Because there will always be such things like international crime, reason many governments sign extradition treaty with each other so that criminals will not evade justice due to their locations or citizenships.

If Nigeria haven't signed such treaty with US then they can't ask for Kyari. So PSC should be careful what they say or do. Let them finish their own investigation first.

Nigeria needs rebooting. Nearly all sectors are in comatose, with education and health sector almost neglected.

I don't think officially, protest is a crime, but unofficially may be. But we don't have to bury our heads in sand, just because of Buhari's disdain for protest. It is his personality, we must find a way around that. Otherwise we consider Nigeria as no longer a democratic country! Like every tyrant in the world's history, if there is no defiance from at least someone or few group of people, then totalitarianism is born.
