PoliticsRe: 2023: Nigeria Is Not For Sale - Osinbajo Support Group To Tinubu by eeetuk(m): 10:43pm On Jan 16, 2022
"He said, “The Vice President is very much interested in contesting. From what we have seen, many Nigerians, including key figures in the political and corporate world, believe that he is the best to succeed President Buhari."

You buy the rumor of Vice President Osinbayo interest in contesting 2023 presidential election?
I say yes!

He knows Mr. Bola Tinubu is a bully. Mr. Tinubu quick announcement to get into the presidential ambition was to keep off vice president Osinbayo from contesting upcoming presidential election. I hope vice President Osinbayo knows that.

I like Vice president Osinbayo for a number of reasons. First, his experience in the office of vice president can help Nigeria in certain areas, like commerce, security, reorganization of Nigeria. Second, his claim that Nigerians have not tapped into resources available in Nigeria, while people from foreign countries have come to Nigeria and used resources to better themselves was resonating and inspiring statement, third, Vice President Osinbayo is younger than Tinubu. I would rather see him representing Nigeria than Tinubu.

So, I join hands to call on Vice President Osinbayo to get in the ring!
PoliticsRe: Bola Tinubu: How I Made My First Million by eeetuk(m): 12:05am On Jan 14, 2022
Bola Tinubu: “We had gone there to set up their accounting and auditing system. It was while on that service that I got my financial break. When I returned to the United States, my employers gave me a huge bonus, which instantly turned me into a millionaire.
“The bonus was $850,000, before taxes. My salaries were also being paid into the bank and I was not touching them. At the time, my salary deposits in the bank had risen to about $1.8 million.”

First, i hope the Internal revenue service (IRS) in US will check the accuracy of this claim by Bola Tinubu , especially if he paid taxes on $1.8 million

Second, there is clear evidence of money laundry in Mr. Tinubu statement. Notice that most of auditing and accounting jobs done by Mr. Tinubu involved oil company, Exxon. Most Nigerians work with foreign oil companies in Nigeria to ship excess oil without official record and get rewarded in foreign countries with million of dollars--paid into their bank accounts. The account of Mr. Tinubu wealth smells like one of those activities--Money laundry.

So, election is a contest of ideas----. I am waiting to see opposition research on Mr. Tinubu claim in the coming months.
PoliticsRe: 2023: Tinubu’s Declaration A Political Miscalculation – Prof Fage by eeetuk(m): 4:31pm On Jan 12, 2022
"Politically, what is the significance of going to the president first before officially announcing to the country?

Prof. Page:One, to show to the world that he is to make his intention known to everybody; secondly, you know the president has consistently said he doesn’t have any candidate and that he is not going to support anybody. So by coming out, I think he is trying to woo the president to his side and to make it in such a way that perhaps others may not come out."

I disagree with professor Page answer regarding the significance of Mr. Tinubu visiting president Buhari before announcing his intention to contest 2023 presidential election. I think the significance of Mr. Tinubu visiting president Buhari before announcing his intention to contest was to kill Vice president Osinbayo plan to join the race. Mr. Tinubu knows that if vice president Osinbayo gets in the race his chances will be cut in half or reduce to zero. I think Vice President Osinbayo has built up a lot of political capital to defeat Mr. Tinubu if he decides to get into APC primaries contest. I think Mr. Tinubu chances to win 2023 presidential race is much smaller when you compare it to Vice president Osinbayo.

I think it is safe to say that Mr. Tinubu will not be elected president of Nigeria for many reasons. First, he is too old. Second, he is too corrupt to get elected. Third, I think Mr. Tinubu record as the governor of Lagos state is terrible to overcome public scrutiny.
PoliticsRe: Zulum Alleges Sabotage As Fire Razes Mega School Inaugurated By Buhari by eeetuk(m): 12:48pm On Jan 12, 2022
“Preliminary investigation shows that there is some level of sabotage because I see no reason why a school like this, which has not been connected to national grid, no electricity, no power generating set, and you just see fire at the last floor of the building.”

Is Borno state the headquarter for Boko Haram and Islamic state?
It makes the cause of fire easier to determine. And besides, president Buhari is not popular in Muslim communities anymore. His presidency has caused more deaths in muslim communities in Nigerian administration than any other in Nigerian history.

Furthermore, the president of Nigeria commissioned a school which has no electricty . That is enough to cause anger among the residents. God forbid, I don't want that kind of a thoughtless leader.

And do not forget, these people don't want a western style education.

