Also, Mr. Tinubu is too old and the recent news he had surgery done in the UK is not helping Bola Tinubu chances at all. Second, the rumor that APC intends to zone 2023 presidential ticket to south favors vice president Osinbayo , not Tinubu because of Tinubu corrupt background and the age factor . In addition, vice president Osinbayo has two things Mr. Tinubu does not have. That is he has good name recognition and perceived status. However, vice President Osinbayo possible primaries victory in APC does not guarantee him a victory against PDP candidate ( at this time no knows who that may be) successful candidate in 2023 general election.

Between APC and PDP, which of these two majors parties will win in 2023?

Congratulations to governor Wike for winning the Suns man of the year award. He really deserves this award for several reasons. First, He always speaks his mind. He doesn't kiss no one ass. Second, in 2020 when president Buhari government flew in oil workers to lodge in River state hotel in the midst of covid19, governor wike sent police officers to arrest those workers and take them to jail. That was when I started to pay attention to Wike leadership. Third, governor Wike openly told transportation minister, Mr. Rotimi Ameachi that he is not Ibo. That drew a sharp criticism from Ameachi, but Wike stood his ground.

I write to disagree with Governor Kalu. Governments at all levels in Nigeria support the development of sports. The real reason why sports in Nigeria are doing poorly is because government controls of TVS. Advertising revenues are reasons why sports in USA and Europe are doing well.

So, if Mr. Kalu really wants to help sports to develop in Nigeria, he should lobby lawmakers to make laws to privatize TVS, radio advertising. That is the major sources revenues for players to make millions in contracts.

The day someone from Southeast becomes the president of Nigeria, it will signal the end of Nigeria for many reasons.

First, ibo presidency will turn Nigeria into foreign import capital of the world-leading to collapse of Nigeria within days. How many of you have been to Southeast between 2000 and today? In 2000, Southeast population was about 15 million people. Today, the population of southeast is between 5 to 6 million people. The cause of dwindling population in the southeast is import by ibos. Foreign import is jobs killer. Anytime you spend $1 importing foreign goods, you killed between 100 to 200 jobs. Foreign import lead to mass immigration of citizens to another country

Second, Ibos president will run an exclusion government. Ibos run government will exclude all citizens from south/South--leading to unrest and military take over In Nigeria.

Third, ibos run government will create many unconstitutional laws in Nigeria to benefit ibos, leading to authoritarian government.

Fourth, Nigeria under ibos president will become Somalia--a failed state. A failed state is one in which the central government lacks power to govern--- leading to emergence of different factions to gain influence. We have seen this in Somalia, Sudan, Ethiopia and Yemen.

Fifth, a southeast presidency will automatically lead to divisions of Nigeria into many countries. I speak to many Nigerians and the general consensus is ibo presidency will never happen in our life time.

I would hope party planners will revisit the idea of bringing these large numbers of people to a hall. According to world health organization, when one person is infected, it spreads to 10 or more people. Divide that by 6000, you will get minimum of 600 Nigerians infected with covid19 after the convention is over.

That number is alarming!

Before I talk about 50% of oil revenues, I want to congratulate Edo state governor, Mr. Goodwin Obaseki for dressing up so professional. Next time, all the South south states governors and their staff should dress up like Governor Obaseki. The south/South people are Christians and they need not dress up like the muslims.

50% oil revenues demand for south South states is long overdue. The federal government of Nigeria has no business keeping 87 of oil money .

What is Mr. Tinubu relying on to think he can win the presidency? South western Nigeria with 6 states is in the bank for Tinubu, and I get that part. The part I don't get is where can he buy other 18 states in Nigeria? South/South states are not going for Tinubu. Northern Nigeria has 19 states and those are not going into Tinubu pocket. PDP has track record of winning big in the northern Nigeria.

Although it is too early to start predicting 2023 presidential election results in Nigeria, but I can say with near certainty that Bola Tinubu will not be president of Nigeria. He is corrupt and has history of failed leadership. I will talk about Tinubu record when the election is near.

Concurrent means he will only spend 14 years. One day is counted day and night. Or one day is two days--- if the sentence is concurrent.

Although I am against any crime, but I think 28 years sentences for impersonation are too excessive. Look at it this way, had the south Korean gotten oil contracts, no one would have known that a presidential aide was impersonated.

People complain when they lose and keep quiet when they win. The only reason that this crime has gone public is because the Korean lost.
