This arrogant clown, an ebbing political and economic overlord, whose Senate seat is vigorously shaking on account of the candidacy of his usual nemesis, Dr. Oloriegbe of APC, is talking about the general elections! You will not even likely get elected for a 3rd term and your stooge, Razak Atunwa guy, will be roundly defeated. These elections are a huge pointer to the massive groundswell of opposition to this guy's unprofitable hold on the politics of our state. A state that was created in 1967 (same as Lagos and other 11 states at the time) but its capital, Ilorin, looks like Oyingbo in Lagos mainland, while other major towns such as Offa, Omu-Aran, Oro, Lafiagi, etc are far worse! Ignorant people making comments here should do a street survey in Ilorin regarding 2019 elections this minute. Kwara politics and the politics of "mi fun e" ("I gave you that position") has already slipped off this guys' hands. No going back! |
I wrote about this a few months ago... I have never seen the level of commitment to end the Saraki dynasty in the entire political history of Kwara state as I see now. The 3 senatorial districts, for the first time in the history of our state, are focused in ending Bukky's political journey. Guys, bookmark this post, Bukola Saraki's seat at the Senate in 2019 is shaking vigorously; let alone any possibility of retaining ANY seat across ALL other elections in 2019. In panic mood, ahead of the deadline for candidate substitution, Kwara PDP governorship candidate, the aloof, arrogant, and miserly Razak Atunwa, made a nocturnal visit to the Adewole Estate home of Prof. Oba Abdulraheem, genuflecting and begging for support. After Prof humiliated him, his PDP goons on social media, spread a false story that Prof. Oba had defected to PDP. Prof had to issue a press statement to say clearly that he remains a core APC person and that he will deliver Kwara entirely for APC/Buhari! He stated, in the press release, that he can never work for/with Bukola Saraki. The videos of crowds everywhere in Ilorin today was almost unprecedented. From Maraba, at the outskirts, to the city centre, the crowd was overwhelming. At the Emir's Palace, it was something else! What will happen when Buhari sets his foot on Kwara soil? This is only Osinbajo, the VP, o! I have told Nairalanders, and I say it now for the umpteenth time, the margin of defeat of Atiku next year will be far higher than the defeat of Jonathan in 2015! The signs are there but people interested in collecting from Atiku's stolen billions keep deceiving him! Buhari WILL UNDISPUTABLY WIN A 2ND TERM! Politics is not wishful thinking; it is pragmatic. |
A lot of ignorant comments yet again! I know Wale Oluwo, the Commissioner who resigned, very well. He was an investment banker at BGL of those days. He is a friend. If an elected official with electoral value resigned, APC Lagos could worry, but not an elite appointee of Ambode! Friendship apart, Wale can’t even win the polling booth in front of his house; that is the truth. So, people foaming in the mouth about this, should just shut up their traps. Talking about Ambode’s potentially sneaky last-minute moves, any politician can only turn the tides IF he has the structure. “Political structure”, in today’s Lagos (and to an extent in states like Oyo, Kwara, etc) include the following: 1. Transport union members and the various EXCOs 2. Community Development Associations (CDAs) 3. Local government chairmen and their staff 4. Traditional rulers across the 4 divisions of Lagos 5. Market women and men groups and associations, including the Iyaloja, who, today, is Tinubu’s daughter 6. Party members rooted in streets of core voting areas of Lagos- Alimosho (the local government with the highest registered voters in Nigeria!), Oshodi, Lagos Island. In today’s Lagos, both Ambode and regular customer Jimi Agbaje have no structure. It is pathetic for Agbaje in particular, as the few strong men who gave him any form of structure in 2015 have since joined APC- people like Musiliu Obanikoro and Moshood Salvador, the immediate past Lagos PDP Chairman, and the 7 members of the House of Assembly! Jimi Agbaje launched his campaign last week in Lekki Phase 1. Elitist Lekki Phase 1? How many people vote there? And he picked an unknown woman from the corporate sector, as a deputy, when APC picked Hamzat, a technocrat who is also a politician! Jimi Agbaje’s advisers are morons. Winning elections is not an elitist thing; it is not about social media rants. 80% of voters in Nigeria do not even own smartphones that can access data for social media rant! That is the plain truth! If other parties are truly serious about wrestling political power in Lagos from Tinubu, they should start a 16-year plan (that is 4 election cycles) by systematically engaging those “structures” I mentioned above. The ‘every 4 years’ daft approach deployed by Jimi Agbaje, PDP, and other parties will never work. Jide Sanwo-Olu will win next year. It is not by wishful thinking, Twitter surveys, Facebook insults, Nairaland rants, sharing WhatsApp messages, posts, and videos. That approach is the reason Bukola Saraki is being uprooted gradually in Kwara State- the opposition in that state started a strategic dismantling of his structure in 2007. And with current, real political developments in that state, Bukola Saraki will face his toughest political battle in his entire life in 2019. His senate seat is significantly shaking, let alone his plan to put another stooge there as Governor! Politics is pragmatic; it’s an art, not a science. |
