this definition of the OP, then why would ask for something if u can afford it? so that means the lady too is broke. isn't it? so are we saying it's wrong for a guy to be broke ( in fact he should not be considered a REAL man if u ask some ladies) but acceptable if a woman is? I agree with your definition but a lot of people don't understand it, or fail to put it into perspective. |

if these comments represent who you are on a large scale, woman!!!! will you marry me?!! please don't ever lose your senses. it will break my heart. |
MrsChima:really how do you correctly assess that someone is broke?
|
Oliviaarims:meaning ![]() |
Fabulocity:thank you ma. |
Fabulocity:hey miss ( or Mrs) you see, I don't have a problem with you or what you wrote coz from where I'm standing it is not something that can be argued or supported on most formal levels( I chose formal coz u seem to have a problem with my choice of the word INTELLECTUAL) . Please don't confuse intellectual for intelligent. my use of intellectual is to point out that anyone who would argue these points without emotional sentiments would not have valid points to arouse valid points and facts vis-a- vis counter points. I have not implied that you aren't intelligent. No! I won't do that. so please understand my points. I'm cool with whatever you write coz really some of those things above really really can be said about the foreign guys this post is favoring (so what's the point?) |
LOL Mehn guys (Nigerian men in question) relax. take a chill pill and read what she has written. it's quite comical. The Disclaimer is an absolute contradiction of the whole write up. the construction of the piece was unidirectional with an undertone of disdain for Nigerian men. so here I am laughing at the post because it was suppose to be analytical of a set of people it was rather a bashing. then why should you be worked up on a piece like this that hasn't really brought out any valid logical point? e.g Nigerian men stink? really?!!! or this one NIGERIAN men are Broke ; wow on a lighter note OP we are called less developed country for a reason and a 3rd world country for another. so if u say men in this population are Broke, sister some may call u greedy, or a gold digger but if u consider that an insult, maybe a diamond digger will appeal more to ur taste. You took your time to write this, you could do better so that you can present some logical argument for sake of intellectual jostling. |
menabae:I have a lot of doctor friends. I'm not denying or confirming the question... |
HateU2:that guy was just a jerk. Doctors too meet different women LoL. Doctor are taught to respect everyone esp women. So that they don't respect women won't be an accurate assumption. |
menabae:that seems like you are a bit too harsh on them. Ambitious, yeah I think that comes with most specialised jobs e.g lawyers and engineers. Impatient, I think that will depend on where you meet them. If u meet them while they are working e.g in outpatient departments of hospitals, they won't have time and that is because they have patients breathing down their neck(we know how we want the doctors to quickly attend to us and we can leave the hospital). They can be as romantic as it get but not as most bankers maybe(cos romance is time and attention- docs don't have time). But Doctors are disciplined, nice, courteous, good listeners and can devote time to be with u when u need them to( they are trained to lol). |
HateU2:I heard u. Just want to know why. The looks, money? The job itself, there has to be a reason. |
menabae:bring on ma'am lay it on me I can take it. I'm just curious as to why u won't choose doctors since they are considered as 'catches' by most female folks. Your choice is an unpopular one. |
HateU2:really? Bankers over Doctors? There must be an out of this world reason. |
menabae:OMG ehen ehen please do share your reason(s). I'm keenly interested. |
refiner:why u come dey vex? |
EbubeOnoh:you gay brother hope you are not commenting from anywhere in Nigeria? the Law is the Law!! |
repogirl:Nigeria's own Kim K. wait till olori start posing Nude... |
Jadekitana:ehen ehen I sure say e get part two. |
smileysmiley:you just couldn't help it could you? you had to say it! damn girl that was below the belt. |
BumBae:I like the honesty. |

...yep did I just say that? Ok..they are also sadist, impatient, too ambitious, not romantic and appears too serious, boring, self centered, etc .... So I chose bankers over them and they even earn more than docs
