You have to be seen and you cannot be seen by just blogging. You have to get out there in the playing field. You have contacts on your phone right? You have friends, family, former lecturers, business owners, etc and these people may have problems that require tech solutions. Think about these problems, work on apps that address these problems and go tell someone about what you have built. The more people who know you can do something to ease their pain the more likely you are to find that one person who will be willing to invest in you, get you a job or land you a contract!

Anyone with a functional brain, can easily deduce that Jesus declared that the scribes and pharisees will not get anywhere near the kingdom of heaven. Wow, Jesus was already judging them even before his crucifixion. The same ever loving Jesus looked at the Syro-Phoenician woman and said: it is not meet that we give the children's bread to the dogs. In all these instances was Jesus just being a wimp or was He still the epitome of love? Verses like this throw baby Christians off balance and makes them ask very stupid questions in turn.

Jesus is LOVE PERSONIFIED and LOVE is not necessarily displayed by acts of kindness, compassion and generosity but also sometimes by acts of aggression! GOD is LOVE, that is what 1 John4:8 says and this implies that: the entire gamut of acts of GOD from the beginning were all acts of LOVE .

This interpretation opens up interesting views of GOD. For example GOD's destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah was an act of LOVE! Whether you like it or not it is. GOD's act of rejecting Saul (despite Samuel's intercession) and accepting David was an act of LOVE. GOD's act of wiping out Babylon, Assyria, Amalek, etc were all out of acts of LOVE. Hello! This is GOD wipiing out whole civilizations and yet GOD is LOVE. Only those who have ascended in the matters of the spirit can understand this exegesis.

Now let's act like GOD for once in our lives. How do you LOVE a human enemy who has sold his soul to the devil in exchange for unholy supernatural capabilities and has vowed not to stop till you, your family and your establishment are all DESTROYED. 1. Pray that the power of your enemies are neutralized and destroyed.
All human allies of satan have demonic spirit guides just as the allies of Christ have the HolyGhost as their spirit guide. Just as it is for Christians and human allies of satan, if your spirit guide drains out of your life and is not able or no longer supporting your activities your activities come to an end. I agree with you on this but your statement does not invalidate my criticism of the logic behind Islamic apologetics on violence. Is it sensible for me to defend the existence of violence in the bible with evidence of violence in other scriptures? This is my point. Christians will easily tell you that any interpretation of the scriptures that leads to violence is never permitted but Muslim cannot easily tell you that. No where in the Quran does it say Muslims are to turn the other cheek rather the Quran tells them to fight in defense, lay in wait for the polytheists, be harsh on polytheists until they say the shahadah...etc! Islam got to Nigeria via violence and not via missionaries with jihadists fighting their way through to Kwara...apostasy is greeted with honor killings, deference to their tenets is greeted with murder (as seen in the OP), Asiya Bibi in Pakistan is still under the shroud of death simply because she drank from a cup...the Quran even declares all non Muslims to be the worst of creatures...what a description...and someone tells me this is a religion of peace! I did not absolve any religion of violence I simply stated that the apologetics of violence in a religion founded on the presence of violence in other religions is simply not sensible and does not make violence a socially acceptable phenomenon...use your head as often as you use your fingers dude!

TMV, which has posted footage of the murdered boy’s funeral on its website, claims he was killed in broad daylight in the city of Medina last Thursday.

The broadcaster reports that officials in Saudi Arabia said the taxi driver has mental health issues.


However, local residents have claimed it was an “act of sectarianism because the boy was from a Shia Muslim background”.

‘SLAUGHTERED IN STREET’

Sources close to the family alleged that Zakaria Al-Jaber was in a taxi to visit the shrine of Prophet Muhammad in Medina.

However, the taxi driver stopped the car and “forced the boy out near a coffee shop in the Al-Tilal neighbourhood”, TMV says.

The driver is then alleged to have smashed a glass bottle to obtain a shard of glass, which he then used to slash the boy’s throat, and stab him.


His traumatised mum is said to have tried to stop the driver from attacking her boy, but collapsed on the street.

Passers-by told TMV that a cop stationed nearby also tried to stop the man from attacking the boy, but he was unable to save the child.

He restrained the driver until other officers arrived.

