Aphrodite007: In the international space, yes. But I’m the UK, no. UK businesses mostly recognise certifications that are for the UK. I have international certifications that American employers fall over, but the UK recruiters only give attention to my UK certs. I have seen several roles ask for PMP. Some will say Prince 2 or any other project management certification. In my engineering experience in the UK, I have seen more of PMP requirement than prince 2. A lot of the engineering firms are international and you are likely to interact with global clients and work on international projects. |

Aphrodite007: Prince2 not PMI. Prince2 is mostly preferred in the UK. In my opinion, prince2 is not too relevant. I'd rather go for PMP or APM ChPP. |

sagbar: Thanks for the heads up Since the wife is a student, he should get a dependent visa and then start applying for jobs in Nigeria. Let him not quit yet since there's no guarantee that he will get a job. The wife can also try getting a job before her masters is over so she can sponsor him on her work visa. But another way of looking at it is to take a plunge and rough it out till he gets a job. |

setobaba: Good morning,
I’ve been thinking and watching on this for few months now, I notice my wife is no longer the damsel I met and dated. She will be 35 in few months, and we had only two kids together, so why she suddenly start looking older than that age is what I don’t know. I’ve seen ladies and colleagues of her age group still killing and rocking it, and going with the trend of fashion and lifestyles, No my wife won’t try to take fashion serious anymore. She will just wear any random cloths, not minding the occasion. You all won’t understand me on this, as In she use to be in line with all these before we had our first child. She’s not going through any stress, we living okay enough to be well fed. So what’s happening?? Men, do you also feel like this? I mean those married for 5-10yrs and over.
A story of a young man who got married 11yrs ago She may be stressed or not have the time. Do you help her out with the kids, cooking, cleaning, other house chores? Do you treat her well? Finally some people look older than their age - naturally so no big deal except if you are already eyeing one of her colleagues. |

I tried the cat repellent granules but that didn't work for me...as a naija guy I improvised by mixing water and strong smelling biodegradable detergent+fabric perfumes to soak my garden for a week...they still came in but didnt poo again...garden has been free and fresh for a long time now Thanks |

Chreze: Greetings,
Abeg aside from this Monzo, any other account one can open online and get card delivered to the house. The Monzo guys are yet to deliver the card and quarantine go finish tomorrow. They initially said it will be delivered between 30th n 3rd January, later I saw there was an adjustment to 31st to 4th. I want to assume it’s the holiday plus COVID. Now they are saying if I don’t receive it I should reorder another card. That’s gonna be another days again and I don’t think I can wait. I need to do some grocery/other shopping on Wednesday. If there is any bank that will let me open an account and get card instantly. I really need to have an account set up and funds transferred. Please i need suggestion for any bank in Glasgow that is ok and reasonable. Thanks

Cats are very territorial and won’t tolerate invaders..... otherwise get a dog and declare animal civil war.. nah. I hate outdoor pets. They cannot roam outside freely and come back and lay on my sofa or carpet. No way. Plus the added wahala of feeding, vets, boarding when travelling etc. |

Learn forex trading or join CFX to copy trade or allow them trade for you. They trade low risk small profit pattern. The profit is about 2% daily... Still better than nothing. Is CFX copy trading available in Nigeria? also, I think you need $5k to copy trade with them, how many people have that? |

WoundedLamb: Logical. But it's sad Nigerians only say this when they feel oppressed. Otherwise, why wouldn't the same courtesy be 3extended that gay people in the country? I wonder why. Pure hypocrisy is rife in Nigeria. If we aim to become civilised, we must adopt better ways of addressing issues we disagree with rather than adopting mob mentality. |