So, president Buhari should resign, ASAP.
BusinessRe: We Have Disbursed Over ₦117 Billion Loans Since Inception – Fairmoney by eeetuk(m):
"The management further stated that, based on the strategy, over the past 4 years of operation, FairMoney MFB is said to have grown its customer base to over 5 million users, and 2 million bank accounts through relentless positioning as the “New Bank for the masses”.

Buyer beware!

Predatory lending is both abusive and deceptive loans. I will never recommend it to anybody because the service is meant to bankrupt families and turn the loan company into billionaire. The reason this company has made its way into Nigeria is because Nigeria has no government. In the US, this type of company has been banned . This type of company imposes a very high interest rate to their customers ----- making it impossible for families to get out of debt in life.
It was the main reason that caused the 2008 market crash----- leading to the loss of over 10 million jobs a month in the US.

Ban it now in Nigeria !
PoliticsRe: 2023: Tinubu Promotes Excellence, Capable Of Becoming President - Magnus Abe by eeetuk(m): 7:09pm On Jan 11, 2022
" Senator ABE: " the story of Lagos State and where it is today cannot be discussed without mentioning Tinubu."

But for good or bad reasons?
Lagos State has been the capital of Nigeria since 1906, yet, it remains the world #1 slum state in the world. Go to Lagos and observe what you see. You will see people defecate in public. No good drinking water to serve people. When it rains, your homes or apartments submerged into water. Roads are in terrible state. Residents dressed poorly--an indication of poverty and poor healthcare services. Close your Nose!

Lagos receives the highest federal funding than any state in Nigeria, yet, no improvement has been made in the areas of sanitation, electricity supply, healthcare services, public transportation and much more.

And who will ever forget the infamous Makoko slum in Lagos---which has been credited to Bola Tinubu leadership

"The apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation Ohanaeze Ndigbo described the declaration of Tinubu to contest the Presidency in 2023 as against the rules of natural justice as unfortunate."

I disagree!

How is Bola Tinubu declaration to contest 2023 presidential election in Nigeria against the rule of natural Justics?
I don't get it. Election is a contest of ideas. That means voters are going to compare what each candidate offers and choose the best ideas .

So, if IPOB thinks somebody is going to sit at home so that Ibo will produce the next president of Nigeria , it will be very sad and insult on Nigerian people.

We the nigerian people know the different between what is good and bad.

"Two days after seizing power from N’Daw, Goita declared himself president."

Where in the world has a military administration ever managed a country successfully?

Nigeria has 40 years of military leadership, and not a single road was built. There was no clean drinking in Nigeria during military rule. Electricity was in terrible state. Unemployment went skyrocketed. Inflation was at all-time high. We saw similar thing in Ghana during their military rule. Same in Liberia, Gambia and much more.

So, the notion that Goita would replace civilian elected government is really stupid. He needs to take down and be replaced by a truly elected civilian government, ASAP.

I hope Governor Bello will come out and reject Segun Sowunmi support because it is not a persuasive argument. No one is going to come forward to support Gov. Bello because of Segun endorsement.

"I wouldn‘t (mention the name of my favourite successor) because he may be eliminated if I do. I better keep that a secret,” Buhari said."

Why does president buhari even bother to entertain this kind of question?
Another of many evidence to show to Nigerians that president buhari does not believe democracy exists in Nigeria . Who succeeds president buhari is out his control. Nigeria next president is the choice of Nigerian voters----that is what a right thinking person would have said.

So, the next president of Nigeria must be a thinker and not a joke!

"Former President Goodluck Jonathan has met with Southsouth leaders coordinating his alleged return to the Presidency in 2023."

Wishful thinking at best!
Former President Jonathan was not a good leader during his years in power(2009-----2015) for a number of reasons. First, he sold out south to north by appointing northern Nigerians to all key government jobs. Second, infrastructures development disappeared during his term in office. He did not build a single roads while in office. Third, corruption gained grounds and money laundry soared--making development and jobs creation difficult. Fourth, inflation soared under president Jonathan---making local currency, Naira unworthy to buy anything.

Is this what Nigerians want to go back to?

"The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ahmed Bola Tinubu, will contest the 2023 Presidential elections"

I think it will be a sad day if Bola Tinubu will jump into 2023 Presidential election for many reasons. First, he is too corrupt to lead Nigeria at this critical time. He has over the years bragged about how wealthy he is--a sad thing to tell people about yourself. Second, Mr. Tinubu is too old. He looks 109 or 200 years of age. God knows, i don't want to see his kind of face on television representing Nigeria. Third, as governor of Lagos State, he ran the most dirties state in Nigeria. Who will ever forget, the infamous Makoko slum in Lagos?. Is that what we want Nigeria to look like? And fourth, Nigerians are tired of another sick leader staying the UK hospital for six months.