‘BEHEADED FROM BEHIND’

Shia Rights Watch, in a press release on the boy’s death, said that the “unknown man” had asked the mother if she was Shia when they arrived at the shrine, and “the woman said ‘yes’.”


Activists told the advocacy group, headquartered in Washington D.C., that “minutes after this conversation”, the child was wrenched away from her and attacked with a broken piece of glass.

The group added: “Witnesses report the child was beheaded from behind his head as his mother watched and screamed.

“There was no intervention from anyone and no response from authority thus far.”

The Sun Online has been unable to independently verify the information.

Shia Rights Watch said the Saudi Shia community “came together in mourning and to show solidarity with the parents.

“The community also reported this incident is a result of ongoing violations and lack of protection by the Saudi authority toward its Shia population.”

The group said that Saudi Shia “have been under a military crackdown by their government and many Shia activitists are in prisons and [sentenced to] death”.


“However the population still suffers because of the lack of international commitment to end such violations.

“The beheading of a young child in such manner must be addressed as soon as possible.”

A hardline Muslim preacher has declared Allah will punish any Islamic man who uses a wall-mounted public urinal and gets 'splash back' on his shoes.

Nassim Abdi, from the ultra-conservative Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jammah Association, has told worshipers at a western Sydney mosque those who failed to clean themselves properly after urinating would be punished 'in the grave'.

The Auburn-based preacher accused Muslim men of imitating non-believers, also known as kafirs, by exposing their private parts at wall-mounted urinals in public toilets.

'A person using them is urinating in full view of anyone, who comes and goes, with no shame in the midst of impurity,' he said last week at the end of a 32-minute religious lesson.

'Thus he can combine two apparent and forbidden acts in one deed, not hiding his private parts from the view of others nor cleaning himself properly after urinating.'

Mr Abdi, who has previously declared it sinful for a wife to refuse her husband's demand for sex, said Muslims who urinated incorrectly would invalidate their prayers.

'You're also, when you're urinating, you're getting splash back,' he said.

As we review essential intelligence information made available via Wikileaks, the below record is of immense value.
The view of current PDP caretaker committee chairman Senator Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi, then governor of Kaduna is important considering the reasons for deadly violence and intolerance in the north and the prevention of this in the future as well as the punishment of perpetrators guilty of instigating violence and death in the past.
Human Rights Watch puts the 2002 Kaduna violence death toll as high as 5000 by some estimates. This was the 2002 Sharia riots and Miss World riots.
Of course, of the people most informed on the nature of the riots in Kaduna is expected to be the governor and his private conversations with USG (United States Government) are pertinent for thought and security department investigations.
It is important to learn that violent riots are typically not by accident but are carefully and strategically plotted for political reasons and employing radical religious institutions to execute and fulfill the agenda.

1. (C) SUMMARY: During a December 11 meeting with International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Deputy Assistant Secretary Steven Schrage and Ambassador Jeter, Kaduna State Governor Ahmed Makarfi discussed the late November violence in Kaduna. Makarfi blamed the riots on pro-sharia Islamic groups and agitators from outside Kaduna. He acknowledged that religious tensions acted as kindling; however, he said the motivations of those who actually lit the fire were “purely political” . Later, in a private conversation with Ambassador Jeter, Makarfi laid much of the
blame at the feet of Vice President Atiku and
National Security Advisor Aliyu Mohammed. Makarfi said that in their attempts to embarrass President Obasanjo and undermine his popularity the two political heavyweights had unleashed forces they could not control. Finally, while the governor praised the military for its handling of the incident, he had no kind words for the Nigerian National Police (NNP) and other civilian security agencies. Were it not for their inept handling of the situation, said Makarfi, the violence might well have been averted. END SUMMARY.