Prof. Banji Akintoye, old man and a well-known Afenifere chieftain, cannot even deliver the polling booth in front of his house let alone win any election for anyone, much less a Presidential election! The failed clowns who parade themselves as leaders in Yorubaland who collected billions of naira from gullible, daft Goodluck Jonathan are at it again with Atiku! They will all cry together when Buhari is sworn in on May 29 2019 for a 2nd term! |
We SCRAPED through by the skin of our teeth! However, I insist that this current Falcons side needs a complete overhaul. I have never watched a poorer Falcons side (and I’ve watched them since 1991). It is either we SACK this clueless Denerby foreign manager and recruit a better one or we retain him BUT disband this squad and keep only about 4-5 of them. Quite a lot of our players are old, slow, and lack basic football skills. The Cameroon ladies were far better, fitter, stronger, passed far better, and were far more purposeful in all sections of play than us; but only lacked finishing. Good luck in the finals. We have qualified for the 2019 World Cup in France already with this evening’s result BUT we should not disgrace ourselves there with THIS current squad!!! |
I maintain my stance from day one of this tournament- this is the WORST Falcons side ever produced by Nigeria. They can't even make 5 passes at a stretch. They are so heavy, can't trap balls and ordinary 3-4 yards' passes go straight to opponents. Even if we scrape through qualification to the World Cup in France- either via the final or 3rd place, we can't make any impact at the World Cup UNLESS NFF sacks this clueless manager or retain him and completely overhaul this squad! |
Kannywood without Ali Nuhu, Bala Bature and co? Fakest of fakes! Lol. These clowns here are those Kano-based actors and actresses with "waka pass roles" in dodgy movies nah! This fake endorsement is like having upcoming actors and actresses endorse a politician and claim "Nollywood" without the likes of Ini Edo, Rita Dominic, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde and others. Or, baby Yoruba actors and actresses with two acting roles in a year claiming an endorsement without the likes of Jide Kosoko, Yinka Quadri, Ogogo Hassan, Oga Bello Adebayo Salami, Iya Awero, Femi Adebayo, Odunlade Adekola, Iyabo Ojo, and others. These small boys and girls have scammed Athiefkulator! They need it- collect his Nigerian Customs, Vice Presidency, and Intels money... BUHARI WILL WIN A 2ND TERM CLEAN AND CLEAR WITH A WIDER MARGIN THAN HE DEFEATED JONATHAN! BOOKMARK THIS POST. FEBRUARY 2019 IS ALMOST HERE!!! |
klexycole:18 shots with 10 on target but we scored only a paltry 4 goals. The official stats truly confirmed how very, very wasteful both Oparanozie and Oshoala (especially Oshoala) were in this game. Imagine the message a 10-0 or 11-0 scoreline would have sent to other countries in the tournament. On balance, it is going to be very hard for our girls to win the tournament. They are the worst Super Falcons we have ever had in terms of gamesmanship and everything. I don’t fancy them going so far, let alone win the trophy. As a patriot, I wish they win BUT with these displays so far, it will be tough! |
4-0 score line that should have been 11-0! Not happy. |
Ordega o! Old age has caught up with this player. She could not even trap the ball. Na wa o! |
Between Oparanozie and Oshoala, Nigeria has missed 4 clear goals. In a group where goal difference is a huge factor, we may rue these huge chances wasted... We should have been leading by 5-0 as at this minute- 69th minute- but it’s still only a scrappy 1-0. Meanwhile, this is the WORST Super Falcons side I have ever watched since the tournament started. No positioning, stray passing, zero tactical formation, nil coordination. What has the new foreign coach added to this team? Nothing! |