jumper524: you sounded like you made sense but you failed to read between the lines. in America a son can get into a physical fight with his father exchanging blows with him and the society won't condemmn but am sure here in Nigeria even your household won't condain such act. our society isint ripe for such open display of immorality. people do lots of bad things but because they respect the society, they hide doing such. how would you feel if you see two couples having sex in broad day light outside??
Nigeria can't afford to fail at this stage. our youths should be productive/innovative and not this rubbish. when we get to the stage of America in terms of development, we can codone such level of immorality then. Did they have the party outside? Did they see anyone having sex outside? It's like the police arresting you because they think you will go and drink alcohol in your house, which they consider immoral. Or getting arrested and your house demolished because someone saw you with your girlfriend/boyfriend and they think you will have sex - an immoral act. |
Politics › Re: El-Rufai Demolishes Asher Hotel In Kaduna Over Proposed Sex Party by dustydee: 5:04pm On Dec 31, 2020 |
Is this legal? People are free to do whatever they wish as long as it is legal and does not infringe on other people's right. It may be immoral to some but not to others. The owners of the hotel should sue the government if they have all their documents up to date. |

kode12: @justwise @lexusg430 I need your thoughts. A friend came to the UK on a Tier 4 visa in September and was randomly applying for some permanent roles to test the water and see how employable he is. Now he’s got a company that has the ability to sponsor him on a T2. Is it possible to switch visa completely before the 3 months to the end of course rule? If he’s able to combine work and school, can he continue with the masters program while working full time on the Tier 2 visa? Yes. He will need to switch to Tier 2 (Probably has to leave the country and apply, I am not sure). He cannot take up the job when he has not finished his studies except if it's part-time(20hrs). He can reenrol for his masters while working, as a part-time student. |

Romance › Re: Re: I Think My Boyfriend Is Fetish: Dear Valenciabaddie I'm Not A Ritualist by dustydee: 7:02pm On Dec 24, 2020 |
Lovethaa: Earlier thread https://www.nairaland.com/6326669/think-boyfriend-fetish
Dear Valenciabaddie We met at House on the rock lekki which is a petecostal church and after we got closer I revealed to you that my parents are celestial and I do go to thier church once in a while to which you answered "No problem "..
You even offered to follow me to the church whenever they have special programs and im invited. Everyone knows that white garment churches makes use of white candles which I have explained to you that it has nothing to do with being fetish
Now the issue of this black soap ,you know very well that my sister is a cosmetologist, and she has been the one you go to for your cream, soap e.t.c since you met me
I took a friend to her shop so she can help her with a job and before I left she suggested I take Allafia black soap with me (Google that ) Recommending it for great skin glow She gave me the soap and urged me to use it every night before I sleep for the first 7 days for effective results.
Last week Friday u were around and I forgot about the soap totally , by the time I remembered it was too late at night but I still rushed to the bath to make use of it ...
Then the next morning around 4am you're telling me you have to go home 'mmediately?.. I asked you why the sudden change of mind when you already told me you will be spending the week but u never answered, I was forced to drive u back home so early in the morning and I kept asking u if there was anything and u said no problem..
And since then u hardly reply my text or return my calls,I didn't pay attention to it cos I thought u are going through something and you'l let me know when you're better .
Only for me to read your post on Nairaland 3 days after... saying I'm too spiritual and I'm using black soap to bath at a specific time. The fact that you couldn't talk about this with me was what annoyed me ,so u need public opinion to dictate your private life ?? I came to your house almost immediately only to find that you've told your sister and friend everything that was suppose to be between me and you
So its now you know that a jobless person should not be sending 100k to a woman ,but when I sent it u did not question me the source or try to return the money ,instead u showered me with thanks . If u ask for money and I couldn't give you'll start complaining You asked I gave still problem. ... It's your life anyways but pls stop bringing my name/story up on your post or with your friends and family
Because it's obvious you don't understand who you claim to be dating.., at 25 you're still clueless about life ..
you gave your friends who are obviously jealous of your relationship an avenue to decieve you ...
Now strange people coming to my mentions to say I'm a ritualist ..wow !!.. Yes I smashed your phone because Its from my ritual money ..very annoying ..
Anyways
I apologise for Everything...
This will be the first / last time I talk about this again... :. You messed up big time by beating her and destroying her property. If you were in a sane clime, you will be arrested and prosecuted and compelled to replace the phone. A gift, once given, ceases to be yours. |
