naijalien: Jonathan's wife holds the political office of first lady and I pay tax and my tax money is used to fund that office. Therefore, I have every right to ask and be adequately informed of what is happening to her. All you paid internet rats talking about privacy of Mr.President have forgotten that she is not just the President's wife but our first lady which is a political office run with our money. If she had settled for just being the wife of the president, hell, I won't bother. She is also the president of the African 1st ladies peace mission and some idiots here are wondering why we all want to know what is wrong with her? I can't believe it! What a dark country!

This is NOT about emotions.
U are not the only one who pays tax.
Dame Patience also pays tax.

Pls Yaradua was the president, Dame patience is the first lady.
Yaradua's health DIRECTLY bothers on national security, Dame's does not.
Even at that, those who NEEDED to know about Yaradua's health status did. Divulging such info (Yaradua) witlessly to the public at an inappropriate time is also not very safe.
And in the case of Dame the DETAILS of her ailment is not ur business.
That she enjoys some privileges as the first lady still does not give u that right.

Her employer, (Bayelsa state government) shld be duly informed,and a medical report presented on her return.
But u DO NOT have any right to know her ailment.
The Bayelsa state government CANNOT divulge such info to u either if she,(Dame) so wishes.
That is called patient confidentiality.
Anyone who breaches this will be sued to high heavens.
Imagine if ur doctor goes about broadcasting all the info given to him in the consulting room!
Her being a perm sec or first lady does not preclude her from this.

All I did was compare May D's car to theirs. May D is an upcoming artist; an apprentice. He doesn't have to buy cars and take pictures with it to form big boi/badt guy and belong in the music industry. a1solution: For me this over exaggeration on fish farming is becoming too much. This is the reason so many people lost their money trading forex cos of too much hype like this. Two friends of mine narrated their personal experiences on this issue.
1. was going frm Enugu to Awka (in a 2001 toyota camry) on the highway when he suddenly saw a pothole, at about 100-110km/hr, and instinctively he swerved to avoid it, while hitting the brakes.
He instantly went AIRBORNE, flew over the dividing bush(barrier) and found himself on the other side of the dual carriage way facing the opposite direction.
His windscreen was damaged and the passenger roof had a dent.
He came out almost without a scratch as he was glued to his seat by his SEATBELT.
2. was going frm Enugu toward PH on the highway ON A RAINY DAY! (in a 2005 honda accord and saw a pot hole in the MIDDLE of the road.
He felt it was ok to swerve cause he was doing just 80km/hr.
He swerved towards the left and partially off the road and the car surprisingly went AIRBORNE and ended up, 'wheels up' in the opposite direction.
He came out without a scratch as he was glued to his seat by his SEATBELT.

LESSONS
1. ALWAYS!! wear ur seat belt! U rarely pull a dead body frm under one.
2. Be wary of WET surfaces as cars are much more likely to skid.
3. fight the temptation of swerving at high speeds.