Jonathan has not changed at all. It was Obasanjo, in one of his open letters to you, who alleged that you were training snipers and that he (Obasanjo) among other leaders opposed to your inept government, were on the hit list of snipers for assassination! Why can’t you be bold to mention Obasanjo’s name? Also, who were the so-called leaders from the North who opposed you? Who were the PDP Governors, members of your own party, who opposed you? You foolishly wrote about your religion and ‘where you come from’? Was it not the same people you accuse of using these two sentiments that voted massively for you in 2011 Were you a Muslim and a Northerner when the same people voted for you in 2011? Was your name Abdullahi Balarabe, from Sokoto state, when they voted you in 2011?When your garrulous, uncouth, loud-mouth wife on national TV insulted Northerners as being daft and were breeding children “born throway”, did you caution her? When your insane wife unintelligently made a generalized statement on national TV that a whole section of Nigerians were street beggars (almajiri), what did you expect them to do? Jonathan, face the truth, you failed and was voted out for the following reasons: 1. You ran a completely laissez-faire FG where you left your Ministers, heads of agencies, Service Chiefs, your tribal warlords, etc to do as they liked! There was a complete dereliction of duty on your part. Everyone messed up right in your face and you did nothing! 2. Your personal flaw, although no human being is perfect, was used against you. You were too meek, gentle, and weak to have ruled Nigeria. Your appointees, such as Diezani saw this clearly and they ran riot! 3. You played the ethnic card- riff-raffs and illiterate ex-militants such as Tompolo, Asari Dokubo (where is that toad who said that Buhari will never be President?), Boyloaf, and others, including senile old man, Edwin Clarke, issued threats to other Nigerians in a reckless manner and you did not caution them. When Obasanjo brought this ethic bias up with you, you insulted him to no end. 4. You ran a completely corrupt government to the extent that billions of raw, mint-cash currencies (Naira and US dollars) were being carted away from the CBN! For instance, I attended the Akintola Williams Foundation Lecture at the MUSON Centre a few years ago and a former Deputy Governor of the CBN and a Minister under your government, Dr. Shamsudeen Usman, alleged that he was shocked to have confirmed that under your government, the CBN became the unofficial vault of PDP politicians and some other riff-raffs. 5. You played the religious card as though you were the first Christian President or Head of State of Nigeria. The hitherto-respected and celebrated Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, the umbrella body of ALL Christians and the Body of Christ in Nigeria, became your toy. You so much bastardized CAN that its President, Ayo Oritsejafor, easily became the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the PDP and your government! Sacrilege! Other Christians who felt that their association, once led by vibrant Cardinal Olubunmi Okogie and Cardinal John Olorunfemi Onaiyekan, very well-respected Church leaders, was being used in so brazenly partisan manner, and other Nigerians, disliked you for this, and voted against you. 6. During the campaigns, in the North, your equally docile and completely useless Vice President, Mohammed Namadi Sambo, told a campaign audience that they should not vote APC because their VP candidate, Yemi Osinbajo, was a Pastor and that he will force them into Christianity! Meanwhile, Jonathan’s people and campaign organization, told voters in the South-East and South-South that the same APC was an Islamic, Boko Haram party! In summary, Obama, PDP Governors, Northern leaders, and the plethora of people and organizations you blamed in your useless book did not cause your political downfall, YOU and YOUR UNCOUTH WIFE nailed your cross! You turned 61 today, happy birthday former President Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, a gentle but very WEAK man and leader! PS: Admin, please change the title to “made me LOSE re-election”, not “made me LOST re-election” owing to the past tense “made” which preceded ‘lose’. |
It is very tough to be an active politician in Rivers state. Humanity is diminished whenever one soul is taken by fellow human beings... May you Rest In Peace... |
Kelechi Iheanacho just missed a tap-in! A glorious pass from Ahmed Musa and Iheanacho put up a baby elephant touch and we missed the chance! That should have been 2-1 to us! |
Omeruo shows anytime he gets a call up to the Super Eagles that he should never be in any country’s national team! He is extremely slow and knows nothing about positioning- the most rudimentary skill of any defender. This is one of the clear reasons Chelsea always loaned him out every season! |