2. (C) During a December 11 meeting with INL DAS Schrage and Ambassador Jeter, Kaduna State governor Makarfi discussed the late November violence in Kaduna. Ambassador emphasized that Kaduna, with its ethnically and religiously diverse population, had the potential to be an example for the rest of Nigeria if incidences of civil unrest could be minimized. Makarfi acknowledged that rising tension between Kaduna’s Christian and Muslim populations was of grave concern, but he thought the root of the problem was politics, not religion.
3. (C) Makarfi said the unrest had nothing to do with the many peaceful Muslim processions taking place in Kaduna. The violence began when members of radical Islamic groups
collectively known as Izala, incited the crowds to act Emphasizing that the riots were planned, Makarfi noted that there many of those arrested claimed they were paid to attack the “This Day” newspaper office or to burn the governor’s shopping plaza. He also claimed that the evening before the riots began, he had heard reports of
people dropping tires in strategic locations around Kaduna so they would be available to be burned the next day. Makarfi was astounded that neither the Nigerian police nor the intelligence service was able to pick up these signs of impending trouble.

4. (C) Makarfi specifically noted the pernicious influence of the Supreme Council for Sharia Law “. The governor accused this group of helping to incite the riots in order to hasten the introduction of sharia law into Kaduna State. Makarfi said this group would be the likely source of future problems for him and Kaduna because of the governor’s disdain for sharia law. Noting that the Muslim community is sharply divided between radicals and moderates, Makarfi said he would work to remove the influence of this group from Kaduna and vowed to support those that would join him in the fight. He said this would be a showdown and he welcomed it.
5. (C) Later, in a private conversation with the Ambassador, Makarfi further emphasized the political nature of the violence by placing much of the blame on Vice President Atiku Abubakar and National Security Advisor Aliyu Mohammed. Makarfi accused the VP and NSA of fomenting violence in Katsina, Nasarawa, and Benue in
addition to Kaduna . The governor allowed that the VP and NSA may have only wanted to cause minor unrest in order to embarrass and weaken President Obasanjo. Unfortunately, said Makarfi, the duo let loose forces that they could not control . When asked what the USG might be able to do help the situation, Makarfi suggested that the USG speak with the VP and NSA and demand that they desist .
6. (C) While Makarfi gave the military good marks for its handling of the crisis, his review of the NNP’s performance was scathing. Makarfi characterized them as being uncoordinated, untrained and undisciplined. He said the police had failed miserably during the riots and that the Police Commissioner admitted as much to him personally. The governor noted that despite rumors that something was in the offing and his personal order to increase local security measures, the police did nothing to prepare themselves for the violence that would take place in Kaduna. Makarfi said that when the situation finally deteriorated to the point at which the military requested permission to deploy, he had to overrule the Nigerian National Police which had said military intervention was unnecessary.
7. (C) Clearly exacerbated by the NNP’s performance, Makarfi suggested scrapping the organization all together. He felt that most police functions could be better carried out by local police forces. He advocated the creation of a “National Guard” made up of retired military personnel that would be available to act in cases of large-scale unrest.
8. (C) When the Ambassador and Makarfi’s conversation turned toward the upcoming national elections, Makarfi said the international community should pressure Obasanjo not to run for a second term for the good of the country. Makarfi thought the North could accept another southerner as long as he is not Obasanjo or another Yorba. When the Ambassador told Makarfi that he had heard VP Atiku had decided to stay with the President, Makarfi changed his tack slightly, saying Obasanjo had a chance to win the North if he reconciled with Atiku.
9. (C) Makarfi thought Ibrahim Babangida’s support of the candidacy of former Vice President Alex Ekwueme was a ploy to win the presidency for IBB in 2007. Makarfi reasoned that if Ekwueme were to win the South-zoned presidency, he would not run for a second term. That would leave the door open for IBB to run when the office is zoned to the North
in 2007.
10. (C) COMMENT: While Makarfi’s allegations about the VP’s and NSA’s roles in fomenting sectarian violence are disturbing , it is important to keep in mind the source of the information. Makarfi and Atiku have long been competitors. Indeed, many saw Makarfi as Atiku’s likely replacement if Obasanjo dropped the VP. It is possible that political animosity may have influenced Makarfi’s search for the cause of unrest in his state. END COMMENT.

From the cable, the motives given were to “undermine” the Obasanjo government. This scenario repeats itself.
According to Makarfi, the Izala group was the means, the tactical aspect of it. Radical groups with committed adherents are recruited to execute agenda of politicians. The Izala group has been implicated in more violence since then and is linked with internationally terror-linked wahhabi organizations.
It is important for Nigeria’s security agencies to have talks with Senator Makarfi and to utilize this information in fixing the wounds of Kaduna and Nigeria as a whole.