Bola Tinubu will never be president of Nigeria, full stop!

"An All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain, Mr Otu Inyang, has been shot dead by unknown gunmen in Ikot Udoma village in Eket Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, shortly after the Crossover service heralding the new year."

Very sad day for the people of Akwa Ibom State and may God bless the late Mr. Otu Inyang.
And only in Eket local government can senseless killing of this nature take place and the perpetuators get away unpunished.

Although, i have never visited Eket, but politics have become a life line for Eket people in recent days .For an example, since the return of democracy in 1999, Eket people have stoked fears and traffic hate across entire Akwa Ibom for one reason: to produce governor of Akwa Ibom State. They are generally intolerance. They are very tribal.

So, i would not be surprised if the killing of Mr. Otu Inyang is political motivated.

So, there is a missed and confused message here at the start and that spells trouble for this group.

A good new year message!
But is it a policy or another a photo-up to get attention?
so, if governor wike is serious, he should make this executive order and sign it, surrounded by law enforcement officers. This will send a strong message that the government is serious and will deal severely with those violating the policy.

Prostitution is a source of many diseases affecting Nigerians of all ages. so, the success here will save many lives.

PoliticsRe: Kaduna North LG Chair Presents ₦4.7 Billion 2022 Budget To Council Legislators by eeetuk(m): 2:42am On Jan 01, 2022
"The Chairman of Kaduna North Local Government Counci, Mukhtar Baloni has revived the local government legislative system and presented N4.7bn 2022 budget to the council"

This annual budget of N4.7 billion is to small to move anyone out of poverty.
And here is why:
Kaduna North local government population is 364,575 (per 2021 census ).
Now, N4.7 billion is $11, 280, 000 ( US dollar per Naira is .0024 as of today.
What this means is that each citizen of Kaduna north local government will be living on $31 per year--translating into $2.58 per month.
With $2.58 per month, you cannot buy clothes, pay rent, send kids to school, take family out on vacation.

Consider this: Nigeria imports everything and export nothing except crude oil. Prices of imported items are too high for anyone to survive on $2.58 per month.

No wonder why there are killings and kidnapping going all over the country.
May God help us!

"Police in Nairobi are investigating an incident where a 42-year-old man reportedly collapsed and died during a merrymaking session with his lover. Erastus Madzomba was having a good time with his lover, Elgar Namusia, at Broadway Lodgings."

Not unusual, but i think sex is the cause of this death. Studies related to death during sex is attributed to over-activity of the sympathetic nervous system--which controls ejaculation as well as the action of the heart and blood vessels, New England journal of medicine (2017).

My advice to readers pf this topic:
If you are 30 years and older, please take baby aspirin 81mg before sex. Aspirin 81mg is a blood thinner medication. You can buy it from the pharmacy counter without doctor prescription.

"The Presidency has justified President Muhammadu Buhari’s refusal to assent to the Electoral Act (Amendment) Bill 2021."

I am in agreement with President Buhari refusal to sign this so called Electoral Act (Amendment Bill 2021) for a number of reasons. First, what Nigeria needs in electoral bill today is free and fair election and not more of the same nonsense. Second, Party primaries cost too much money. Instead of spending money on party primaries, use that money to build roads and bridges--which are in terrible conditions. Third, the electoral bill did not include a ban on child voters. In 2015 and 2019, all children in the northern Nigeria voted for candidate Buhari. That is a major problem. Election does not exist unless it is free and fair.

PoliticsWhy Cross River State Cannot Grow And Develop Under Governor Ayade. by eeetuk(op): 1:13pm On Dec 27, 2021
Why Cross River State Cannot Grow and Develop under Governor Ayade.
By eeetuk

Who is Ben Ayade? He is the current governor of the Cross River State of Nigeria. Governor Ayade record in office has proven that his administration is a failure. He ignored the kind of things that good governments do to grow and develop.

Key things to remember for governor Ben Ayade governing record include but not limited to bad roads in the state. In road infrastructure development, governor Ayade governance is a failure. Roads are a key issue and the infrastructure that supports the movement of people and logistics—forming the foundation of social and economic development, connecting villages, cities, ports, airports and other projects. One good example where governor Ayade has failed in road infrastructure is Calabar road to Uyo road in Akwa Ibom State (please the picture below). As the picture below will show (courtesy of thesouthernexaminier website), Calabar road to Uyo is a death trap to all motorists. In June 1, 2017 the former Managing Director of Niger Delta Development, Mr. Nsima Ekere escaped death on Calabar –Uyo road. A Police officer who was in the company of Nsima Ekere died in that accident.