Fools! They want to take their share out of the billions of naira and US dollars Atiku Abubakar stole from his days in Nigerian Customs and through his over 30-year career in politics. Who the hell is the so-called coordinator with the name Ambassador Niyi Omoyele, who probably can’t attract as little as 10 votes? This was the fake, fraudulent formula Ifeanyi Uba of Capital Oil deployed to dupe daft Goodluck Jonathan in 2015, where he claimed to have gotten 20 million signatures as “assured voters” for Jonathan. I remember how Jonathan and his stupid campaign organization members celebrated the physical, bulky “assured voters’ signature books” for each of the 6 geo-political regions during PDP presidential campaigns! I vividly recall how Bode George, the jail bird, counted the millions of fake signatures on national TV at the PDP South West zonal mega rally in Ibadan a few months to the election in 2015! My old PDP-supporting friend later confessed in 2016 that the signatures were forged using different kinds of pens by youths hired and paid by street-wise Ifeanyi Uba, lol. I could see Titi Atiku Abubakar smiling as she received these scammers. She should ask loudmouth Patience Faka Jonathan how the same formula was used to dupe her husband, lol. |
This is one of the reasons some of us laugh so hard when ordinary Nigerians fight and tear at one another online and offline on behalf of the elite and politicians who do not give a hoot about them. Reading this piece, an Ngozi, a South-East Christian, visited a certain Hajia Titi, a Yoruba former Christian who converted to a Muslim, who is from Ilesha in Osun State. Ngozi also formed a prayer group to pray for Abubakar Atiku, a Fulani Muslim, to win 2019 presidential election. Meanwhile, this same Ngozi could go online encouraging ordinary Nigerians to insult Muslims and address Fulani people as unintelligent, dirty, cows IF her interests were affected. The same Ngozi will tell us about “not being equally yoked with unbelieving Muslims”, “terrorist Muslims”, “Yoruba Muslims”, “Hausa-Fulani idiot”, “quota system animals”, etc, etc. The bottom line is this: the elite and politicians are one and of the same tribe- the tribe connected by common interest and greed. Young people who go perpetually online, almost for a whole day, especially on NR, to insult Christians, Muslims, Igbo, Hausa, Fulani, Yoruba, APC, PDP, APGA, should learn! Would they? |
Spatta:It appears that you are daft. How could N10,000 be equal to $3? How? At an exchange rate of a band of N360 and N365 to a US dollar, even in the black market, how could N10,000 be equivalent to $3? In your warped haste to criticize the FG, you had to write absolute falsehood... |
I have read a lot of misguided, ignorant, daft comments here, obviously from the younger generation, who hardly visit other parts of Nigeria aside their places of origin, insulting the Vice President and labeling N10,000 as a token sum, as less than 0.0000001 of income, etc! For some of us who have visited over 30 states in Nigeria, get it into your skulls, N10,000 is a BIG DEAL! In the remote villages, including certain parts of the same Lagos we live, some adults have never held N10,000 at once in their lives! There are traders in some markets in Lagos whose entire capital is N3,000, let alone in remote parts of Nigeria where it could be as little as N500! Anyone who knew about the conditional cash transfer, traders’ soft loan, etc deployed successfully in India, Brazil, Malaysia, etc and their impact on lifting the poor, would commend the Federal Government for doing all of these... There are so many ignorant children on Nairaland who do not know anything about global economy and who are too lazy to read and research anything, other than Naira Bet, music downloads and other inanities! A lot of commentators here assumed that because they are from middle-class families, N10,000 is nothing; forgetting that majority of Nigerians, a country of 180 million people, live in extreme poverty and to these people, N10,000 is like N1 million! Must every effort of government be criticized, derided, and downplayed? This government may have messed up in certain areas, but as a finance practitioner and a life-long student of development finance, the program Osinbajo is executing is very, very commendable! |
Oh, no, Banky W, you didn’t have to do this! These are pure lies. I’ve been around a bit, in my mid 40s, and I know enough about Lagos. As a 37 year-old, i.e born in 1981, Banky W’s parents could never have been poor to have afforded having him educated at Corona Primary School Ikoyi in the 80s/90s. His parents could never have been poor to have lived in a flat in Yaba, even with the “flooded, sinking, ground-floor” part which was obviously exaggerated for political effect! Anyone, in the 80s, whose parents lived in Yaba, Iwaya, Apapa (main Apapa, not the close suburbs lived by the disadvantaged), Surulere (including Aguda, Ogunsanya, Alaka, Adelabu), can never claim to be poor! This is like Fashola, who attended Birch Freeman in Surulere and Igbobi College for his HSC claiming to be poor. He would not claim so... Banky W should know that the era of platitudes such as “I was from a wretched/poor home”, “I had no shoes”, “I trekked miles from our shanty home to school” is gone. If in doubt, he should ask Jonathan after his 2015 debacle. Campaign on issues, tell voters in Eti-Osa federal constituency what you can do for them, but DO NOT contrive lies! Meanwhile, he is contesting against Jide Obanikoro, in the same constituency. He should be told that elections are not won by music stardom o! Jide Obanikoro of APC will likely win.... |
Raheem Sterling has ALWAYS been a DIVER! From Liverpool, now to Manchester City, he hasn’t changed. I saw the game live. He clearly kicked the pitch deliberately and went down to con the referee. The opponent did not touch him one bit... The guy had fraudulently won several undeserved free kicks and penalties in his short career! He is a cheat. QED. |
Very sound CV... |
Nothing is strange in this. All of them lost their return tickets for 2019. Dapo Lam-Adesina, particularly, had been at loggerheads with Governor Abiola Ajimobi for so long! Dapo wrote a public letter to Tinubu recently stating that he will work for Buhari to win a 2nd term but will seek his political future elsewhere regarding House of Reps. Other members of the House of Reps and Senate who lost at the primaries of their individual parties defected to other parties too. No effect on Buhari’s 2nd term! |
When some of us say that Jimi Agbaje is a clown and an unserious politician, some people get agitated. I repeat it here: winning elections does NOT require making noise on twitter, instagram, facebook, WhatsApp platforms, etc. Most voters, across every state in Nigeria, no matter how seemingly sophisticated the states might appear, do not have smartphones, let alone have these social media accounts/platforms! You WILL WIN ELECTIONS IF (AND WHEN) you have a grip on the following: transport unions (RTEAN, NURTW); market women; traditional rulers, baales and chiefs; Community Development Associations (CDAs); civil servants in the local government councils and the state government (Alausa and the various agencies and parastatals); artisans' unions (bricklayers, pepper/tomato blenders, block makers, tailors, auto mechanics, etc); and the general grassroots of pensioners, etc. Agbaje will continue to turn up at conferences, etc sending tweets to the middle class of bankers, oil sector workers, Lekki and Ikoyi people, etc, BUT Tinubu, Sanwo-Olu and their party hierarchy are meeting the groups mentioned above at the grassroots and you expect Jimi Agbaje to win any election Tinubu, by design or whatever, HAS A FIRM GRIP ON THESE GROUPS! It's almost the same thing with Bukola Saraki in Kwara state. Others such as Amosun and Okorocha DO NOT have it in their respective states, hence, the noise all over the place! The politician that will take the grip of Lagos from Tinubu has not shown up! That it the TRUTH! Musiliu Obanikoro fought him bitterly but he has returned to him. So did Tokunbo Afikuyomi, Femi Pedro, Oyinlomo Danmole, Demola Seriki, Remi Adikwu-Bakare, Olorunfunmi Bashorun, and so many others! ALL the heavyweight politicians who angrily left for PDP after Fashola, a non-politician at the time, won the Lagos primaries have returned to Tinubu! Obanikoro's son, Jide, suffered and suffered to become Local Government Chairman without success, less than one year after he (and his father, Musiliu) defected to APC, he has won the House of Reps ticket for Eti-Osa unopposed and he will go to Abuja to legislate, a higher position than local government chairman! The current House of Reps member was persuaded to step down for Jide Obanikoro. That is what is called politics, not senseless noise making! |
El-Rufai is a stubborn goat. Anyone who knows anything about Kaduna state or lived or worked there is aware that Kaduna South is predominantly Christian, even if Muslims are the majority in the state. To now pick a fellow Muslim as Deputy Governor candidate is a major own goal for El-Rufai! APC will pay dearly for this stupid indiscretion. We know that Buhari is close to El-Rufai, so, couldn’t he have nudged the guy to change this fatal error? This error will affect both Buhari and El-Rufai. Politics is about balance. Adherents of a particular religion may be in the majority, but fairness, equity, and balance should be applied. There is a reason for picking Christians as Deputy Governors or vice versa in Kwara State and Kogi State. Same with states like Oyo, Osun, Lagos, Taraba, Adamawa, Nasarawa, and others. People praise El-Rufai as a competent technocrat, from his BPE, FCT Minister days, BUT he lacks emotional intelligence, and is very, very arrogant and self-conceited That arrogance will likely end his political career very soon! |