And according to Photo Story website, it said “Mr. Ekere and others were on their way to Calabar, Cross River capital to receive Acting President Yemi Osinbajo, who is on a working visit to the state.”

It is important to note that when Vice President Osinbayo visited Cross River state capital, he praised governor Ben Ayade for the road’s development projects in the state. In fact, my investigation revealed that Vice President Osinbayo was misled when he praised governor Ayade. Further examinations of what governor Ayade told Vice President Osinbayo revealed that Mr. Osinbayo did not know the terrible conditions of roads between Calabar and Uyo.

The terrible conditions on Calabar road linking to Uyo have prompted many church leaders and youths in Uyo to block roads in protest over reckless spending going in between Cross River state and Akwa Ibom State governments.

Furthermore, a report published in the Harabi Post website on November 15, 2021 said “since governor Ben Ayade took office in 2015, he has spent N4 trillion”. This begs one question: what has governor Ayade done with N4 trillion he has budgeted and spent?

Roads are major business corridors linking Calabar to Uyo--for access to markets, healthcare services, social services, education and more, but entirely ignored. How can governor Ayade grow and develop Crosss River state by ignoring this important business corridor?

Advantages of Building Calabar road Linking to Uyo Road
Building Calabar road linking to Uyo will have many economic and other benefits to both states.
 It will make both Cross River State and Akwa Ibom State to grow and develop by providing friendly business environments for investors to come in and open up businesses and to bring other materials needed for the production of goods and services.
 It will provide access to employment to citizens of both states
 It will provide access to health services, social services and education for citizens of both states
 Roads help to fight poverty by providing access to people to acquire skills needed for jobs.

Other key things to remember about governor Ayade are:
Governor Ayade stance on many other key issues in Nigeria has come under fire in recent years. A few months ago, he incensed many Nigerians by opposing anti-grazing law—a position widely embraced by the Southern governor’s forum. He viewed anti-grazing law as something that could lead to anarchy and even war. By opposing anti-grazing law, he ignored all violent acts like kidnapping of people, killings and vandalism of business and personal property committed by the herdsmen.

In addition, governor Ayade recent defection from PDP to APC and his conduct during the transition has broken all rules governing democratic transition. After governor Ayade defected from PDP to his new party, the APC, he forcefully took over the PDP secretariat at 42 Murtala Mohammed Highway, Calabar—a behavior that enraged party members from both sides of the aisle. He even changed the color of the building along the way. He forced government staff to change party---moved from PDP to APC or get fired. Governor Ayade is an insane man.

Finally, governor Ayade partisan politics makes it impossible for Cross River State to grow and develop. Building Calabar road to Uyo has many advantages. It would allow Cross River State to develop economically. Tourism volume from Calabar to Uyo can increase up to 50%--translating into jobs opportunities for citizens in both states. And that means increase revenues for government which can be used to fix roads and provide clean drinking water for citizens and even electricity. Building Calabar road to Uyo can provide citizens of both states access to education, social services like childcare, welfare for vulnerable children and elders, information for healthier life—which are keys to growing and developing state. These are things governor Ayade does not understand, and the reasons why Cross River State cannot grow and develop until he leaves office. That is so sad and bad for the citizens of the

"The former governor of Rivers State claimed that while he headed the governors’ forum, he was informed by Presidency officials that there was virtually nothing left in the treasury."

Rotomi Amaechi refusal to stop his feud or bitter quarrel against former president Goodluck Jonathan is suspicious. Nearly every stop Mr. Amaechi makes, he will issue negative statement critical of President Jonathan.

Did Goodluck Jonathan leave money in the treasury after he left office in 2015?

Probably Not. But to be fair President Jonathan, Rotomi Amaechi is not the right person to criticize somebody of looting state treasury. In August 2015, a US based reporter, The Amanpour Report, sent a letter alerting the Nigerian authority that Mr. Amaechi had transferred $757 million from River state government account to Bancorp bank. When Mr. Amechi was approached by the Nigerian authority, he acknowledged the transfer and returned the money, "saying it was an error".

Furthermore, I had recently learned that Mr. Amaechi is lobbying some political figures in APC to pick him as a vice president for 2023 Presidential election. So, the reason for his continuous criticism of President Goodluck Jonathan is to win the supports of those who hate President Jonathan by having Mr. Amaechi name in 2023 Vice presidential list.

That speaks directly to the way president buhari conducts himself since taking office in 2015. Most of president buhari friends who helped president buhari to get into office have been forgotten by Buhari. And especially, state APC candidates who ran for governors in 2015 and did not get elected. He abandoned them soon after he got into office . President buhari lacks empathy and concerns for others.