Nwaohafia1:You at the fool here! The 2nd one was the statement of results from the school Principal which always contains ALL subjects taken by any candidate. The 1st one is his WAEC certificate, which according to WAEC’s policy, always omits failed subjects. Therefore, because Buhari had F9 in both Mathematics and Woodwork, they were NOT included in the WAEC certificate. Ask anyone who works at WAEC or any current or former secondary school Principal! Some of you idiots hate the man Buhari so much that you end up displaying your stupidity and crass ignorance in public. If you genuinely do not know, why can’t you ask before jumping into fake, untrue, and daft conclusions? |
Jimi Agbaje, the unserious clown who loses elections, goes missing for three and half years and returns a few months to another election cycle! He keeps completely quite about the welfare of Lagosians after every defeat and suddenly becomes opposition party candidate every 4 years- he did it with DPA in 2007, and with PDP in 2011 and 2015. Jide Sanwo-Olu will so mercilessly beat this fellow like weave makers beat their clothing materials ahead of weaving! This Haleemat Busari woman with no electoral value was picked because she is from Epe (paternal) and Isale-Eko (maternal). That dodgy window-dressing is very inconsequential. The same “seasonal politician” syndrome of opponents is the main reason candidates put forward by Bukola Saraki and Bola Tinubu in Kwara and Lagos states always win elections in those two states! Nothing will change for serial customer Jimi Agbaje next year. Oniranu! |
pawesome:Do not be ignorant and stupid at the same time! There is nothing Buhari, EFCC or any other agency can do about Ganduje because Ganduje has absolute immunity; he is a sitting Governor. He can only be prosecuted AFTER his term of office. That was why nobody could touch Fayose until October 16 when his term ended. We will arrest and prosecute Ganduje AFTER his term in office. Be educated rather than showing your ignorance (or deliberate mischief) online... |
Jonah Jang claimed he had “high blood pressure” and “low sugar level”? But when he gallivanted all over Nigeria looking for PDP delegates’ vote ahead of their convention in Port Harcourt a few weeks ago, where he failed miserably, he had “low pressure”? LOL... But when he massively stole the resources of Plateau state as Governor for 8 years, he had “ low pressure”. But when this 74-year old fool was Military Governor several times (Benue and Gongola states) under IBB, he had “low pressure”. But when this clown was elected Senator in 2015 and has done nothing other than sleeping on the floor of the Senate Chamber, he had “low pressure”. Politicians suddenly develop arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, liver and kidney problem, indigestion, chronic ulcer, back problem (Olisa Metuh and others), etc as soon as EFCC arraign them in court. No wonder the fake ailments that they lied about usually killed them! Thieves!!! |
iammo:You are correct! I was at Transcorp Hilton Abuja for a meeting during Goodluck Jonathan's reign and on getting to the lobby, I thought that almost all of us, delegates, were from the Niger Delta! About 90% of delegates wore the fedora hat and Niger Delta shirt worn by Ijaw people. All because of Jonathan! During lunch break, I discovered that majority of us, delegates, were Hausa, Igbo, Ibibio, Bini, Yoruba, Berom, Kanuri, etc. Now, today, everyone in Abuja, with anything to do with the FG, wears babanriga/agbada? Also, there was a book launch by the FG sometime in 2014 at Eko Hotel, V/I, Lagos. The spectacle I saw that day will remain forever in my memory. I saw so many illiterate, scruffy-looking militants/ex-militants mass through the event with several gun-wielding MOPOL, regular Police, and Civil Defence officers guarding the militants and ex-militants. The triumph on their faces and in their strides, a la "our son, Jonathan, is the President" was too evident! Nigeria's peculiar politics of "it is our turn" and people from other tribes dressing to reflect the tribe of the ruling President, is so toxic! |
In spite of his weaknesses (no leader is immune to them, including Jonathan, Yar'Adua, and Obasanjo), the man, Buhari, is handsome! For a man close to 80, he's got very good looks. LOL. |

Were you a Muslim and a Northerner when the same people voted for you in 2011? Was your name Abdullahi Balarabe, from Sokoto state, when they voted you in 2011?
strange thing about Nigerian politics is that every body wants to dress like the President or the dress of the tribe of the man in power. Look at all of them wearing Congo cap and babanriga like one mallam, even the southern christian female aspirants are dressed like one hajia, we know how everyone dressed to aso rock during Jonathan and obasanjo's tenure.. Everyone in abuja be looking like mallams until you speak to them and ask for direction only to hear strong Igbo accent
